I don't understand how when I ask for a specific meal, which is numbered by the way, and am asked what size I would like the meal they still get it wrong. They literally ask me and then punch in the order so where does the miscommunication come in?? Recently they even completely forgot my fries. This specific McDonalds has time and time again proved to me that even the simplest task can be butchered. Save your time and money and just eat at Burger King. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were busy on Easter morning. A staff member named Sam walked me through the kiosk process. He also took the time to get us waters. Made the start of our day very pleasurable. read more

My friend and I was looking for a cheap late night snack while we were on our trip to San Francisco so we looked for the closest Mc. Donalds. The worker was extremely nice except we almost left with an item missing. Then we were about to leave I noticed that there was another item missing that we ordered. read more

The location and atmosphere was nice, and the prices on the menu were the best for all the McDonalds around. But the place was knocked down today. read more

Trash ass service and food. Stop by late last night hungry as hell. Get my order from the drive through pick up window after waiting for the dude to finish his conversation with one of his coworkers while the bag sits there. Pull out and pull over. The "new fresh quarter pounder" was so cold the cheese was solid and formed. It looked and felt like it had been sitting on some counter for god knows how long. A crazy ridiculous amount of onions on it. The french fries were barely warm. I go back and the worker in charge looks at it, presses her hand on it and says nothing. Eff you to the person who had the audacity to pass that off as a properly prepared meal, even for fast food. read more

How can a large chain restaurant have such low standards for quality? Whenever I visit this location, I always double check my order. There is always something missing: the sauce, a box of nuggets, or even my credit card back. Especially at night, the food quality goes downhill. The food becomes STALE. How can fast-food not be made to order? POOR MANAGEMENT. read more

This is the 7th time you've guys messed up my order in 2 months. As you can tell from the first sentence I like McDonald's but this one in particular cannot even reach the level of customer service equivalent to a shut down establishment. SEVEN TIMES REALLY? I caught you guys from 2nd-6th but today I said maybe they'd be reliable enough to do what their job description titles for but sadly not. I don't know if it's the McDonald's standard of low end quality staff or if the staff were just low end society dwellers before coming into the position, but honestly I'm fed up. I recognize the same workers making the same mistake over and over again. I don't understand... read more

The new drive thru is ridiculous. What is the point of confusing these millbrae people who already can't drive? They messed up my order too. I don't even wanna go back because I can already see how irritating it is to go in the drive thru. Highly disappointed. read more

I don't recommend for doordash driver who did know how to order fast food to go there to order. the manager said "It his job to do it" Fuc- doordash is a cheap company. my first thought is pick up and deliver. I did not want to know any Mac manu. or how they order food. sory my English is suck. If my English is good I am not going to work with doordash. F U Mac manager. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've been too. They gave me fries without salt they were gross and dry. Went back and told them they forgot salt and if I can have new ones. They gave me new ones still didn't have salt. My cheese burger order was wrong I got it plane and told her I still want the cheese I got no cheese. At this point I didn't bother going back. My cousin they gave her the wrong order too. Like I know it's fast food but really!? Line was backed up and orders were being skipped. Like wth!?! Also bathrooms are gross. read more

This After-Hours Drive Thru SUCKS! Do not go here. THeres this spanish looking lady there who sucks at service. I don't know why she even works there for lord sake. She can't take a order, she has given me CHEESEBURGERS instead of what i REALLY ordered - this has happened six times already, we were there for 10mins + waiting as she finished her cleaning of some machine there and she was just walking around, it wasn't like it was busy, there was no one behind us. No one in front of us. Horrible horrible service. She also is very rude and short, throwing the change at you and as soon as we grab a good hold on the food she shuts the window and walks away....b i t c h...is all i have to say. This has lazy bad service after hours, don't go here if you know what you want. You'll only be surprised with something you DO NOT WANT. read more

Gross garlic fries are soggy and no garlic taste whatsoever booo! Gilroy take your name back they are shaming you.

I usually don' t eat McDonalds but I was in a hurry today. There was a long line to order and one register was cash only. When I went to the self serve soda the coke was out in one of the machines. Several of the open tables were dirty. I ended up wiping the table myself so I could sit and eat. Will not return anytime soon. read more

Services were great until our ridiculous experience today happened! Been coming to this McDonald's location since my youngest child started liking French Fries and to be honest, his first French Fries ever was in this location. My son is high functioning with special needs. He has Down's syndrome. He was about to be two years old back then. He's turning 10 years old this October. Imagine that my son is been a loyal customer in this location? So faithful customer. He even gained friendship with this location's main Manager. He eats McDonald's French Fries every single day. My husband and I buy Oreo Frappe or Strawberry/Banana Smoothie. We seldom buy him OJ, Apple Juice or even Water. Today, I had the most ugliest customer service, rudest and disrespectful drive thru cashier! To the most sad part is that........he is one of the managers! Either assistant manager, manager or supervisor. He's name is PABLO! Here's what happened. I have this McDonald's app that offers deals. So since we are always buying McDonald's product, my usual deal became exclusive. In short, I get deals that I amazingly appreciated! It's because I've been buying my son an Oreo Frappe or Strawberry/Banana smoothie along with his large French Fries, I accumulated 2 free of any size McCaffe drinks! I want to use one today and surprisingly PABLO said I need to buy three more drinks in order for me to have free one. Tried to explain that the deal code he's talking about was completely different from the codes for two free ones. The worst part was that he insulted me bad while walking away from the counter! Little he know that I understand a little Spanish! He called me PUTA and I asked the two witnesses who I knew heard and witnessed the incident to confirm what I heard but they were quiet. I even asked his name from the cashier who took my payment but his response was he doesn't know his name. I understand that they were probably scared and did not want to be involved. Since I know the lady Assistant Manager, I briefly explained to her and she was very apologetic and even offered me any drink. I did not take the offer because it's not the free drink that it matters to me. What matters most is that she provided me the name of said individual. Our Bank Account and Credit Cards will prove that we are indeed a loyal McDonald's customers. We pay CASH, too but use Bank Cards or Debit Cards for most days! read more

