I just had 4 cups of hot drinks spill all over me as I took the drink holder out my car because an/multiple unsecured lid(s) (all the drinks had stoppers). I didn't know something was leaking and it damaged the cardboard drink holder and all 4 HOT drinks tumbled out and spilled all over me as I was getting out my car to go to work. I call the location to inform them what happened as to not let this happen to someone else, as these drinks were HOT! The flippant employee who answered the phone proceeded to argue with me and say it was the failure of the drink holder. The way she was speaking to me made it seem like this is a frequent complaint. DO BETTER, this is dangerous and a liability! I've gotten incorrect orders and a little spill here and there before from this location so it's my fault I ignored the signs and continued to patronize this location.
