person taking our order was VERY VERY VERY RUDE, we asked for a cookie tote and they said they didn't have it, which i understand not all cities have the same items but she came off really bitchy, we asked how much it would be for the same amount of cookies and she rudely said "idk because i don't know how much the cookie tote is" you could've said it nicer, asked for her name and she walked away. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now after having what it truly a life changing experience. Every other restaurant that I wanted to go was closed and it was really taking a toll on my emotional Headspace, so I had to settle with McDonald's. When I pulled up to the window Robin was there to help me navigate the murky waters of the McDonald's menu. Robin, thank you. Your joke about noodles was not only well timed and whimsical but it took a unique approach to comedy that I'm confident will change the game as we know it. The customer service here is aweful. So I ordered an M&M Mcflurry on the app for curbside pick up. When I got there I was told that they had just ran out of ice cream and they could offer me a apple pie or a drink. I said ok I will take a frappe. I was told I can't have a frappe as it costs more and that is why I am being offered either an apple pie or a drink like a coke or Dr. Pepper. Ummm I paid $4.19 plus tax for a Mcflurry. An apple pie is $1.59 a soda is $1.29. I didn't know the cost of a frappe at the time ( med $3.00, large 4.79) so I requested a refund. She said I would have to go through the app as the store said they can't refund me. I said ok. No worries...thanks. only to find out it is impossible to get a refund on the app. Today I decide to go again to get a Mcflurry. Decided to just order at the restaurant so that if they don't have ice cream they can just tell me. I get to the drive thru window and she hands me a cup only 3/4 of the way full and when I asked for a spoon she acted like I was a huge bother. Same employee. Won't be going back. I got a job in the area last September. I've been to this McDonalds a few times, and there's always some issue. Maybe drive thru screws up my order, seems like one of the coke machines is always broken, might be out of ice on one, while the other is out of soda syrup. Just always something that's off. A few months back they got the kiosks. The employees did their best to steer customers towards them, myself I have no issue using them. I like an open kiosk better than standing behind some dimwit taking 5 minutes asking questions like, "Is there pickles on that?" Yes, there's pickles on all of it. Today though was an especially bad day however. I ordered from the Kiosk, grabbed my table locator and sat down. As usual one of the soda machines had issues (one on the right had no syrup) A homeless woman sat down at the table with me. "I was sitting here" she said, pointing at her trash. Fine.. I'll move elsewhere. After what seemed like an extended wait, my food never came. I looked at the screen, my order wasn't up there. Perplexed, I asked the girl, "What happened to order 727?" (Note, I don't remember the exact number, but it was around there, I had a big mac, 10 nuggets, apple pie, large coke) The woman looked towards another woman at the cash register. "I CALLED NUMBER 29 AND I GAVE IT TO THAT GUY OVER THERE!" she said, pointing at yet another homeless guy sitting at a table with a large backpack, gnawing away at my food. Her attitude was really offputting. This is not how this works. The way it's supposed to work is. 1. I order from the Kiosk and grab a table locater. 2. I place said table locator on my table. 3. A nice person brings me my food. It was as if she decided to throw all the effort McDonalds put into this new system to the wind, and blame me for expecting the expected. The other young woman was nice, told me to sit down and brought me my food quickly. As I was driving out, I saw the woman who demanded my table standing at the lot entrance with a cardboard sign that said, "PLEASE HELP" It just seems that way with this place. Always something off. Compared to other McD's, this place only earns a 2. I think they purposely slack for a lack of other McD's in the immediate vicinity. read more

A drive through McDonald's is our bargain beverage stop. We can get two large drinks for a total of like $2.18! The hubby likes their sweet tea and I get an unsweetened tea with three Splendas. When you order at the drive through they put the Splendas in the cup for you! No mess when you're in the car. This McDonald's is conveniently located, right when you're just coming in to or leaving town. It's busy, but the drive through is a really good lay out with a long entrance away from the people walking in or out of the restaurant. Service was friendly and fast! read more

The worst experience I had at Mcdonalds!. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food. The fries were cold and my cheese on my Big Mac wasn't even melted. Extended wait time for cold food is not acceptable!! You're saving money by replacing people with the kiosk ordering system. At least improve on your food and service!!!! I used a 2 for 1 coupon on the app for breakfast sandwich. When I got to the drive thru window the receipt charged me for both sandwiches. I showed the staff my phone and the coupon and correct price. They said there was nothing they could do. After a few minutes of this, I did not want to hold up the other cars and left without breakfast. I contacted customer service for corporate and am still trying to get a refund that should have been done at the store. I warn everyone to check your receipts from this store carefully as you may get ripped off. Very Frustrating!!! read more

All tables were dirty and they didn't even bring out the food like they said they would. I had to go up and get it myself. Also, I do not like that I have to order from a machine and not a person. The workers were kind and helpful but McDonald's is a huge corporation that should invest more money into the quality of their restaurants and increase their workers pay if they expect any results other than being sub standard. read more

