I returned 15 minutes later and she informed that they still don't have bananas. Now I've wasted time in the app and two trips to this location. She couldn't give me an exact time to receive bananas and complete my order that I've already paid for so I told her I would attempt to cancel in the app. I provided feedback in the Smoothie King app for a resolution but I've only received an email from Shirlee Mendez of Smoothie King Guest Support passing the buck to the management team.
