The door is locked and a worker is not responding to my knocking. I can see 3 bags ready for pickup and it is 30 minutes past my pickup time. The worker is slicing chicken and refusing to open the door. He's holding my wrap hostage and now I have to fight to get a refund. WTAF???? Soooo good! Great lunch spot while visiting your college kid. The line was long, but so worth it. If you order the right wrap you get tots! Plus while waiting you can take a photo with Napoleon Dynamite or pick out the cool things around Madison in their mural. Get a dweeb or honey mustard bbq chicken wrap! New spot on State Street and it did not disappoint! They specialize in a variety of wraps and their signature is being the original tot-wrap. The atmosphere is bright and inviting and the staff is really prompt and friendly! We ordered the Dweeb (per rec of the staff) and it was delicious and super filling! The dweeb has chicken tenders, bacon, tator tots, cheddar, mozzarella cheese, jalepenos, sour cream, and ranch. The wrap came out nice and hot with crispy bacon, and 'crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside' tots, all melted together with ooey gooey cheese and ranch. A worker yelled at my friend and then said to me "what the fuck do you want" when it was my turn to order. Extremely rude and genuinely awful people who are working there. So I have some bias because I spent a couple of years in East Lansing, MI and I loved Conrad's there. I was excited to hear that they were opening a location here in Madison. Tater Tots. Who doesn't love Tater Tots? There are so many options and you can even get it without the wrap and they will just put everything in a box (great for gluten free folks). Not a lot of seating. They make everything fresh. When I went, there was a group of 10 of us. Some of us ordered the same thing but we didn't remember when we ordered it so we got our food out of turn. Maybe they should do a number system or ask for our name to make it easier for them and for us. Just a suggestion. So pay attention to what you ordered and when. read more

I was very skeptical when I first tried tater tots with chicken and hot sauce inside of a wrap, but I absolutely loved it and consider it one of my favorite bites to eat. I was with two of my good friends, after I got my food I tried waiting for my friends, one of the workers got out her loud speaker and screamed at us "you have your food, leave now". In a group of 4; the one white woman orders a wrap and it was $10, the Asian man and Asian woman orders the same exact thing, $14. We asked why and they had no explanation. I think why we were charged more was cause the 3 minorities orders the second order together separate from the white woman. They refused a payment due to lack of change and customer service. It's ran by an ignorant customer service team at night. Entitled children thinking they know what they are doing. Been broadcasted due to the terrible service and interaction on tik tok and yelp on the poor customer service. No professional interaction on charges or interactions. Very disappointed in our favorite place to go to. Will never come again and make sure it's known not to charge payments here again. I had the original chicken tender wrap with ranch. I would say I am a chicken wrap connoisseur and this is one of the best I have ever had. Most importantly, shout out to the ONE GUY who was actually wearing his Conrad's uniform. He is the ONLY one that acknowledged me when I entered, and the ONLY guy who said "thank you", and threw me a peace sign!!! Kudos to YOU, sir!!! Now for the story: when I walked in there were two guys working, both behind the counter; one wearing a plaid, some random hat, and working on his skateboard while sitting down behind their register/soda area. The other guy was actually, working. When I walked in plaid guy looked at me, but didn't say anything. Once I figured out what I wanted I walked up the counter while plaid guy still fiddled with his board. Nice peace sign guy working had to tell him I was at the counter although he knew I had walked in. He hesitantly walked up to me and looked at me as if I was wasting his time, and breathing in all his oxygen. Soon after I started ordering I had to cough (I have been sick and this is my first day back to work), I stepped away and coughed and made a light-hearted joke about me not having COVID- he grinned at me like he gave no F's about anything but getting back to fixing his board. I ordered my food, he swung the register/iPad thing around at me and didn't say a word. Ironically of course, it asks if I want to leave a tip- HELL NO- not with that useless attitude. He walked away and started making my food. While he was making my order he was having a decent conversation with his coworker; I came to realize he actually has the ability to communicate rationally with other humans, but apparently not me this day. I don't know if it was because I was not some 19 year old college girl or something? Not sure. Once he was done making my food he walked over and slapped it on the counter in front of me with no eye contact, and turned around and walked away. The other guy looked up at me, gave me a peace sign and told me "thank you". Why should he have to make up for plaid dudes crappy attitude? That's not cool. I hope he didn't have to feel obligated because he knew what a dick plaid guy was to me??? Maybe he's like that with others, and he feels like he has to pick up the slack??? Sad, if that's the case!! Hands down one of the best made wraps I've ever had. Even being delivered by Door Dash, the wraps were crisp, not soggy and filled to the brim with customization options.
