The food was good my daughter liked it. The service is very slow. I guess because maybe this is a busy location. I ordered online and sat at the table for atleast ten minutes. I saw this one guy standing there for maybe 20 minutes. He was there before I came and still waiting after we was done. I'm not sure what he got but it must've been a lot. He wasn't very happy and I wouldn't have been either. I know the one near me is much faster. The ambiance is clean. A nice space it was us and another family dining in. read more

I love McDonald's and I'm not expecting 5 star service from a McDonald's but I'm saddened by the lack of effort to resolve a credit card issue by a manager. Her resolution is to cancel the order completely even though there was plenty of funds on the account. She wouldn't even allow the order to be rung up on another register. This location is just sad period read more

I've never had a bad experience here. Food comes out pretty quickly and the staff is friendly

Service at drive thru during weekday am 5am is horrible. Don't give you a receipt or napkins. When I asked for some the young employee said I had an attitude. Filed a complaint with corporate office and got no where. Ticket constantly closed, no call back from manager. Not going back when you obviously don't value your customers. read more

Just had an awful interaction with a employee here. Went to pay for an order and the terminal was not accepting cards (we tried 3 different ones). After trying to troubleshoot with the employee she became very combative and responded with haste. We further communicated that the issue was with the terminal and there should be an error message displayed on why the transaction was denied, yet she refused to provide the errors on the 3 different cards. After explaining she further went to refuse service and caught some serious attitude. Honestly better going over to 7/11, as the service here is giving very trailer park energy. 0/10. read more

Not sure what the confusion was when I ordered my 2 Double Hamburgers with ONLY ketchup and onions, but when I got home there were pickles on my food and not an onion to be seen. I've had problems before with this location putting cheese on my hamburgers, I thought it would be obvious that I didn't want cheese since I didn't order a cheeseburger. I was told though that the fries were delicious. read more

Nuggets ALWAYS COLD! Unless you ask them to make them fresh. MY FELLOW YELPERS..I NEVER EAT FAST FOOD AS YOU CAN SEE BY MY FEED BUT THIS IS BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN LIFE WITH IT.. I was going in LIDL and figured I better eat something.Sweetheart wanted a McRib and I wanted a filet-o-fish double cheese & tartar on the side to guarantee it is fresh(not the number 1 item on a burger chain's list so..) and a small fry.First my fries are cold..I HAVE NEVER HAD COLD FRIES FROM ANY MCDONALD'S EVER.Then I open the box that should have the tartar:MAC SAUCE..at 15 bucks an hour you should know your primary colors. Errrgh,I call and get Hailey..I explain the start of the issue and how I've never had all these errors at Islip(my lifetime local McDonald's) as I went to explain that it was not only my fries that were frozen but my....NEXT THING I KNOW WITHOUT A WORD OR WARNING a man is on the phone(guess the manager does not wanna manage),I had to ask if I was now speaking to a manger:yes is his response once again not introducing themselves properly or politely as a customer no matter what should be addressed. I ask him why I am speaking to someone else now.No reply.I now ask his name John,I have to explain the situation all over again(great).I was still in the lot because we were going to Lidel.Out of nowhere it becomes extremely loud like he was by the fry fan and he can not hear me..what..hello.I then ask for corporates number because I'll speak to a clown named Ronald instead of this bs.John tells me there is no corporate number,I ask for the district managers number.JOHN TOLD ME AS A PAYING CUSTOMER TO GOOGLE IT HE DOES NOT HAVE IT.I told him to give it to me and that was impossible for him not to have.Suddenly,he had it.I told him good luck during the coronavirus because...everywhere is convenient now you must value every single cuztomer. That phone switch was extremely rude also.I have very very few bad reviews....pass this location and go to the next. read more

Still shitty fries. Ughhhhh ! Ask for fresh fries and they put a few fresh and the rest are cold. Terrible

Well after I completely wrote off this Mickey D's location, they went under a complete renovation. They just opened maybe two weeks ago so we decided to stop in for breakfast. New additions: Kiosks: They now have the digital kiosks where you can easily add and customize any item to your liking and pay right there. There are managers around to help assist you if needed. Staff: Speaking of managers, there are a lot of employees preparing the food in the back and each seemed well trained on their station. I visibly saw three managers keeping orders running smoothly and checking in with employees. Ambiance: The new theme is minimalistic and refined. It provides a nice simple backdrop to a quick bite to eat. All in all, I can say this renovation was more than just a facelift. The staff is better trained, held to a higher standard and the ordering process is more up-to-date than before. I hope it stays this way for a long time to come! read more

