Another day.. Another McDonald's location.. There was a deal for $1 chicken sandwich in the app today! We ordered in the app and it was ready when we walked in. My chicken sandwich was warm at best and hers had mayo all over the outside (it's supposed to go inside I think) and then it was only in one bite and the rest of the sandwich was dry. It's your standard McDonald's, to be sure. However, due to the location, the bathroom is locked and you need a code to get in. My wife tried to order a large fries (with a deal via the app) but was told they didn't have large fries that day and charged her more for a small. Very confusing, but she didn't have the time or energy to argue. No large fries? Puh-lease... I've had other orders here that are processed just fine. This is not a place I'd stop on a regular basis, but in a pinch, it'll do. read more

If it were an option, this McDonald's location would get negative stars from me. First, I had to explain to the cashier at the drive through just to give me a 2 cheeseburger meal with no cheese since she couldn't give me a 2 hamburger meal. Then, I asked for a toy for someone under the age of 3 in the HappyMeal I ordered. The cashier asked her manager, who said they didn't have any. (btw, we have been to this McDonald's many times in the past year, and we have NEVER gotten a toy for someone under 3 at this location because they never have them!) Then, I asked her to take the price of the toy off, so first tells me she can't, after I told her that they can every other time, she gets her manager, who canceled the HappyMeal, and just adds the chicken nuggets, milk, and fries! (So, my daughter didn't get the applesauce, or yogurt that comes with! Or even the HappyMeal box!) Then I pulled up to the next window and the boy at the window asks me to list everything I got so he can figure out what my order is. After handing me the drinks, the car in back of me honked. The boy at the window then flipped off the car behind me. After pulling over, and checking that I got everything, I went in to ask about getting the HappyMeal box and yogurt and applesauce. That is when the manager explained to me that I don't get any of that because of the order change. This has to be my worst experience at any McDonald's ever. read more

McDonald's is McDonald's! Stopped by this location around midnight on the way home on a Monday night from camping in central Wisconsin. Ordered a coffee in the drive through. Guess this place is popular! There were 4-5 cars in front of me. Took a few mins for me to get my coffee but it's understandable. Worst Mc Donald's ever. Went at 12am..... only took cash. Had to go to the bank across the street and get cash out. Went back.... ordered food.... gave him a 20.00 bill and got my food.... got home the food was cold and realized he gave me the wrong change. Gonna be britaply honest. Do not come here within 12 am to 12 pm. There was one decent staff member here and he was working his a** off to resolve the 2 problems I had. We went there last night around 7:45 pm and the tables and floor were very dirty, especially the floor in the back prep area. I'm not sure when it was cleaned last. The manager was behind the counter yelling at the workers like they were her children. I felt embarrassed. She got after the kids to clean up, and they didn't. They only checked the garbage. If I were the manager there are two young boys I would have fired on the spot. The kids seemed disrespectful and lazy toward the manager. My husband was with our son on a Middle School field trip for Robotics. They left Janesville, WI on their way back to Superior, WI (6 hour bus trip) on a Saturday evening after a long day of competing. The bus with 19 students and 9 adults pulled into the parking lot of this McDonald's for dinner. The Manager locked the restaurant door on them. A few other customers showed up at the same time and were locked out as well. It was a customer who was leaving that unlocked the door and let our students, chaperones and others in. It was mostly the manager who was being a "bitch", not so much the employees, and she was upset to have to serve our small bus load of student/adults and other customers. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to!! Every time I go there is terrible customer service and they seem to always have a problem... like they're ice cream machines being shut down! I have asked for water at the window and I was denied that, I have waited over 40 minutes in drive threw (no exaggeration) and they ended up not having my food and I had to then order breakfast food and every time I get the crispy chicken sandwich it's dried out... I live right next to this location so it's convenient to go here, but I think it's safe to say it's worth the extra drive to go somewhere else!!!!!!! read more

of course.. with a place like this who would want to claim this business? super annoyed with this place.. we were here this past saturday.. it's 10:25 am when we enter the building.. a few used the restroom first.. there were several people in front of us but we were waiting for the menu board to change over to the lunch menu.. as soon as it hits 10:30 am, the menu board changed over to lunch.. this girl wearing a east high school hoodie had placed our order (not very professional, i'd say).. i had ordered a #6 (artisan chicken sandwich meal).. my husband asked my nephew what he would like in his happy meal.. that's when the cashier told us that they weren't serving lunch yet.. we told her that the menu board had changed.. she turned around and looked at it.. then she looked at us and said they don't serve lunch until 11 am and that it was still breakfast.. my husband asked if i wanted to get anything off the breakfast menu.. honestly, i wanted to say no and walk out but said yes only because i was really hungry but then wishing that i didn't after the fact.. i was super annoyed and pissed because we just got done driving for 4.5 hrs and this was going to be our first meal at 10:30 am.. let alone my 6 year old nephew who was super hungry and didn't want anything else besides chicken nuggets.. so what did we do? i ordered as well as my brother in law while my husband and nephew decided to wait after.. i'm certain the cashier knew i was annoyed.. she kept on looking at me for some reason.. not only that but when she handed over one of the cups, she had her finger inside of it.. that is not how you handle a cup.. plus the food didn't even taste that good.. the egg tasted really old and one side of the english muffin was so thick it made it beyond dry.. not only that but a bunch of customers had ordered off the lunch menu only for the supervisor/manager to tell them that it was still breakfast.. he even told a custoemr that he didn't know as to why the menu board changed but it shouldn't have.. yeah, right! as busy as our schedule was going to be when we got to our destination, they both didn't end up eating until 3 pm!! we have been to this location before when we have been in town.. the drive thru line is horrible! we've waited more than 30 min before.. it's absolutely crazy! we specifically made a stop here knowing that it's somewhat off the freeway even though we knew the drive thru line was slow when we were last here.. there's a difference between being busy and being slow.. they were just slow.. but anyways, the one star is for the fact that my nephew didn't get to eat.. read more
