This fast food restaurant is unprofessional and did not appreciate the service because the manager kept walking away, it doesn't seem like managers care about their future employees at the restaurant; in fact, multiple assistant managers convincing young customers on taking the survey while giving away free food. Go to in and out then to McDonalds and you will quickly learn how a privately owned thriving company continues to flourish while a greed filled McDonalds corporation struggles to maintain any consistency in service levels, food quality/value and employee hospitality. Stopped at a newly remodeled McDonalds today near my house. Very disappointed, as I felt like I was walking into a prison cell. Very dark and downsized their registers from four, now only two. They have no soda refill station and very limited condiments. Plus I asked if I could substitute a large drink for an extra fry? Sorry I cannot do that. Ordered fresh fish meal and quarter pounder using drive thru window, we received our food in three minutes or less. We drove off to our surprise only thing fresh was the fries. They added a half onion on the quarter pounder and two tablespoons of tarter sauce on the fish sandwich. I prefer quality over quantity. read more

Rude staff. I am an Uber/Uber Eats driver, and I came to pick up an order on Christmas Eve about 8:15 p.m. Lobby was closed, so I went through the drive-thru. The guy working advised that the restaurant was closed, which is understandable. However, I did not know what time, so I pulled up to the drive-thru window to ask what time. It took forever for someone to finally acknowledge me being the staff was trying to pretend they did not see me. I motioned for someone to come to the window so I could ask my what time question, but no one would come to the window. All would only make the "We're closed signal" with their hands and lip the words. So I had to drive back around to the fldrive thrubto ask my beyond simple question. Apparently this location no longer offers a big breakfast?? I have come here twice and ordered a big breakfast as I do at every other location but I have been notified that they no longer offer this item at that location, even though they have it advertised on the their menus. One time I even had to order each item individually which cost me about $6 more than the regular order. Not sure what the problem is but it needs to be fixed. read more

Haven't had poor service other than every time I go the people who take order can't figure out the drive through with two lanes. You're guaranteed to get there before someone else but the other lane will go faster and let people who got there after you go before. Traveling through Phoenix, we were just looking for a light, quick bite to eat. We pulled up to one of the twin ordering stations. I thought this was a neat concept until I witnessed the not-well-thought-out merging process. The line from the second station was a straight shot to the pick-up window and the line from the first station had to merge into that line. It was a microcosm of Phoenix freeways at a McDonalds, complete with traffic jams and crazy drivers. The food: My McBurger was dry and tasteless; my wife's chicken McNuggets were petrified and they forgot the ranch dipping sauce, which made her realize that the sauce is the only thing that saves them. This location is convenient to the freeway, but next time we are passing through I think we'll just keep going. read more

The owners of this location haven't updated their menu pricing outside in at least four months. The prices you will be asked to pay are much different than what's on the menu board outside. An example is just a medium iced coffee shows as $1.49 but you will be asked to pay $1.94 at the window. When questioned, the response is "it must be tax or something." A good operator would not put their frontline employees in that position, having to lie to customers repeatedly. I will be reporting this location to McDonald's corporate franchising. read more

I never thought I would be writing a review for McDonald's and giving them four stars. I went to the drive-through last night and when I pulled up to the window are you good looking young man named Chris had a big smile on his face and asked me how my night was. I actually asked him if he could make sure my fries were crispy as I've not been allowed to eat McDonald's for a while. Without even taking a breath he looked right at me and said of course. Which also made me feel like fries don't sit very long under his watch. My fries were crispy, my burger was fresh and the service was amazing. He took the time to converse with me while they were finishing up my order and that never happens. Thank you Chris for making this probably the best McDonald's experience I've ever had! I placed a mobile order here and it took over 20 minutes with no one in the drive through and no one else in the mobile order parking spots, workers were standing around and got my drinks wrong. Also the mcchicken came out soggy and looked wrinkly, so we did not eat it. read more

As far as a McDonald's goes, this place is always pretty quick and efficient! I come here pretty often for coffee in the mornings. The lady in the drive-thru knows me and is super friendly! They are always fast! I've only had a few instances where there's been a bit too much cream or something in my coffee where it had to be thrown out. More often it's done perfectly! Today I had one of the single greatest fast food experiences of my life. The girl at the second window immediately greeted me with a smile, Rachel I believe was her name, she handed me my food quickly. There had been a problem with my order and as soon as I walked inside I was again greeted with smiles and a welcome. The manager Bridget helped me correct my order quickly and was very helpful. Took 23 minutes to get out food. Just for it to be cold and soggy. Sidel should be retrained on his customer service. He laughed at my partner when he asked why the fries were so small in one meal but not the other and goes "yeah there's a smaller one than that" what? The other night I got off work late and was hungry decided to stop at McDonald's. We always eat at this McDonald's and have never had any issues. Until the other night they gave me a small fry instead of a medium which wasn't a huge deal. I drove back and let them know what happened. A young brunette male offered me a large fry for my troubles. I waited 15mins and decided to go home. As I left the reserved parking spot I saw the same male sitting outside. So I said something he offered to make more but I had already been waiting way too long so I declined and left. Brushed it off until tonight. We received cold food and rock solid buns. Ordered the 20 piece chicken nugget for my kids through the mobile app. My order came with 19, so when I went to split the nuggets amongst my kids, one ended up with less.
