They have roaches and the worker who worked there doesn't care. I walked in and go to the start of the "line" to pick my bread, look down and see a roach. Then I truly analyzed the area and see a few more smaller baby roaches. I say to the worker "you know y'all have roaches down here right" and she says "yeah probably so" so I say "well dang, you don't care?" And she says she just works there! I say no thank you and as I'm walking out her boyfriend says to go to Jersey mikes because it's a lot better than subway. The place looked clean but has a roach infestation and the attitude of the worker was not it. Makes me wonder where else on this strip has roaches too. I'll never eat here again or anywhere else on the strip. read more

This location is absolutely disgusting, with the lack of customer service and the general filthiness of the location. I do not understand how they are still open. I recently went in for a meal, and they were out of almost everything, which I understand is not their fault; however, the complete avoidance of taking my order and using old products for my sandwich was unacceptable. Priscilla has amazing customer service and made us feel very welcomed. Definitely deserves a raise, plus she was absolutely alone tonight for her shift and handled things very well. Firstly, they were out of all cheeses, green peppers, most breads, and napkins. The drink machine was taken apart and laying out in the floor. Only 3 of the fountain drinks worked. With the cover of you can see am the mold inside the ice dispenser. The floor looked as though it hasn't been mopped in days. No rain out weather that would give a valid reason for this. The manager (?) was the only one working and she said she's been out of town so she couldn't make a truck order and didn't know when she would. This seems like a not very well managed establishment. The employee had customers waiting in the store but said she had to do the online orders first, didn't seem that is right. Then as I was waiting I watched a cockroach on the counter and then headed to the other side by the food. Was grossed out. If you see one cockroach there are many more. read more

I stopped in around 4 o'clock today and wanted to order a couple of foot-long subs and the young lady working behind the counter told me that they were out of pickles onions, cucumbers and banana peppers all of which I use on my sandwich and this was right before dinner time you would think they would be fully stocked. On 10 October 2024, I used the app to order dinner for my wife and I. We both worked late. I am in the military and she is a teacher and with a newborn we knew we would be too tired to cook dinner. She selected Subway over Jersey Mike's because she is fan. Before this day we had never visited this location even though it is a 5 minute drive away. I picked up my food without issue and noticed that the restaurant was clean and orderly so I assumed that there would be no issues and we would enjoy our meal. When I arrived home I noticed that our order was incorrect. I had order a six inch and a 13 inch - they however, gave me two 6 inch sandwiches, one of which was not made correctly and forgot to give me a drink cup. I returned to the restaurant and explained the mistake. They refused to remake the order and instead insisted that I have another six inch made. (The second 6 inch was also incorrect and I didn't know it. So, in order to have the sandwich the way I wanted it I had to pay for an additional sandwich. I asked for my drink and they pointed to a stack of cups. I took a cup filled it with lemonade and just as I was putting the cap on I noticed there was a large bug in the drink. I informed the staff and they took the cup without any apologies. I have never been treated so rudely. The assistant manager (she said she was but I saw no such identification) was exceptionally rude. She told me that she could do nothing for her mistake because she would lose money. Which is interesting because wouldn't losing a customer and that customer's friends serve as the same consequence? Highly dissatisfied with my experience. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! read more

Girl working on December 17th and 1pm was rude and I got a sprite from the soda machine and there was literally mold pouring into my cup. the same rude girl said "well there's nothing I can do about it so" when it's literally their job to clean or replace the nozzles of the machines on a regular basis. Never going there again. Don't get the soft drinks from there. read more

They advertise they close at 9:30pm and every time I come between 8:50-9:00pm they have everything put up and have no options. I understand if business is slow start clean up early, but don't shut everything down 30-40 min earlier. read more

Quite disappointed in this location this evening. Instead of what went wrong--a more direct question is: Did anything go right?? You decide...First, they were completely out of Italian bread. Then, I was told that they hadn't prepared any teriyaki chicken when trying to order Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken sandwich and what they did have available was for the next day. So, after making another selection & paying for my order, I requested that my phone number be entered for the rewards program. However, a system error displayed on the card reader that my rewards card was expired. When I asked the cashier about it, I was told that the system is having technical issues but she assured me that I received points for the order. At the end of the transaction, the cashier said that she wasn't able to print out a receipt because "machine's not working." The young ladies behind the counter were both very pleasant--I have no complaints about them. These issues are undeniably at the managerial level & should be addressed immediately. read more

