I ordered a double cheeseburger and replaced mustard with mayo+extra pickles and onions. I received a messy double cheeseburger with tons of mayo coming out of its sides with two pickles. I worked for customer service positions for most my adult years. I actually worked most of those years at McDonald's. I understand it can get really irritating and unmanageable at times but you are the reason for how things are flowing to begin with. Number one rule for any job especially McDonald's is always smile and ad hard as it can be customers are always right and should want to come back because of how great the service was. Tonight I got treated so rude as if I was just a nucince and even made fun of my personality and my order being that I asked for my burger to be well done and asked out loud to sub sliver union. She didn't even act like I was there and of course NY burger is well done with no unions. TLTR:For got my food, charged me and ignored me at the window. Ordered some some in the drive thru and when it was time to pay the attendant just looked at me didn't open the window but just started and ignored me. The front two car already paid and got their food. So when I go up to the service window I show them my credit card and they just had my kiddos happy meal and my drinks and then they realize the reason why I had my car out was to pay. I could tell they were new but they seem like I was trying to pull a fast one on them.. but they were the ones who pulled a fast one on me by not giving me my food that I paid for!!... not the first time but first time they didn't give me my money back!! read more

I ordered from this location through Door Dash last week. I paid for a Double Big Mac and received a regular Big Mac. I called to resolve the issue but no one answered. I called again. No answer. I called again and again and again. About 10 times total. Nothing. So. What choice did I have other than to drive down there? Which, by the way, defeats the purpose of Door Dash. Since the lobby wasn't open due to the coronavirus, I also had no choice but to wait in line at the drive-thru. Since I brought the receipt with me but not the wrong burger to "exchange", the brunette with blue eyes (didn't catch her name unfortunately), refused to compensate me. I said "So I just got ripped off and you're not going to do anything about it?" She cited "store policy" and said "The general manager will be here tomorrow morning. You can call and talk to her." Right. Call back. Because you guys are so quick to answer the phone. Unbelievable. So I drove off before I lost my cool. I got home, called again and left a message describing my bad experience and how upset I was. I asked for a manager to call me back in the morning. Guess what happened the next day? Nothing. Shocker. I know. I called about 10 more times with not one single answer. So then I called corporate. They answered and gathered information about my experience and apologized. But they never got back to me about resolving the issue and giving me compensation for getting ripped off, being treated incredibly rudely by the staff and all the inconvenience of the situation. This isn't the first time they've forced me to drive in after ordering Door Dash because they made a mistake and wouldn't answer the phone at this location. But at least they made it right as I was able to go inside and speak with a manager. I spoke to two different managers the first two times this happened and neither one mentioned any "store policy" about "exchanging" any burgers. Why would they? That's nonsense. The brunette with blue eyes just wanted to get rid of me and not deal with any more problems. It was quite obvious she wanted no part of what I was telling her. I am baffled that they wouldn't compensate me because I didn't bring the wrong burger with me. They didn't need that the first two times. So why now? Let's be honest. It's not an exchange if you're just going to throw it away the moment I hand it to you. Couldn't I have just as easily said I didn't get the burger at all? It wouldn't have been the first time I didn't get the burger I paid for at all. So what is the point of an "exchange"? Please. Enlighten me. What? You think I'm trying to scam you? That is absurd. How insulting! It's as if they forgot I basically paid double for what it would cost if I went through the drive-thru to begin with. Between the delivery fee, tip for the driver and other fees it actually amounts to MORE than double the price. Give me a break. How would it be even remotely worth it for me to do that? The whole reason I ordered Door Dash in the first place is because I didn't want to leave the comfort of my own home or talk to any a**holes at a drive-thru window. A normal establishment would let you keep the wrong burger and give you the right one, maybe something extra for the trouble and send you on your way. But this is not a normal establishment. Given the circumstances, they handled this very poorly. Clearly there is no such thing as reasonable accommodation in their vocabulary. I have never received customer service this bad in my entire life. Absolutely despicable. Emphasis on the brunette girl with blue eyes at the window who looked infinitely annoyed by my presence and wanted nothing more than to get rid of such a difficult customer. Then turned me away after all the money I've spent at this location over the years. Do NOT order from this location. If they make a mistake on your order you will have to drive in because they won't answer the phone. Go ahead. Call right now and see for yourself. You will get their voicemail every single time. Tried to going through the drive-thru. I spent up to 8 minutes yelling "hello" to get anyone's attention. The cars behind me where honking their horns at me. I finally gave up and drove to the first window and there was no one there. I drove to the second window and they told me I needed to go back and start over. No I don't. Rarely change out their oil for fries/nuggets ect. and always seem to have issues and cant make certain items because of tools being broken and such. Will never go back again, would rather use the one on reserve or brooks any day of the week. Too bad its an extra 1-3 miles but well worth it. read more
