This is my favorite Starbuck's location. I've been going here for years. The manager is wonderful. Staff knows many of the regulars names and some start our order as soon as we walk in. It's clean and easy to access. They often gave employees taking drive thru orders from the cars in line so they can move the lines faster. read more

As Starbucks go, this is the best on the northshore. The employees are very friendly and helpful. This location has a drive through, but it can be awkward to use. The Starbucks is in a small strip mall so the drive through can't accommodate more than a few cars without causing traffic problems. I usually go to local coffee shops, but occasionally I have no choice and must go to Starbucks. When I must go to Starbucks, this is my first choice. read more

This location is a fly trap. We ordered a vente and a grande but it's difficult to enjoy your overpriced drinks while you're swatting flies the whole time. Due to a missed connection, I ended up on the Northshore needing to drive back but wanting a pick-me-up before driving the Causeway again. I braved the Starbuck's drive-thru not wanting to get out of my car, and while I can see two more cars in the line would've created a cluster-f in the parking lot, it was ok today. The staff was very pleasant and handed off my bagel, toasted without needing to ask, and my small iced mocha. Starbuck's is working with their own cream cheese brand which is okay and the packet is large enough for two slices of bagel. If I was in a rush, I'd check the drive-thru line but probably hit up this Starbuck's again. read more

This place needs to get their mobile order and attitudes in order! I mobile ordered a drink, but the app was acting up so I couldn't order my drink and my sister's drink at the same time. I went to the cashier and told her that I was there to pick up a Flat White for Mallory and that my sister needed to order a drink (Pumpkin Spice Latte). I heard them yell about three times "Is Mallory even here yet? why are we making this now?" and I said 'Um hi- I am right here' When my drinks were called - they gave me two Flat whites.... They were busy, but I've seen busy Starbucks before without all these issues and attitudes. read more

This location has great service and is rather spacious. The only negative is the drive thru. It backs up traffic in and out of Highway 190, and it can make difficult to park in the lot. Other than that, it is a great storefront and has all your Starbucks' favorites. read more

I had a terrible experience here. The place was disgustingly dirty with trash all over the place. The coffee was terrible (and I personally love Starbucks coffee) - I don't know if it was old, burnt, or both... but it was bad. The employees were disruptive, loudly carrying on while I was trying to sit there and enjoy my drink (I eventually gave up and left). I was tempted to rate them a "1" but they got 2 stars because I love Starbucks and couldn't bear to give them a 1, and to be fair, the service was at least friendly (loud and obnoxious, but friendly). read more
