I never write review, but this is one every needs to hear. Walking in, looks like an average deli…read more Sat down and instantly brought beverage. I looked at the menu (lots of option, cheap) and ordered food. Came out in 3 min, not lying. Everything was spectacula. Food tasted amazing. Perfect blend of flavor and not too much salt or grease like other places have. It was not too busy when I was there, but then the lunch rush came in. I expected things to decline a little, but that did not happen. Things actually exceeded expectations (other than noise, but nothing can fix that). Arguably the best thing here is the service. They were not short-staffed and were on top of everything. Very quick service, very friendly, honestly the best service I have ever seen. They filled your drink the instant it was low. Everything here was top notch. Truly a hidden gem. Go here for an awesome quick eat or a good time. I will definitely be coming back.

We stopped by for Sunday brunch and appreciated the ample seating and relaxed atmosphere. While the…read morebrunch menu was limited, there were still plenty of solid options. We tried the French toast and the eggs plate -- both dishes were fresh and thoughtfully prepared, reminiscent of classic diner fare with a touch more care. The main drawback is the pricing. You'll pay Pinehurst-level prices for what is essentially elevated diner food. A half-glass mimosa runs $9.50 (albeit with quality champagne), and two scrambled eggs with toast and potatoes is $14. The food is good, but be prepared to pay a premium for the experience

French Dip sandwich. I upgraded to fries instead of potato chips. Au jus dip is in the small white cup at lower right corner of photo. Yum!

"Great deli-style sandwiches, from rather hidden location on Chapel Hill Rd"…read more Came by here on a Saturday. This place is REALLY hard to find... it's behind the State Farm building, but there's barely any signage from the street. (Note: some photos here in Yelp seem to be from an older location.) We actually came one Saturday, but it was unexpectedly closed, but we caught them the following one, so good to call and confirm before driving over. You walk up to a door on the back, and scan a QR code to see the menu. Then knock on/ open the door and someone will come to take your order. Then you wait outside and they bring you your sandwiches. The lady who took our order was very friendly. The kitchen was rather large, so I suspect it's used for more than just this business. We ordered two turkey subs-- the East New York (which was slightly spicy) and the Dumbo. Wait time was maybe 7-10 minutes or so. Both sandwiches came nicely wrapped, and I think total cost was a little over $20. And conveniently, they take Apple Pay. These were not your Subway or Quiznos sandwiches-- these were DELICIOUS pressed sandwiches (we got them on focaccia. I personally liked the Dumbo the best-- it had a nice mix of flavors that meshed well. The East New York was solid and had a nice spiciness, but not quite as exciting overall. Would I come back? Probably, but since there's no seating, and it's a bit awkward, maybe not the first place I'd think to try, but again, the sandwiches were REALLY good. I do think it may be excellent for catering or for getting picnic sandwiches though.

So glad I found this spot. After reading the reviews, I knew I would get my money's worth and the…read moreingredients were fresh. First of all, the bread is soft and has a nice bite, holds the juices of a sandwich well and was fresh. I got the Cobble Hill sandwich and the turkey was really good. Also the size is amazing for the price. When you get there, it feels like you're in the wrong place or entering in the wrong way, but you're not. I asked if this was the sandwich spot and a young man took my order and made my sandwich within 5 min. And there is enough parking behind the State Farm building to pull up and get your sandwich I can't wait to go back and try the Italian and cheesesteak sandwiches.