A McDonalds is a McDonalds you say? Perhaps. They don't have lobster, creme brulee, escargot, or bubble tea, just the same food as every other McDonalds. But this is the best McDonalds I've ever been to. They've never made a mistake in my order, the food is always hot and the fries never have that reused-grease taste, even when I'm there in the middle of the night. And the workers here are always friendly. They seem to enjoy their jobs! read more

Food/coffee is always so fresh and service is great. The employees are always cheerful and friendly. (The manager once even went above ans beyond to help with car key issue.)... Definitely enjoy coming her for a quick bite or beverage.:) read more

Service is very bad here at this McDonald's, especially the cashier named Rorico, attitude is really bad. The management needs to do something on the training to its staffs. Will not come back to this one anymore!!!!! read more

This renovated location is a BAD design, one door entrance/exit. Inside the seating is limited but their kitchen is huge. The drive thru takes up all the space in the back. Only one cashier. Very bad, the hell happened?! read more

excellent service, never forget or take any order wrong.Sometimes, even if we want to cut the fast food off,its hard coz it comes in our way home.Always nice customers and crew,so thanks for feeding us with cheers and smile.Fillet-o-fish in big meals ....wow,what else do i need to parise, iced coffee is too good. They should provide customers with ketchup faucets for convenience. read more

This review is for the coffee which is really good; I like it more than Starbucks. It's $1 for a large. This location is really clean and fairly quiet inside. Not the seedy people and dirty environment that typically accompanies a fast food joint (think BK down the street). Workers are friendly and seem hardworking, no attitudes like "I hate my job". Good place. read more

I don't like to complain, but this is the second time that one of the item was missed when I go drive thru on Saturday morning.

Ok this place isn't bad. It's pretty cheap but the food is great. Little bit greasy but not too bad. Wide selections of drinks since the total remodel. Environment is good. Service is nice. Bathrooms (I've never been them yet) I'm assuming a good. Overall, I would eat there again. read more

I went in one day after work, expecting a nice easy meal. Thats not what occurred. First, I walked in to see the employee, named Melissa, eating a burger while taking peoples orders. How disgusting. She was chewing with her mouth open while talking to customers. When it was my turn in line, I ordered fries, a cheese burger, and a McFlurry. The whole time I was talking she didn't look at me once, she just kept eating her cheese burger without even listening to what I ordered. While having food in her mouth, she told me how much my order would cost, and when she opened her mouth, the burger she had been chewing fell out and landed on the cash register. I've never been more disgusted in my life. When my food was ready, I only got a drink instead of my entire oder. Then, I told Melissa that she gave me the wrong order, and she grabbed the drink and came back with my fries, a burger, and a soda. I didn't order a soda. She should of gave me a McFlurry. When I told her this, instead of just taking back the soda, she took back my burger too, which I felt was weird. When she came back, she gave me a McFlurry that was the wrong size. And, she was eating my burger that she took from me. I told her that she took my burger and is eating it, and she stopped eating, spit on it, and tossed it at me. I was so disgusted. Next, she told me that if I don't stop disrespecting her, were going to have to take this outside. I felt very threatened, so I left in a hurry. read more

I have been a pretty loyal customer to this establishment for years considering that it's the only one within the Millbrae/burlingame area. Although for the most part the service I get through the drive-thru is pretty good, time and time again when I show up for breakfast in the early morning there is this one Latina lady who is constantly giving the worst customer service. Her attitude is terrible. If you hate your job find a new one. The last time I dealt with her just pushed me to write this review. She NEVER smiles and I constantly have to ask her to give me NAPKINS! She has this look on her face as if I shouldn't be here so early in the morning because she shouldn't have to provide service that early in the morning. I hate pulling up to see her. So I don't go anymore. Sad because I try to treat myself to McDonald's breakfast once a week and she is definitely the reason I don't go anymore. Please remove such a miserable person from your drive thru window because she is the only reason I am writing this review. The rest of the staff who is at the window is great at their job. read more

I waited in line for this drive thru for 20 minutes. I got there about 3:00pm on Oct 29, 2014 and was still waiting for my order at 3:20. It wasn't just this wait that made it a bad experience but the nasty man who shoved my drinks at me and reached out as if to swat at me because I was trying to tell him I had been waiting in line for 20 minutes. He was pointing to his head set and said I can hear you, at least I think that is what he said. But his words are punctuated by his wild hand movements that made me feel he was going to swing or swat at me through the window. They were all moving slowly and acted as if they didn't care cars were lined up down through the parking lot and out into the street all the way past the front of the church and more cars were waiting to make the turn in the parking lot. I have lived in Millbrae 22 years and been coming to this location for the same number of years. Never have I seen such behavior especially from someone who looked like a manager. He definitely needs more manager training or put somewhere so he doesn't work with people. I won't be returning, ever. If I were the owner of this restaurant he would have been fired on the spot. read more
