We got an email survey and the company gave us a $7 coupon to give it an other try. Today, was our second time. The food was better, but the wait for over 20 minutes for chicken tenders and a burger. The tenders and fries were cold from waiting for the burger. The cashier was a nice young man, but he was too busy with no help. The straws, ketchup, and napkins were all empty. I paid $0.60 for ranch just for it to be half full.
