If you want a place that puts their staff first look no more. We stopped here on our annual trip across Ohio and will likely never stop back . I waited two weeks to post the review in hopes that the manager would call me back. I never do the McDonald exit surveys but I did this time. I asked at the end for a manager to call me and no one has. I doubt that they check Yelp but hopefully others will travel onward to the next stop. This is far from what you will expect. There were tons of staff working but no one is able to take your order. They have 2 kiosks and everything has to be ordered from there. Great idea for that personalized customer service. Hello... then why are 4 people socializing behind the counter and not helping. To order at the counter is not even an option . If you are paying with cash you must alert one of the team members . I wanted my order without the dehydrated onions and with the real onions but even after staring at 3 of the employees for 1-2 minutes who could see the lobby no one came to assist . Once placing your order you grab a number and they bring the food to you. The fries were semi warm. The food was made correctly as I could not figure out how to order it how I wanted it. I will preface this by saying that we almost didn't stop at this location because of the low rating. However, we were almost out of gas and needed to stop at the station next door. For the sake of convenience, we ate here with our two small children. This location looks either recently built or recently renovated. It has one of those annoying kiosks which is inconveniently located right in the middle of the dining area of the front of the restaurant. I'm sure you can also order at the register but since no one ever seems to be out front to take orders or even assist folks who've already been served, you feel like you have to order at the kiosk. The food was normal McDonald's food, whatever you expect when you eat at any McDonald's. My review is not about the food. My biggest complaint is that this location is literally the ONLY McDonald's I've been to that has no changing station in the restroom. I've been to other locations that had broken ones, only a station in the women's and not the men's restroom, and the best locations have stations in both the men's and women's. Never have I encountered a McDonald's that didn't even attempt to accommodate families with small children. We are on our second day of travel of a road trip to see family, so we didn't have time to find another place that may or may not have had a place to change diapers. Therefore, we just changed their diapers on the bench at the long table near the kiosk. If you're sitting there right now reading this, don't worry - both diapers were only wet, not poopy. read more

No urgency-- No attention to detail-- Went inside to use the restroom to find both toilets disgusting and unclean. Ordered at the kiosk and it took over 10minutes for someone to acknowledge us to pay at the counter. I ordered a side salad and a hamburger happy meal. Took another 15minutes to get our food. The employees were moving slower than molasses. People waiting everywhere to be served. No urgency and or attention to detail. The fact that this place has two stars is unsurprising, but it's also garbage. No business should be ok with this. I've had issues 4 times in the last 6 months. I'm really not one to complain but I've had enough. You don't do anything to compensate wronged customers and it's garbage. They Don't hire the most competent people . Placed order , found out they no longer carry chicken wraps so text my daughter to ask what she wanted instead and pulled up to window to pay for what I already ordered . Stopped in on our way from Kalahari and the manager was absolutely rude, there was garbage overflowing and we had a big group of 18 people. We asked if we could order at the counter and she snaps "nope you have to use the kiosk." And walks away to pack up garbage. I just wonder after the never ending list of horrible reviews on Google, Apple Maps and Yelp, WHY corporate isn't looking into this place and making the very necessary changes or shutting this place down. It's unacceptable. If you have 5 + employees messing around in the back and not taking orders why is the place overflowing with garbage, grimy and sticky tables and table markers, bathrooms were disgusting, and no one offering to help. After complaining about no one being at the counter to pay they make smart remarks and recording our group with not one but TWO managers, one general manager ( you wouldn't know it by how SHE acted) and the manager Noah did nothing to control the situation, he stayed in the back not stepping up to mediate or anything, while his general manager acted like a teenager yelling and arguing and cussing in front of our kids. This "business" is completely ass backwards. Nothing is convenient about this supposedly "fast food establishment" One of the employees was in the back taking videos of us, once we saw her flash come on we said something and then the general manger finally pops out & says "you guys can get the fuck out of my store or I'm calling the cops." Very bad service. Me and my husband ordered a chicken biscuit, a muffin, an apple juice, and a water. They gave us an egg mcmuffin instead of chicken. Gave me a plain biscuit instead of a muffin. The apple juice had no straw with it. I went back inside and asked for a regular muffin instead of a biscuit. The manager was rude and said that I, the customer, probably said the wrong thing. Pretty sure at least I know how to say muffin and not plain biscuit. read more