This store should be closed at night. There is always a problem picking up delivery orders here. The manager with the gator mask locks the door 1/2 early before the lobby closes. Then pauses the tablets so no orders can come in. Clearly this store needs a change of management. He's a horrible leader. Food was sitting there waiting to be packed for 10 minutes and he had zero interest in getting the orders out. I unassigned my order along with the other driver who waited 10 min along with me . Spent around $80 family of 5 including dessert. Messed up my order putting onions on my kids burger when I said ketchup only no big deal right? Later after we ate I went up to ask for a different toy for my sons happy meal and was told they don't have that toy when I see other kids in the restaurant with the toy my son wanted. What's the big deal. My other son went up to exchange the toy he was told they don't do exchanges. Unfortunately I won't be going back to this McDonald's located at 4498 Sunrise Highway in Saville anymore. read more

no stars. last time I came in there no choc milk or regular milk for my grandchildren's happy meal. not even a water bottle. this time I was told at drive thru they had the orange pumpkin. got to the pickup window after paying. no pumpkins. then checked to see if the cheeseburger was plain. not a cheeseburger. it was a mcChicken. the manager acted like I was a nasty customer. told me to throw out the mcChicken. I told her to throw it out. or was her mistake. I will never go to that one again. the boy at the drive they actually felt bad. Fast food. I'm not normally a patron of fast-anything any more - you know, trying to be healthy and all that, but it was a rainy day, I was on the way back to the office and didn't want to get out of the car so my options were limited - plus I was hungry. Out of the mist I see a McDonald's and figured I could hit the drive through and do something light so as not to feel guilty. The drive through was quick and efficient and the people I interacted with were all very nice. As for the food: you know what they have and I won't go into that- it is always good. Understand the COVID problem, but this review has nothing to do with that. This place has always been a problem with orders to charging wrong, but today at 2:00, I ordered 2 Big Macs and a small fry. The Big Mac was cold, the French fries were cold and disgusting and the Coke tasted like dirty dishwater, obviously hasn't been cleaned in a long time. If these places want business, they need to step it up. So worried about COVID these days, they forget that mold and disgusting crap is building up in their soda machines. Never again will i eat at that place. Barf read more

In writing this review I want everyone to know that I don't hold any ill will against these kids who were working at this McDonalds. Unfortuantely, either they haven't been trained properly or they don't care about the training they received - and, obviously, they are not being supervised. I just hope that. Customer service wise, things get better So, we used the drivethru on Mother's Day evening for a quick snack. We experienced no customer service whatsoever. The Order was missing dipping sauce and napkins. The sound system at the drive thru is not the greatest but when I pulled up I was not greeted at the window - my order was just stated back to me and my credit card taken. I found out later I did not receive a receipt in the bag. I tried to contact the store via the McDonalds website feedback but the form did not submit. And, yes, I realize that it's just fast food, but we should, at least, expect the proper service which McDonalds promotes on its advertising. Since I was never asked to review my order, pull up to the next window, thanked or asked to come again, I probably won't . read more

This location is supposed to be open 24 hours. On 10/2/17 at 2:40am on my way home from work I pulled up to the drive thru. Nothing. Waited and kept saying "hello" but still nothing. While waiting I phoned the restaurant. Nothing once again. Like an idiot I waited about four minutes before driving up to the window. Once again, nothing. All the lights were on, the dopey counter started counting and after 30 seconds started beeping. Still nothing. I pulled out and drove to the parking lot on the other side of the building where I found two male employees sitting in a car. When I asked them what was going on, I was told "Yea, we are on break" like they could care less and like I was bothering them! Are you kidding me?! What kind of nonsense is that? You abandoned the restaurant and leave people sitting on the drive thru line and than act like it's ok and we customers are wrong for bothering you?! I called corporate and they couldn't believe it. The customer service rep kept saying "Wait! So they told you they were on break? Nobody was inside?" She said they would be in contact with the owner and took my number to get back to me to follow up. We shall see. read more

The staff of this store is filled with young people who lack discipline, respect, and work ethic. Many times I have entered the store it felt as if the shift manager was more like a babysitter rather than a manager. What upset me most was what I witnessed this evening. As I walked into the establishment I saw two young men attempting to take down the large American Flag and McDonalds Flag in front. These two clearly did not know what they were doing it. They proceeded to drop the flag on the American Flag on the ground and then shove both the mcdonalds and the American Flag into a clear plastic garbage bag. When they dragged it back inside they asked the shift manager what to do with it and she said "just throw it in the fun room". The way these employees treated our American Flag was horrible. I come from a family of military veterans and active military and if they were with me it would have drove them to tears to see our flag being treated with such disrespect. I urge you to please educate your employees at this establishment on how to PROPERLY handle the flag that so many sacrifice their lives to defend. After so many poor experiences with this restaurant, and now this disgraceful activity I will not be returning to this McDonalds and have posted on Facebook for others to do the same. read more
