Joe is super fantastic at his job! Polite, clean, always busy. Jill is also hardworking and polite. This is the ONLY Mcd's that I have been through recently that has adapted to no drink station in the DR by making condiments and napkins available in the DR so that you don't have to ask for ketchup or mayo(even the McDonald's with drink stations have pulled all the condiments and napkins out of the dining room, which is counterproductive Everyone else hides them and make them only assessable by having to ask for them which wastes everyone's time. Im hungover, so I go order 2 McMuffins at Noon on a Saturday, and they give me sass acting like I just committed the ultimate sin of ordering breakfast past breakfast-time. They tell me to pull forward into a parking spot, and 18 minutes later, they come out with the incorrect order of 1 cold Sloppy Sausage burrito, and 1 cold sloppy "Mcmuffin" looking like this picture. I was really underwhelmed with the customer service at this location. When I walked up to the register, the manager, Cecilia, walked up to assist me without smiling or greeting me. I said "hello!" and received absolutely no response and just a blank stare. I placed my order and she handed me my receipt without a word and walked away. She did not smile once and literally the only words she said to me during out interaction was "anything else?" It left me wondering if I did something to offend her. This is the last time. I've frequented this McDonalds' drive-thru over the summer of 2020 for breakfast M-F and dinner twice a week. They typically miss the order 1 out of 5 times ie. full iced soft drinks, incorrect soda, no biscuits, extra hash browns, ice cream not being served etc. Today (11/7, 12:10 PM), for lunch I waited 15 minutes in a full drive thru for a spicy chicken and Diet Coke; I got Dr Pepper. This was after I corrected the woman collecting my money and asking the young lady at the second window if this was indeed Diet Coke. I really like the new Turtle Iced Coffee, however... this location is absolutely horrible. One day there will be hardly any chocolate, the next time I'm given a medium instead of the large I paid for, the next two times I'm drinking 80% cream (it should be TAN not white!). Today, they put a small amount of chocolate and caramel sauces in but forgot the syrup, so it tastes plain, not sweet. Out of the last 10 I bought, only 3 were good. The pure cream ones I ended up dumping down the sink. I am about ready to give up if it's not addressed and corrected. I'd rather pay more at Starbucks and not have the consistent frustration and waste. I hate singling people out, but I think the very short girl that seems to always be there needs to take a chill pill. Her obvious panic during rush times is affecting quality. It's probably not just her, but I know she's made poor drinks for me multiple times. I used to be a barista, and I owned morning rush. 20+ cups lined up, pulling shots (not the modern lazy push-button machines), steaming 6+ different variations of milk and foam at the same time (by myself), different temperatures, different recipes... cranked them out quickly and perfect every time. You stay calm and put your best efforts forth. That was my favorite time of day in fact. If you do your job well, you will feel good about your work and never get complaints and angry customers. One of my regulars hired me on the spot when she found out I was leaving. We had an awesome manager and team. My advice to McDonalds management is to encourage a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Relaxed and fun can still mean efficient and productive. When employees are happy and actually feel part of a team, they have good reason to WANT to do well. It's difficult to do a good job if you hate being there. If someone makes a mistake, coach, don't scold. I could be wrong, but I'm guessing that girl is always freaked out because she hasn't been coached properly. read more

I'm impressed with this McDonalds. They really have their stuff together. We have a large family of 6 so our orders can be long and complicated. They've never forgotten an item and are always quick (even though we order quarter pounders which can take a while).
