Why does the app allow me to place an order for a S Caramel Mocha when it is not available at the restaurant? I was asked at the window to choose a different coffee but then she informed they only have one to choose from. They failed to provide a Stirrer to use with my separate M Premium Roast coffee but they did include Creamer Packet and Sugar Packet. They failed to provide Grape Jam as requested in the app and no ketchup with Hash Brown. The Egg McMuffin has become noticeably smaller is size. read more

When someone asks for all 3 fries in the order to be no salt, you try to give them salted fries anyway, and then after getting called out on it, you give them REDROPPED salted fries while having the customer wait 10 minutes pulled out of line... This location is so bad it's almost funny: I stopped there one night during their hours of operation and was confused why no would answer at the drive thru. So I drove to the window and didn't see anyone so I thought they must have been closed. As I drive around to exit I see the employees hiding behind the equipment and then I noticed other employees sitting at the table on their phones. I then decided to go in to see if they were opened. I asked one of the workers and answered by asking "what chew want?". Being afraid of what they would do to my food for ruining their rest break, I just walked out. The WORST!!! The McDonalds in Mandeville LA. Right off 190 across from Cafe DuMonde. Here is the scoop. I took my kids here for lunch on a Sunday. We ordered a triple cheeseburger, and 2 4 piece McNugget kids meal. Triple cheeseburger was cold and had 2 patties. I took it back to the counter, the cashier took my burger, handed it to the person in back. While I watched the person in the back reuse the burger I sent back and put the third piece of meat on it and wrap it back up. No gloves on, nothing. Now, the chicken nugget happy meals. One was correct. The second was missing the 4 pieces of chicken. So, back up to the counter. Seemingly business as usual the cashier hands me a 6 piece. Obviously counting is an issue here. The jungle Gym is new this year and is disgusting. I couldn't let my kids go on it due to a dirty diaper in one of the tubes. Have no fear though. There is a guy in there who I assume is supposed to clean it but too busy talking to all the 5 year olds to do his job. Also, the coke machine, when you hit coke, expect Dr Pepper. No, ketchup, and only pepper. IS ANYONE IN CHARGE!! Last visit here. Chic Fil A and 5 guys from here on out. read more

It is always difficult to review a chain especially a fast food chain. These chains strive for uniformity so I start my reviews with statements like these so they aren't too short. This McDonald's does achieve their goal of uniformity, but there are some unique features. The location seems great since it's located on the Hwy 22 service road. In reality, it isn't as easy as it seems to get in and out due to the traffic that passes in front. It is also frequently packed so drive thru lines stretch to the service road at times. Service at this location is better than average. The staff is much friendlier than the other local McDonald's. Food is as good as McDonald's food can get. On each occasion I have been here the food was hot and fresh. While I don't recommend McDonald's very often, this is probably the best one in Mandeville. read more

I've only been to this McDonald's early in the morning for breakfast. Usually between 5:30 and 6:30am. Drive thru is open 24 hours and the dining room open at 5am. There's a couple of older regulars usually inside at this time of day, sipping on coffee, reading the paper and doing a little bit of Monday morning quarterbacking. I have always received good service this early in the morning. Usually I am able to walk right up to the counter and place my order. I have yet to have any problems with my order being wrong or cold. read more

I just ate the most amazing McDonald's quarter pounder ever, and my apple pie was sweetly delicious! I wouldn't say that all McDonald's food is supreme, except the fries , but this was super delicious! My entire order was served fast and correct. I visited the McDonald's on LaSalle Street, in Mandeville, Louisiana. This store was newly renovated about one year ago, and is very nice. The store was very clean and organized, and the workers were so busy trying to quickly accommodate all the customers in the lobby as well as at the window. They were very attentive to their customers, and I absolutely heard no complaints! We all know that McDonald's gets a bad rap about their food and employees. In this world unfortunately, there are some lazy workers, and less than perfect situations sometimes. This particular location gets my vote for the best McDonald's in the Mandeville/Covington area! I highly recommend McDonald's on LaSalle Street, in Mandeville. read more

