Her name is Allison and she's awesome. The hubs and I frequent this location approximately once a month. The past couple of times we've been in, Allison has been behind the counter. She's a diligent worker with an amazing personality. I've never seen Allison without a smile on her face. She's always kind and her attitude is always positive. As the hubs and I ate lunch there yesterday, I noted how she treated everyone with respect. She knows her usuals by names, but it doesn't matter if she knows you or not, she treats you like a friend. In this day and age, excellent customer service is becoming a rare commodity, but not with Allison. She is an amazing example of what quality customer service looks like, and I am grateful.
