I did not ask for it at all and it didn't say they would put that in the ingredients so I don't know why the worker wouldn't tell me that it would automatically come with my breakfast bagel. I love a McDonald's french fries but recently they have not been salting them which has gotten me very disappointed. Sometimes I will go there and they will forget part of my order in my bag so I will occasionally have to Circle back around which will be very embarrassing and get it again. When you are placing in your order through the microphone in the Drive-Thru you can barely hear their voices so it's very hard to know if they got your order correct. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. And I lived all over the world. This evening, we did a mobile order to be picked up in the drive-through, we waited about 10 minutes for someone to greet us on the speaker, but no one ever came on. So we decided to just tell the lady at the window our mobile code. By the time we got to the window, it was another 10 minutes that went by. We finally got to the second window to pick up our food. But she told us we needed to pull forward because our food wasn't done. It took them another 35 minutes to bring our food to the car. Before driving off, we realized that they forgot to give us our apple juice, so I went in to let the lady know. One lady was really nice and grabbed the juice for me. But the other lady grabbed my receipt and gave me an attitude. Did she really think that after waiting for almost 1 hour, I would waste more time to go park and go in to grab the juice?!?! Well, I finally got home and was shocked to see that they only filled the French Fries half way. We also got no straws. This was such a horrible experience. read more

Overall I had a fair experience at this McDonalds. Service was fast and customer service wasn't bad. Our food was ready in five minutes and looked appetizing. The dining are had tasteful and comfortable seating, with clean tables and chairs. Our food tasted good; nothing amazing, but not bad at all. While eating I noticed there was dirt and paper on the floor. The floor definitely needs to be swept. read more

To all these people complaining, come to Rockingham NC. Where ordering a tea takes 20 mins. This MCDONALDS is the best I've been to. I sometimes go 2x a day because it's so great. Nothing different about the food here. Standard/typical McDonalds all the way with regard to the food itself. It's the service that gets me. EVERY SINGLE TIME, did you hear me when I said that... EVERY SINGLE TIME... that I use the drive thru window, I've been asked to go to the next window. You know, the 2nd drive up window. Need I remind anyone that this is fast food. I never order anything odd... we always stick to the menu. I will NEVER understand why every stinking time I go to the drive thru, I'm asked to drive up. And then when I check my order it's often missing something. And you know they just open the window, give you your stuff and walk off so you can't see anyone to get it corrected. I HATE THIS. Like the other review I also get sent to the second window, but for me it's expected...I have a family of five. I couldn't see a reason for anyone needing to be sent forward for waiting for fries or just a few meals. Again, like the other reviewer...I am always missing something. No sauces, missing fries twice, and a burger on the two cheeseburger meal. I don't eat fast food often so when we go it really upsets me that it's always a bad experience. It's not like there are a lot of fast food places near us so it's just where we go. But on the plus side, everyone I've spoken too was nice when ordering....not much help tho when you're missing food and kids are pissed they have no sauces (apparently fridge ranch isn't the same as their ranch lol). What in the world is wrong with this McDonalds? It doesnt matter when I go here there is always an issue. This location absolutely needs better management and supervision. For this visit I was on a 15 min break. I ordered two cheeseburger combo. First of all when they got on the speaker it took a good minute for them to greet me because they were laughing and screaming and acting like a bunch of first graders. Then I ordered and went to the first window to pay. Went to the second window and got my drink. Sat there for a few min before I was sent to the third. At this point I was literally getting sick from car exhaust. I waited at the third window for at least 5 min only to get two cheeseburgers and fries that were old. I totally thought my food would be fresh seeing the amount of time I had to wait. And its like this every single time I go there. I dont know why I keep going back. I ate most of the nasty food before it totally just made me sick. Oh. And no napkins. That was the final straw. And please dont have the local lady contact me. This was the worst experience of my life! Waited 25 minutes for an order. My friends joked about how long this McDonald's takes and how they drive to the one in Aberdeen because it's faster! I thought they were kidding but wow that was ridiculous, I will be choosing the location in Aberdeen for now on as well lol. I had to move up to wait for the burger to be cooked and what I got was cooked around 8 o clock and I ordered at 11:42 pm fries was cold and you your fries are not very good anyway but being cold make them horrible.please don t tell those are mushrooms my quarter pounder was great no complants at all but your fries and mushroom burger is not up to par.I WILL BE RETURNING IT TO YOU TOMMOROW MORNING read more
