It was very hot. We ordered from the app and curbside. The food took a long time. The fries were not salted at all. The guy delivering the food was moving very slow and our order was incomplete as was another car in curbside. He could have spent a lot more time in air conditioning, as could we, if he just walked faster and checked the items off. A week later we just drove past when we usually wood have stopped. How many people need to complain about how the service is at this location before something is the dining area was disgusting. Every single table was dirty and when I asked if one could be cleaned the employee gave me an attitude. I asked to speak to a manager. The GM and Luis came up and he was even more rude. They're always getting orders wrong. Aunt, this is the last time I am going back to that place. It sucks because it's the only McDonald's that's in my town and due to how the GM and employees treated me never going to hand another dollar to them. On our way to Yosemite National Park we stopped by just alittle after noon for a restroom break and a bite to eat. Ordered via self serve kiosk. So many workers in the back but literally all the tables were dirty. The bathroom needed a touch up. Our order took alittle over 10mins to get to us. The outside paper wrapping of the burger was messy filled with ketchup and mustard but at least the fries were fresh. Overall felt it was a bit sloppy and the place was dirty and service was a bit slow compared to other MCD. read more

The guy at the first window yells for no reason, and acts like making a substitution is on par with launching a space shuttle. Apparently, the "manager" (he claims) has decreed that customization is forbidden, even though the button is right there on the screen! Who knew ordering fast food could be so... dramatic? I had to tell him to cancel my order because I was no longer "McLovin' it." Let's be real--there's no lovin' happening here, not with this guy around. If he hates his job this much, maybe it's time for him to find a new one that doesn't involve speaking to the public--or anyone, really. Oh, and while we're on the subject of things that stink, let's talk about the bathroom. Imagine a zoo, but worse. It's like the animals decided to take up permanent residence in there. If you're brave enough to venture inside, bring a gas mask or, better yet, just avoid it entirely. Dirtier and Dirtier and staff more and more ignorant. Calls to the franchise owner goes nowhere. Place needs to be shut down. Cleaned and new crew hired. Went through the drive though today and from the start of just saying hello we could tell the lady over the speaker was upset or annoyed so we got right to the point and ordered two cheese burgers or a number 7, but we didn't want a drink. We were confused by the total and asked a simple question ask to why it was that price. She explained it to me with an attitude and said "you didnt want a drink so I took it off. Are you saying you changed your mind?" Like that was a problem that I did. So I said just add the drink with the same energy and went to pay. The young man on cashier was very nice and explained it to me very simply. I went to the next window to get my food, a lady with big ass eyelashes to make her fly away hands me my food and just shuts the window. I said excuse me! To which her manager I believe answered and said how can I help you and I asked for ketchup. Then to her I mentioned how I didn't appreciate how her employee or coworker was speaking to me as a customer and overall person. She manager says she was just telling me the prince however as a human being it didn't sound that way. And i understand not having a good day especially in a restaurant environment! I have been there also but it is NOT okay to take it out on your customers. I ordered a door dash and received the food to my doorstep. The bag was packaged but no name written on the label "prepared by:". Which is fine... whatever but my entire order was wrong. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal with a SPRITE. I opened up the secured bag and look in and see a sandwich bag labeled "SPICY crispy chicken" I'm like whaaaat? Oh no. I'm leaving this review not because of the food (that we couldn't order) or even the lack of service we received - but rather because there was an unwillingness to help us out by the evening staff. We are a fire engine module - not local - that has been assigned to the area for the last two weeks. We've been here helping out with local fires, and to be in the area just in case of any emergencies. Tonight, on our way back into town after our 16 hour work day, we happened across one of those emergencies. We spent an additional hour and a half assisting with that emergency. This means that we ended up in Oakhurst around 10pm. Because most food locations are closed sometime around 8pm or 9pm - we decided to get some food at McDonalds. The dining room was already locked, but we tried to get their attention. Either they didn't see us/hear us - or they chose to not pay attention. So, we stood in the drive thru to see if we could make contact with them (keep in mind our engine does not fit through the drive thru). They made sure to tell