I was in there yesterday and used the rest room. An EMPLOYEE walked out of the cubicle adjusting his pants and walks straight out the door. I walked out behind him after washing my hands and I see him walk behind the counter straight over to the milk shake machine touching it??? The drive-thru at night around midnight is very very slow, it seems that the workers are doing more cleaning then preparing orders. Even with barely two to three cars in line it still took Elise 20 to 23 minutes to get in and out with my minimum small order very very slow. That's probably why Jack in the Box next door was more busier than them, because people know this McDonald's is very very slow at the drive-thru at late at night after the door is closed. read more

I went here with my family to get some quick food to hold us up until dinner. They said they didn't have any receipt paper and they messed up our order. The fries were also cold and our drinks were warm when we received them. My mom went inside to ask them for new fries and they gave attitude. Then, the manager said that we were only supposed to get one fry when we ordered two. My mom showed her the coupon on her McDonald's app and the lady kept on acting like it was our fault that they got our order wrong. The manager pulled out a receipt for our order and I was confused because they literally told us they didn't have receipt paper, when my mom asked for her receipt. Absolutely horrible service. Laughably rude manager-type person. When they got my order wrong, they demanded a receipt to fix it, though I'd already relinquished the drink completely full. This is an unfortunate change of expectations, however a recent visit has led me to downgrade this location's rating of this International Franchise. While working in my area, and looking for a shot of espresso in the middle of the night and their highly addictive french fries, I stopped by here with several minutes to spare before they closed. When I got to the window, they said both items were unavailable as, even though they were open, they had already cleaned the machines and were no longer making McCafe items or using their fryer. Now I understand, having once worked food service myself, that when one has worked a long day sometimes all one wants to do is go home; yet sometimes it's an experience or two that grounds one person's impression of a certain location. This experience is going to be that one. Not being able to order the items that I would like, I left, having to go to my next appointed round. So I went back to the same cashier asking for the promotion, because I just ordered one Big Mac along with other items, and I could add 21 cents to make $5 to have two Big Mac. The cashier who took my order was extremely rude and when I asked her to please repeat my order she said that they generally do not repeat back the orders, which made me very frustrated. Once I got to the window, I asked to speak to the manager who refused to give me the name of the young lady who took my order. The manager said, "Oh no no, blame me, not her." I ordered through the mobile app and I waited about 20 minutes (and I'm one of two customers waiting for curbside pickup, no one in the drive thru either so we are literally the only two people ordering food here). After 20 mins, I go to the door and it's locked so I'm knocking and a worker just stares at me? She says nothing, doesn't even come to the door, just looks, and then pretends to do something else. Just had a double cheeseburger combo here while waiting for my car to be serviced at Pep Boys. Very convenient to be right across the parking lot. This was my first time inside (been to the drive thru several times) and the crew was very friendly. I like McDonalds believe me, as unhealthy it can be it does make you full off of one burger magically. But the other night the service here definitely sucked.