This McDonalds is a joke! I go through the drive thru and order a Big Mac meal. I get home and get ready to eat. First I notice that the Big Mac is in a Quarter Pounder box (no it's not because they were out of Big Mac boxes). The sandwich is so shriveled up and with barely any toppings on it that you would think it was a regular hamburger. The top and bottom buns were hard as rocks. The hamburger patties are about 2/3rds of the size they should be and the whole thing was cold. It had obviously been sitting out for a long time. I leave the fries on the table and take the Big Mac back to the store. I pull through the drive and present my Big Mac to the cashier. She says she will get me another one and asks if I would like a free drink. I tell her I already have a drink but some extra fries would be great since by the time I get back home the ones I got earlier will be cold. She says OK and tells them to drop some fries and let's me know it will be a few minutes on them and to pull up. After a few minutes a worker brings my bag of food but there are no fries in the bag. I ask where the fries are and she said that since I did not bring the other fries back that they cannot replace them. lol This is so ridiculous that I feel the need to call the manager. What a waste of time that was. She informs me that they would not replace the fries because they are are too expensive and their costs on them are too high. She said they would be glad to give me a free drink as drinks are much less expensive. LOL Are you kidding me? I can't even find the words to describe this. Such stupidity and ignorance. I had to leave the house and drive clear back up there because they served me crap and I can't get my fries replaced? It's baffling. Will I be back? Not a chance. read more

Just came out of this McDonald's and it's like a pigs pen. It took forever to get a large tea. No tea in the lobby and had to wait forever for the gorl at the window to get me some from the back somewhere while others just walked around. I will never go to this one again. Incredibly rude immature staff. Left a customer in the bathroom for over 10 minutes needing toilet paper when they were not very busy. After another customer got toilet paper for the customer in need out of the women's bathroom, the employees thought it was funny. When asked for a manager they all huddled together refusing to answer or get the manager. Finally after being reprimanded for their rudeness the employee gave the managers name. Never once did a manager or supervisor step forward. This is ridiculous. This store owner should be ashamed of their staff for causing the customers upset and embarrassment at the fault of the employees not doing their jobs. read more

Just went to the door and it was locked, even though the dining room hours are until 11. The staff has her kids there and told me that since she's watching her children, that she decided to close the doors early. I'm in a big vehicle that can't fit through the drive through. Asked if she could take my order at the door and bring it back to the door since she wouldn't open the door. She said "hold on a minute" and then disappeared for almost 20 minutes. Left. If I were the owner of this McDonalds, I'd be annoyed that my staff is purposely losing business because they are using my restaurant as a daycare. read more

Terrible customer service from Mya who was working the register. When we came in we went to the counter to order and was told we had to use the kiosk to place our order. We told Mya we preferred to have her take our order at the register due to issues we had in the past with the kiosk not properly applying deals available in the app. She told us to use the kiosk to order but to pay at the counter and she would apply the deals then. So we put our order in at the kiosk and went to the counter to pay but she was still unable to apply the deal. She walked away saying she couldn't deal with us and told another employee to check us out. This employee had no trouble applying the deal and getting us checked out. The food was fine "typical McDonalds", so no complaint there. It was the way we were treated by Mya and her condescending attitude toward us. It was as if she didn't want to be bothered. Also the employees here don't wear name tags so it took awhile before we were able to find out Mya's name. I would not recommend this McDonalds due to the lack of customer service. Go to one of the other nearby McDonald's. This one is in desperate need of a customer service training program. read more

Got a couple of sausage burritos at almost 1 pm. They were obviously leftover from breakfast, were absolutely disgusting. They were burning hot when I got them, by the time they cooled off I was on the Causeway Bridge. They were horrible, took a bite and put them both to throw away. read more