Wow this was my best McDonald's experience ever! A few days ago, we tried to use the app to order at another location and it didn't work and the employees were not helpful. More like a big whack!!! ordered two of them, they BOTH were cold, patty's were under cooked, cheese wasn't even close to melted, lettuce was all yellow and the buns were stale to the point they were stiff. We gave them to the dogs, hopefully they don't get sick. When I eat at Mcdonalds I know im getting a low quality burger but they are nostalgic.....never in my life have i ever had such a terrible experience. Completely inedible . So, I came to this particular McDonald's because me and my mom were waiting for my brother and sister to finish swim practice at a school nearby. We came in and ordered from the self-serve kiosks because it would be quicker... To my surprise, our order came in roughly 5 minutes after ordering and I was honestly excited to eat because I was working all day. My mom got her Filet-O-Fish but then I opened my order, they gave me the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Burger, but I originally ordered the Grilled Artisan Chicken burger. I came to the counter and explained to them what went on and showed my receipt and they told me that they will make that for me right away. Low and behold, after 15 minutes of waiting, I went back to our table and excited to finally eat. But then.... they gave me the SAME BURGER that I returned!!! I would have went back but I was so hungry that I just ate the burger and I did not want to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. I know how busy they were, I have been there before because I used to work at a restaurant. However, they should take their time to look at what they are doing. I am just hoping that it was a honest mistake and not some prank that they are pulling. I never am the type to argue and complain, but the way that they handled the situation was very poorly. I give them a 3 because most of the time I don't have issues, but tonight I stopped by the drive thru and ordered a cheeseburger kids meal. My fries were great and then I took a bite of the burger and immediately noticed there was no burger....it would have been a perfect burger too....unfortunately we were already on the interstate by the time I noticed this, I called and they offered to remake my burger, but that doesn't help if I'm already too far away and on my way to something. I've given this McDonalds location a chance to redeem themselves before I wrote this review because they do have a good McCafe & McCafe Bakery options. But wow, the burger meat is pretty darn disgusting. This last time I went, I bought the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken meal & my husband got the Big Mac Meal, plus to make it even worse not even the sweet ice tea was any good, tasted odd. The "crispy" part of the burger was no where to be found, just absolutely tasteless & my belly hurt really bad for the rest of the evening. My husband said this will be the last time we go to buy any meals because we gave them the benefit of the doubt & they were a massive fail. He was really worried for my health because it made me go from 100% to 0%, & to top it off I waited for the "curbside pick up" for almost 25 minutes & the food was cold by the time I got home, but I live less than 2min from there. One thing I can say tho is that they have a good tasting Carmel Frappe but I compared costs with Starbucks & it's almost the same so got to think on that one now, not sure if the sweets are worth it anymore. I mean the world knows all around that McDonalds is pretty bad in the quality of their food & they are deep in lots of controversy. Macdonalds was bad but it's like they know they are bad & just don't care anymore. Eat at your own risk plus to be honest it skyrocketed in their prices so might as well go somewhere else, just saying. This location needs some serious help & motivation to care for the quality of service & food. read more

There's more to a good restaurant experience than just the food. At this McDonalds, you won't find any publicly accessible electrical outlets... so if you are looking to stop by and use their free WIFI, make sure you've got a good charge on your battery. The background music is the show stopper for me. Every time I'm foolish enough to not use the drive through, I am reintroduced to the worse playlist ever compiled. We ordered 2 Big Macs, fries, and sodas. The food was good but the wait was almost an hour.

This location routinely runs out of products. Tonight it's soda, there's nothing to have will your meal accept coffee and water. Which is crummy, because you pay a bit for the drink. In addition to having no products they are incredibly slow at selling precooked meals. Management is terrible and needs to be retrained or replaced with a computer. read more

I went to this establishment with very low expectations because not only did it have 2 stars which is very surprising but my friend was hangry for noodles and let me just say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience . Not only did my friend love his chicken nuggets but he ate the whole ice cream. And I can't even begin to talk about the staff. Server was an older gentleman that wasn't too friendly. When I had to ask my wife for another option for out autistic child who only eats certain things he rolled his eyes that I had to step away. When I came back he grunted it was weird. Except for the fact the rest of the staff didn't wear face masks except as chin straps if they had a mask, they would raise them for show when they turned to you on the other side of the plastic barrier. Easy walk from the Monterrey hotel about a block or so down the main road. Needs more street lighting at night in my opinion, but had a fun time walking & laughing at the seals that were barking at night. They echoed really loud!! This McDonald's looks really fancy. My boyfriend informed me that the franchise had to choose a unique design in order to keep their business in town! In any case, I ordered a bigmac combo and purple drank, it wasn't anything special, just the usual. Service was prompt and friendly, the place was a little dirty by the drink area and there was something sticky on the floor, but other than that, seemed very nicely well kept! read more

Gave me very old fries on purpose. Dry burnt fries instead of regular fries. Meanwhile they bring regular/fresh fries to other people table. The fries they gave me were brown. Do not recommend any worker here. Also spit in my coffee so I had it thrown out. read more
