The wonderful staff never disappoints. The coffee is nice and the shop is large enough for a pleasant visit. I especially love the patio.

At 9:50 on September 11, I pulled into the drive-through line for PJs on Highway 22. It was a very long line I waited 10 to 15 minutes before I got to the order box. By the time I was up to order I was told the shop was closed and they're not taking anymore orders. I waited in line for 15 minutes but no Grenada for me. I was stuck in the line until the person in front of me received their order until I could leave. I feel like someone should have come out to the cars and told us at the shop was closing before we got trapped in the drive-through. Guess I'll go to Starbucks but I'll order on their app first. read more

I am an advid pjs goer, especially to the Mandeville location. I'm always one to just get the coffee and keep it no matter how it tastes. I never complain. Today was the 3rd time in a row and I finally had enough and parked and brought it back inside. I ordered a medium cold brew white mocha with half and half. I received medium cold brew with half and half. When the lady at the drive thru handed me my drink I immediately knew it was wrong because of how dark and transparent it looked. I drove around and parked and went inside. When I got to the counter the young girl, brown hair, glasses was taking orders and a shorter older lady was assisting. I handed the young girl my coffee and explained to her what the problem was and that I had not even taken a sip, but per the sticker on the side of the cup, there wasn't white mocha in it. The girl snapped back and said "well I just made it and it's in there so taste it" I put the straw in the cup and as I suspected no white mocha. I handed her the drink back and said "no white mocha" the older lady had already started remaking my drink when the girl hands my cup to her and said "what are you doing. Why would you do that. Just add white mocha to this one you're like wasting product" and huffed. Immediately you could see how upset the older lady was and it was obvious that everyone in the restaurant felt how awkward it was. Absolutely disgusting attitude. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to service customers. read more

This is a cute little PJ's that I would probably be spending a lot of time in, if I lived in Mandeville. It has a great atmosphere with a welcoming "small town" type of feel with plenty of tables and chairs for hanging out. I popped in here really quick for an iced coffee and the woman working was super sweet. They have the typical selection of sweet treats and fee wifi, if you want to get some work done. I didn't get a chance to check out the patio, but I love the idea especially when the weather is nice. read more

Sorry but every time I go to this place they have never got my order right!! I've tried multiple times and not once!! I'm never going back! I ordered a white chocolate mocha and this time they tried to give me a cold when I ordered hot. When they finally gave me the correct one it wasn't even a white mocha!! It was a NO MOCHA Sorry PJ's wrong again!! I'd rather drive another 10 miles out if my way to get in line at Starbucks. At least they get orders right!! read more

The owners are great, a cashier is a cashier. However, they are local. I got the 32oz Granita...its huge!!! With Mocha, I asked for extra Mocha... well, a cashier made my coffee so I get what I get and I don't throw a fit. Not real sweet, pre-made. This is my all time favorite PJs location!! Not only do they always have iced decaf on hand, they also have iced decaf southern pecan. On one of my visits, I ordered the usual iced decaf mocha and the barista suggested I try the decaf southern pecan version. It has become my go to drink ever since. Sadly, this is the only place that always has iced decaf southern pecan. read more

i went here just now and i waited in line for 20 minutes. then i ordered a latte made with heavy cream and the girl rings me up for a cappucino with half and half. so i asked her why she did that as she kept making it and ignored me completely the first time that i asked her. she gave me some shcpeil about how its cheaper or something and im just like no i know exactly what i wanted and thats what i told u i wanted. she did not make me what i told her that i wanted. i think she just did that bc she already had cappucino made and didnt feel like making my drink bc she was tired? i dont know but that was weird and dumb. she shouldnt work there... read more

Have come here for years but over the past year+ it has gotten dirtier and dirtier. There is no maintenance, including two pans collecting water leaking from the ceiling today. The tables are often dirty and you need to clean yourself. The "comfy" chairs are filthy I would be embarrassed to have my name on this place but apparently the owners, who come in often, could care less! read more

My favorite part about thus PJs is the patio- a great place to chill that is private and comfortable in the open air. The coffee is great and the staff is wonderful! I could do without chain-smoking hipsters, though. Cheers! read more

Great coffee and friendly service. This location (hwy 22) has been there forever and has addictive baked goods and a quiet shaded patio. Small take-one-leave-one honor library is fun. Parking is easy, prices are good and they have a nice selection of coffee and tea stuff. read more