My supervisor decided to buy us lunch and so i ordered at subway.com. Three 6" and two footlong sandwiches. Paid delivery fee and driver's tip. Guess what, they gave us all 6" sandwiches, and gave me a chicken teriyaki instead of steak teriyaki. I didn't make a big fuss about that one. I contacted them immediately and the girl who picked up asked for the CC I used when I made the purchase. After she found my order, she said they will deliver the other two in 30 mins. Well, nobody came. Called them back and now they were blaming Door dash, which I don't understand because Subway was the one who made our food. To make the matter worse, my supervisor got 2 charges in her CC, both from Subway. The lady told my supervisor to come by the restaurant so they can issue her a refund. So she went after she left work. Now, she called me and said, the lady she spoke to went home and told the employees who took over her shift that the matter has been resolved. So, we received a wrong order, no replacement, no refund and charged twice. So if you can avoid this SUbway (211 Murchison Rd. Spring Lake, NC, 28390), please do. Saw a very odd business model last nite about 7:55. If you are a teenager and know the female clerk you don't have to wear a mask and don't have to pay for your sandwiches. I go to this Subway in Cameron about twice a month. For the past 3 months the service has been going downhill. I went to Subway last night to get dinner. The customer service was disgusting!! They had 2 kinds of bread; 2 out of 6 choices. They didn't have soup and the soup containers were empty and crusty with old soup. The server was angry because I asked her "What kind of bread do you have?" Since every bread I wanted was not available. Wheat and Italian and Cheese was avail. The server threw the meats onto my sandwiches and threw the meat back into the containers; missing the correct containers. The server kept saying to me, "I am done. I am so over it." I paid $29.00 for 3 sandwiches and 3 cookies. She did not give me a receipt so I can't check to see if the amount was correct. The experience was disgusting. Service is horrible. Last time I went I wanted cookies. Well right before my sandwich came out the emoloyee's friend came in & she gave all the cookies to her friend for free. There was one left & she said oh there is one left & charged me for two! I didn't realize she charged me for two cookies until I got home. Then this time I'm paying for extra cheese & the employee literally took a pinch of cheese. If you are charging me $.50 for cheese I better get at least half a handful. This is my third visit to this location. Highly displeased, terrible customer service. Round one was enjoyable food wise. The employees are RUDE AND MANNERLESS. Round 2.. my boyfriend and I visited this location and were barely given any meat on our sandwiches along with they told us they had to measure out every scoop that they did and would take off petty pieces. I had to ask for double meat just to achieve the normal amount. And here we are today at day three. One of two customers.... the boy was measuring temperatures on the meats. I was never Greeted or even acknowledged for 10-15 min so I left angry and hungry. Won't be returning to this one. read more

We are frequent Subway patrons and recently visited the Subway at 4530 Highway 870 in Sanford, NC (Store #33162). We were HIGHLY disappointed and upset about the extremely poor customer service we received. The employee making our sandwiches was very rude, and acted annoyed with us as we decided what we wanted on our sandwiches. She was rushing us and kept saying, "What else? Is that all? Are you done?" etc. The sandwich was very sloppy and she was putting no effort into making it. I told her she was being rude and to please slow down and she did not apologize or change anything about her behavior, she just gave me a nasty look and asked, "Is that all?" There were a total of 3 customers in the store, including us. When we got to the register, she curtly asked us if we wanted a drink or chips. We ordered one drink, and after paying, she did not hand us the cup. When we asked for our cup she rudely said, "You can get it" and pointed to the stacks of cups behind the glass counter. Before leaving we asked what her name was and she replied, "Chrissy." We also asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager of the store. She also said there were no customer comment cards. After eating at multiple Subways at various locations, I am highly disappointed by the lack of customer service we received. Our experience was entirely unpleasant. I hope that this is not the customer service standard that your store managers are upheld to. There was another employee and 3 customers who were all visibly disgusted with her behavior. This experience was totally unacceptable for any employee and is extremely troubling coming from the store manager. It shows no care for your store, brand name, or reputation. It has discouraged me from ever eating at Subway again or recommending it to anyone else. read more

I visit this Subway frequently and with every I come home to issues. The young worker this last time I went made a sandwich for a older lady ahead of me and this lady didn't ask for oil and vinegar on her sandwich and although the woman mentioned the mistake, the "sandwich artist" kept making the sandwich only to say that she didn't put too much on. The lady kept telling the employee that she really didn't want the sandwich because she could taste it. Several attempts were made for the employee to just remake the sandwich but the older woman didn't want to be confrontational. After a few more minutes the sandwiche was being wrapped...so I had to finally ask the young employees. .."your not going to seriously give her that sandwich are you?" the employee then rolled her eyes as she with attitude made a new one.