us not to stand in the drive thru because of liability issues "you need to come through in a car" - we explained our situation and asked them if they could help us out and take our order at the door or something. We were told to download the McDonalds app and order online that way. After an 18 hour day, I am not going to download an app, just to order food. I did call and talk to the manager - and again, the manager stood on the grounds of liability and "go find somebody with a phone who has the app". I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of willingness to help. I'm even more disappointed that 5 people were turned down for food when we were willing to spend money there so we could eat a simple dinner. My guys are hard working individuals who are worth a little consideration now and then. The manager said to me "look we're really busy right now" and they actually were. I wonder though if the manager understands that the reason they were busy is because they were one of the last remaining food locations opened. My daughter is recovering from a concussion and all she felt hungry for was a Mcgriddle from McDonald's. I left this morning and arrived at McDonald's drive-through at 10 o'clock. There were only two cars ahead of me in my lane. I waited for 30 minutes to get up to the speaker. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker, the menu flickered and changed to lunch as it was exactly 1030. I immediately let them know that I've been in line for 30 minutes for breakfast, and that it had just flipped over as soon as I pulled up to the speaker. They told me that that was unfortunate and they apologized, but they would not serve me breakfast. I asked them if they could make an exception in my case as it was a one second difference, as the person in front of me had just ordered breakfast. They would not. I should add that this is the weekend (Sunday) and their breakfast hours say it is served to 11am... That is pretty terrible customer service. read more

We ordered a combo that had a coupon from our app and the brunette employee tonight refused to apply the coupon to our meal. We told her that was fine and we would pay full price. She then deleted the combo and rang in each item separately, which made the order even more expensive. When we asked for the difference back and reminded her we ordered a combo, she got angry and tried to refuse to give us our food which was ready. She told us to wait for our money and our food in a spot but said it "might take her a really long time like 15 minutes or more" and said "it's probably just 50-60 cents, why don't you just take the food and let it go." She finally gave us the food after we repeatedly pointed out that we had already (over)paid for it and said she would bring the money out to the car. We waited 20 minutes and she never came out. We went for the free WIFI and a cup of Joe and left with a pocketful of stories. While quietly trying to get my Yelp on all of a sudden it sounded as if someone was beating up the bathroom. For what seemed like an eternity but was really only 5 seconds the entire dining area fell silent and the kitchen staff froze, spatulas in air. Screaming, cussing, kicking and banging of metal objects emanated from the mens room. Then five men ran towards the restroom and escorted the angry man out, steam rising from his head and cell phone still stuck to his ear while he continued to spit into it. Next, went up to get my first cup of coffee and am about to pump myself a cup when a non-homeless man (I know because I'm pretty sure he lived in his blue Mazda) crept up next to me and mumbled something incoherent. Startled, I turned around and jumped back a step. Apparently, that was the affect he wanted and he pushed me aside and grabbed himself a cup. I was ok with that would rather have him in front of me than behind me anyway. Mazda man grabbed his coffee and exited the scene in his car but that wasn't the last of him. Got my coffee sat down and stared out the window thinking about nothing in particular and saw a fairly well dressed woman digging through the garbage can. She pulled out a soda cup and a coffee cup then walked into the restaurant into the woman's restroom. Thirty seconds later she got her free "refill" at the soda machine then got her coffee as well. Then she stuffed the entire half and half containers into her pocket walked outside back to the garbage can where she dug out half a cigarette and enjoyed it while drinking her coffee and sipping on her soda. Re-enters Mazda man with an older woman. He escorts her to the woman's rest room where I can only assume she took a bath in the sink because he stood guard outside that door for 20 minutes. She finally exited and they drove off together. The person I was sitting with had many more stories such as these and said that all the people we saw that day were regulars. This McDonald's appears to have a very liberal policy in dealing with the homeless and less fortunate and I have to give them stars for that. Our drive-thru attendant told us to hold on for one minute but never came back to us and said that she is ready to take our order. We sat there for a long time waiting for her to take our order.
