The food was good my daughter liked it. The service is very slow. I guess because maybe this is a busy location. I ordered online and sat at the table for atleast ten minutes. I saw this one guy standing there for maybe 20 minutes. He was there before I came and still waiting after we was done. I'm not sure what he got but it must've been a lot. Just had an awful interaction with a employee here. Went to pay for an order and the terminal was not accepting cards (we tried 3 different ones). After trying to troubleshoot with the employee she became very combative and responded with haste. We further communicated that the issue was with the terminal and there should be an error message displayed on why the transaction was denied, yet she refused to provide the errors on the 3 different cards. After explaining she further went to refuse service and caught some serious attitude. Honestly better going over to 7/11, as the service here is giving very trailer park energy. 0/10. read more

Well after I completely wrote off this Mickey D's location, they went under a complete renovation. They just opened maybe two weeks ago so we decided to stop in for breakfast. New additions: Kiosks: They now have the digital kiosks where you can easily add and customize any item to your liking and pay right there. There are managers around to help assist you if needed. Staff: Speaking of managers, there are a lot of employees preparing the food in the back and each seemed well trained on their station. I visibly saw three managers keeping orders running smoothly and checking in with employees. Ambiance: The new theme is minimalistic and refined. It provides a nice simple backdrop to a quick bite to eat. All in all, I can say this renovation was more than just a facelift. The staff is better trained, held to a higher standard and the ordering process is more up-to-date than before. I hope it stays this way for a long time to come! read more

Spent around $80 family of 5 including dessert. Messed up my order putting onions on my kids burger when I said ketchup only no big deal right? Later after we ate I went up to ask for a different toy for my sons happy meal and was told they don't have that toy when I see other kids in the restaurant with the toy my son wanted. no stars. last time I came in there no choc milk or regular milk for my grandchildren's happy meal. not even a water bottle. this time I was told at drive thru they had the orange pumpkin. got to the pickup window after paying. no pumpkins. then checked to see if the cheeseburger was plain. not a cheeseburger. it was a mcChicken. the manager acted like I was a nasty customer. told me to throw out the mcChicken. This store should be closed at night. There is always a problem picking up delivery orders here. The manager with the gator mask locks the door 1/2 early before the lobby closes. Then pauses the tablets so no orders can come in. Clearly this store needs a change of management. He's a horrible leader. Fast food. I'm not normally a patron of fast-anything any more - you know, trying to be healthy and all that, but it was a rainy day, I was on the way back to the office and didn't want to get out of the car so my options were limited - plus I was hungry. Understand the COVID problem, but this review has nothing to do with that. This place has always been a problem with orders to charging wrong, but today at 2:00, I ordered 2 Big Macs and a small fry. The Big Mac was cold, the French fries were cold and disgusting and the Coke tasted like dirty dishwater, obviously hasn't been cleaned in a long time. In writing this review I want everyone to know that I don't hold any ill will against these kids who were working at this McDonalds. Unfortuantely, either they haven't been trained properly or they don't care about the training they received - and, obviously, they are not being supervised. I just hope that. Customer service wise, things get better So, we used the drivethru on Mother's Day evening for a quick snack. We experienced no customer service whatsoever. The Order was missing dipping sauce and napkins. The sound system at the drive thru is not the greatest but when I pulled up I was not greeted at the window - my order was just stated back to me and my credit card taken. I found out later I did not receive a receipt in the bag. I tried to contact the store via the McDonalds website feedback but the form did not submit. And, yes, I realize that it's just fast food, but we should, at least, expect the proper service which McDonalds promotes on its advertising. While this McDonald's was still good before the place was renovated in January. The improvements have changed so much. We have workers at kiosks who are willing to help you with your order, everyone in their station seems to know what they are doing, and everyone is kind and friendly. This location is supposed to be open 24 hours. On 10/2/17 at 2:40am on my way home from work I pulled up to the drive thru. Nothing. Waited and kept saying "hello" but still nothing. While waiting I phoned the restaurant. Nothing once again. Like an idiot I waited about four minutes before driving up to the window. Once again, nothing. All the lights were on, the dopey counter started counting and after 30 seconds started beeping. Still nothing. I pulled out and drove to the parking lot on the other side of the building where I found two male employees sitting in a car. When I asked them what was going on, I was told "Yea, we are on break" like they could care less and like I was bothering them! Are you kidding me?! What kind of nonsense is that? You abandoned the restaurant and leave people sitting on the drive thru line and than act like it's ok and we customers are wrong for bothering you?! I called corporate and they couldn't believe it. The customer service rep kept saying "Wait! So they told you they were on break? Nobody was inside?" She said they would be in contact with the owner and took my number to get back to me to follow up. We shall see. read more

The staff of this store is filled with young people who lack discipline, respect, and work ethic. Many times I have entered the store it felt as if the shift manager was more like a babysitter rather than a manager. What upset me most was what I witnessed this evening. As I walked into the establishment I saw two young men attempting to take down the large American Flag and McDonalds Flag in front. These two clearly did not know what they were doing it. They proceeded to drop the flag on the American Flag on the ground and then shove both the mcdonalds and the American Flag into a clear plastic garbage bag. When they dragged it back inside they asked the shift manager what to do with it and she said "just throw it in the fun room". The way these employees treated our American Flag was horrible. I come from a family of military veterans and active military and if they were with me it would have drove them to tears to see our flag being treated with such disrespect. I urge you to please educate your employees at this establishment on how to PROPERLY handle the flag that so many sacrifice their lives to defend. After so many poor experiences with this restaurant, and now this disgraceful activity I will not be returning to this McDonalds and have posted on Facebook for others to do the same. read more
