Flatbread, pretzels, barbecue BBQ Baked Mac & Cheese

[[HIGHLIGHT]]After a long day of hiking, Vintage Brewery was exactly what we needed cozy, casual, and comfort food done right.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We rolled in a bit after brunch hours (they stop at 2 PM), but the staff didn't miss a beat and still let us order from the menu. Huge points for that hospitality We went with the flatbread, pretzels, and the BBQ mac & cheese and wow, everything hit perfectly after hours on the trail. The mac was creamy and smoky, the pretzels were warm and soft, and the flatbread was the kind of shareable you don't actually want to share. Of course, a stop here isn't complete without a beer flight five pours at $2.50 each

This time I ordered through their website and went to pick it up and got it and it's a beautiful pizza and I haven't even taken a bite but I know it's gonna be so good. The key to their pizza is the sauce is so good. But then I can't discount anything else because everything else is so good.

Went for brunch on a sunday! We were a table of 9 but they sat us right away and gave us time to order and came to check on us frequently. Food is pretty standard- my friends got orange juice and said it was super watered down but probably because its for the mimosas. Otherwise a decent brunch spot for quick service and wide options

The drinks are usually a strong point here, and they were solid this time as well, but the food really missed the mark for me on this visit. The small house salad was noticeably smaller than the same salad at the East Side location, even though the prices are about the same, which was disappointing. The French onion soup was overly sweet and honestly tasted more like sugar than soup. I also tried the blackened shrimp bowl, which was just okay and not as good as similar bowls at places like Sweetgreen or Forage, especially considering it was more expensive. I also did not love that the shrimp still had the tails on, since they were covered in sauce and made the dish messy to eat. The highlight of the visit was definitely the service. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and friendly, and when my rewards in the app were not working, the manager stopped by and helped right away. The staff really saved the experience for me.

First time visit to this location. Sat outside on a Friday afternoon. Decent service but delays in getting drinks/condiments/silverware to us. Out of the specialty rhubarb cocktail I wanted to order. I had the salmon salad and it was fresh and tasty. Companions had Rip Rip mac and cheese, CBR wrap and Thai chicken salad. All were pleased & some had extra to take home. Generous pour of the "at home" size serving of wines.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Awesome atmosphere, love the fishtank behind the wraparound bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bathrooms have a separate wall so you're not coming out straight to the crowds.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very elective vibe with the decor and food menu.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Beer is decent, their sours definitely need more "kick" or tang to them. A little bland but good flavors coming through. Buffalo chicken is tender, juicy and breaded crisp. The chicken thigh meat never disappoints! Sidewinder fries are fluffy and fried golden delicious. Ranch has a little more garlic this time, but I don't think you can ever have too much! Chili was marked as a spicy item but was not at all. Good flavor just not a ton of spice.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is so creatively beautiful[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and the fries are surprisingly delicious that I wish there were multiple of the in Wisconsin! Plus the service is not that slow while if you order less food for a family you of 4!

Friends had been prior with good results so we tried out lunch again today. Cool, old school, bar and restaurant feel on the inside brewing up an assortment of beers. Service was quick and prompt pumping out food to the table as it was piping hot and ready. Sizes are pretty large including my Thai salad, the chicken shawarma sandwich, and the chicken and rice bowl. They also have a great kids menu coming with their own kiddie cocktails so they know something about keeping kids happy. Everything was great and fresh with interesting flavors across all the dishes.

Staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly , really appreciate the ease of having a beer when you are out of townets. Beer was delicious and cold

    Fried Cheese Curds

Food is on the saltier side, and cheese curds were disappointing. Tater tots (side) are good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Run-of-the-mill American restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff are nice, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the restaurant's lighting is a bit on the darker side.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bathrooms are clean![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Maya was the best bartender that I've ever had. She was always checking in and making sure I was taken care of. She will be missed!

It's the perfect place to spend a relaxed afternoon -- good beer, friendly staff, and a laid-back vibe that's never too crowded. The space itself is great -- high ceilings, big windows that let in tons of natural light, and a nice open layout. The outdoor patio overlooking the pond is especially beautiful when the weather's nice. It's also dog-friendly, which we love! Our pup is always happy to come along, and we even picked up one of their dog toys from the merch area -- easily her new favorite. They've got some fun merch for humans too. The beer selection is solid, with something for everyone. We've really enjoyed the Lil Louie Lager and Badger Club Amber, and they always have a few rotating taps that keep things interesting. The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming every time we've visited. If there's one area for improvement, it's the atmosphere. The space itself is awesome, but it sometimes feels like it's missing a little energy I'd love to see more events, live music, or themed nights to bring the place to life. It has so much potential to be a real community hub. Overall, Wisconsin Brewing Company is absolutely worth checking out great beer, great staff, and a beautiful, dog-friendly spot to unwind. With just a little more happening in the space, it could easily be a five-star destination.

The real excitement of this place is found in the upstairs and downstairs bar areas. The downstairs area is known as the Rathskeller which is like an old dank cellar, great for parties. The craft beers they make here are decent, but on the little on the tame side, although I would recommend their I-5 draught IPA. The wine and dessert menus are very limited, but I noticed that they do sell a cannabis infused seltzer. They do keep things interesting menu-wise with monthly specials and featured Dane deal specials. The food overall is on the 3 to 4 star level which is fine as long as you're expectations aren't too high. Everything's handled on the handheld device, including the final payment and tip. On a very hot Saturday afternoon we made our way to this location not too far off the Beltline. Fortunately there was just enough shade outside that the tables and chairs were out of the sun to watch the band. Delta doesn't have a very attractive outdoor space but that is not unlike other small microbreweries around here. They had quite a few beers to choose from though most were not my taste. I did settle on their German pils which was quite good. My wife opted for a kombucha that she liked. They do have a number of non-alcoholic choices too and even a few mixed drinks... Given it was their version of Octoberfest they had a food vendor outside and I understand they often have food trucks because I am not sure what other food choices they have beyond a tombstone-like pizza I saw someone eating. We didn't spend anytime inside but it looked like a typical microbrewery with high top tables and lots of games.

The bartender assured us that their vegan options were incredible. MadisonTap features many local Wisconsin beers on tap. They seem to often rotate the beers and keep a solid selection.
