Stopped by Burger King to try some of their new Halloween menus items. I ordered at the kiosk and took the food to go. The wait time between ordering and receiving my order was quick. Everything looked clean and although there were many people at the drive through and dining inside, it didn't seem that there was much of a wait. The person I interacted with when receiving my food was friendly and pleasant. She was much more welcoming than employees at other fast food places. I would recommend this location as it was recently redone and the staff is friendly. read more

My friend and I came here 2 weeks ago and ordered hersey sundae, when we received the food it was not the sundae but rather the milkshake, when i went up to advocate for the wrong order received, the women told me that it didn't matter and it was the same thing while there is a clear difference between the sundae and milkshake. Today once again my friend and I ended up here again and my friend ordered the sundae, it took 15 min for us to receive it after the fact we had to talk to the manger even when we had a photo of our receipt taken off of the computer screen. I am very disappointed. they are immensely under staff and this whole place needs to be taken into reconsideration on how to run the place because all of them are running around and not taking orders properly. read more

The worst!! I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings. When I bit into my sandwich I realized I had gotten a regular not spicy. I sent my boyfriend inside to correct the mistake when he got back to the car I realized there was a bite taken out of the sandwich so basically all they did was put spicy sauce on a sandwich they messed up in the first place and this was the 5 onion rings I got with my order. Pulled up to the drive thru and ordered food. The person kept reading back things that we did not order. We told her that we did not understand and would pull up. We pulled up, and explained what we wanted, she suckes her teeth and got really mad stating that the food was already made. Drive thru was empty, inside only had 2 people. Ordered through the Drive thru. Order a variety of items. Got to my destination and was missing a sandwich. Called the location and a male picked up I explained I was missing an item and he just sighed and hung up. I called twice immediately and no answer. Food was well prepared and fries were just made so I was happy about that at least. We shared our food so we all had a bit to eat. Update.....after calling corporate I received a phone call the very next day 10|14|21 from store manager Edwardo. After explaining exactly how his employee stole from me the day before, he came out strong, asking me to stop by the store with my receipt between the hours of 6am - 4pm so we can review the surveillance video together. Well I stopped at the store at 7am this morning 10|15|21 to speak with Edwardo. Within a couple of seconds into our conversation, I realized Edwardo was grandstanding on the phone yesterday. He made no mention of watching the surveillance video together. Instead he asked me whether or not the thief was wearing a jacket like he was wearing. I told him that for the last 5 or 6 weeks she was working the drive thru every time I came to Burger King. He was was having none of it. Switching the heat to, he couldn't possibly figure out who she is, as if he has hundreds of employees working there at any given time. The receipt I gave him and posted here is time stamped. I don't know, maybe check the schedule to see who was working the drive thru at 5:29 pm on 10|13|21. Maybe ask your employees, who was working the drive thru Wednesday at 5:29 pm? Or better yet check the dozen or so cameras around the store to see who was working the drive thru at 5:29 pm on 10|13|21. To sum it I up, I believe Edwardo watched the surveillance video before I came to the store. He knows his employee stole from me and now he's protecting her. Something to think about, if she was brazen enough to steal 20% from me on a $9.84 bill, what does she do on an $60.00 bill? This has got to be the worst BK restaurant in existence. I ordered 51 dollars worth of food and they forgot half the order! I ordered delivery to my home as I have no transportation. We come to this location pretty frequently and never have many issues. Ordered from drive through tonight, about 10:40 PM - got to window and asked for ketchup and ranch sauce. Me and my girl pulled into a parking spot and there's no ranch sauce. Ok, not the end of the world. The dining room is locked so I walked back up to the window (no cars or customers in sight) and was knocking and yelling "hello" to get someones attention because there wasnt a soul in sight working. It's the coldest night of the year, Im standing there freezing and cant see or get anyone to acknowledge Im there. I slid the window open and said "hello - excuse me" and finally after about 2 minutes the woman (I believe manager comes over) and I said "Im sorry can I have some ranch sauce please, there wasnt any in bag we had asked for" - she gives me a nasty look and says "I HEARD YOU I WAS DOING INVENTORY" (so you couldnt even show your face and hold your hand up to signal one second or that you heard me?) and she says "Did you slide the window open!??" With a NASTY ATTITUDE. I said yes I did because after knocking and yelling hello excuse me nobody was around. I was very respectful, she proceeds to tell me "YOU DONT TOUCH THE WINDOW" hands me 2 ranches and SLAMS the window. The fucking nerve of this rude ass lady, I wouldn't be standing at the drive through window freezing my ass off had she done her job to begin with. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. We will never return to this location again just off general principle. Reading otger reviews it seems like a LOT of customers have had issues with this woman (not hard to figure out who it was). I love burgers. I love burgers even more when they are served quickly, prepared accurately, and taste exactly the way I expect them to. In the interest of full disclosure, my experience with this particular restaurant is limited to the drive-through so I can't comment to the dine-in experience. But this location may be host to the absolute fastest drive-through in the entirety of the American fast food industry *without exception*. The drive-through staff are understandably short on unnecessary chatter and disconcerting, out-of-place social pleasantries. GOOD. I know what the current promotions are, and I know the menu because it's on an illuminated 8-foot rectangle a few inches from my eyeballs. I myself don't care how my own day is going, save for the obvious case of 'hunger' that brought me here. And thank you for not wasting my time with pre-recorded suggestive selling in a different voice from the person actually wearing the Star Trek headset whom I'm about to meet face to face in 3 seconds. But this staff is FAST. My order is taken immediately. My order is accurate EVERY TIME. That counts for a lot when I have 23 minutes to eat lunch and get back to work. TRUE STORY: I once coasted into the drive-through lane, placed my order, paid the attending cashier, received my order and drove away WITHOUT EVEN TAPPING THE BRAKES. Sure I drive a Prius, but the point is, Bohemia BK is THAT FAST. McLaren fast. F1 pit stop fast. SpaceX Falcon fast. Roadrunner speed aside, my order is always fresh, hot and delicious. I have never, in five years of patronage at this location, had any experience I would rate any less than 'stellar'. For that, you get 6 stars. I specifically asked for milk -- NOT cream or half and half. When I got to work, and started to eat -- the sandwich had cheese and the coffee had cream and sugar. This is not the first time this store has messed up my order. Went there 10pm last night, specifically to try the "Black Whopper" which was sadly no longer available.. However this is not why I am leaving this review.. I said the heck with it, let me get that new wide cheeseburger & jalapeño sandwich. So I ordered that, a whopper, & chicken fries.. Let me tell you with no exaggeration, there was ZERO jalapeños in that sandwich, the fries were old, cold & skunked.. HATE HATE HATE this place. I avoid this location because the food is always sub-par, even by fast food standards. I only went because it was convenient. Tried the Chicken Parm sandwich and manager at drive thru told me to drive ahead because "the chicken has to cook". That was a red flag but I had already paid. Got home and started eating and it wasnt bad until i got halfway through the sandwich and the chicken was hard as a rock. I don't think it was frozen (wasn't cold) but it was just hard. Either way, half the chicken was completely inedible! Made me scared for the half I did eat. For what it's worth, the sauce and cheese were decent. Serves me right I guess for getting chicken parm at a BK and for coming to this place when they always disappoint. read more
