This McD store was seemed newly renovated, cozy and clean dine-in area. There were lots of parking around the store and they had the drive thru lane too. There were multiple kiosk for self ordering. We ordered the special Mcdonaldland Happy Meal and a quarter pounder. The McDonaldland meal was pricey, about $15, never had seen such expensive item at McD before. The staff members were quick to prepare the order, we got ours within few minutes. All items were in the bag, nothing missing. The nuggets, fries and quarter pounder had the standard McD taste. The kids finished them quickly. The Mcdonaldland pack had a lot items in it, like small toy, cards and maps. Overall this was a pleasant McD store. read more

This McDonald's screwed up my order. They gave me a chicken deluxe sandwich, minus the chicken. When I called, they said they that I had to Texarkana back (45 minutes away). I asked that they just deliver a sandwich, they said they couldn't. I asked that they just transfer the order to the McDonald's around the corner. They said they couldn't. Have only been here a few times because we were craving McDonalds, and every time we go I get reminded why this McDonalds is the worst! visits included "we don't have any quarter pounder patties", "sorry we are closed" at 10 pm on a Friday night and this was months before covid 19, missing items that we had to go back for (this happens ALOT), and messed up orders...double cheeseburger that they only put one patty on, cheeseburger with no cheese, Big Mac missing the special sauce. This McDonald's is generally awful. I have had more problems with this particular McDonald's than any other in my lifetime. From employees dropping F bombs in front of my kids to completely messing up meal orders. What I can't handle is flies in my drink, multiple flies. I didn't realize they were there until I popped the top off upon finishing it so I could fill it with water. Now I get to think about how flies had been seeping in my tea and all the maggots they could have been carrying. Yay! read more

OKAY LET ME TELL YOU THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I JUST HAD WAS BEYOND LACK LUSTER AND DOWN RIGHT DISRESPECTFUL. My confidants and I pulled up at approximately 8:51 and approached the door with full hearts and eager eyes yearning for a Big Mac, only to be shut out by two employees stating that they had just closed and recommended the drive-thru. (Mind you, both of the employees had a certain sass about them) so with no hesitation we approached the drive-thru and were treated so poorly. They denied our simple request to do separate orders. So I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and the employee who answered the phone shut me down with a not so subtle "FUCK OFF..." and hung up. Needless to say I will never be coming back to that branch ever again. I'm disgusted and feel so disrespected. Unreal. read more

This is a gem. My experience has been that most of the MickyD's in the area are terrible. Incompetent sometimes surly service. Improperly prepared food. For example, old dried beef patty on stale bread. Undersalted or oversalted, old and dessicated fries. Have had breakfast a few times and food was perfect. Hot cakes and sausage the way you expect them to be cooked. Just like I remember when I was a kid when there was more consistency and quality control (at least that is how I remember it). The good old days when the fries and apple pie were cooked in lard (mmm, nothing could beat a freshly made hot out of the frier deep fried apple pie). read more

What I will say is that it is a MUCH better experience sitting in the dining room and eating, over going to the drive thru. As a longtime resident of the Media area, I can't count how many times I sat in an extremely. SLOW. DRIVE..........THRU. Even if I was the only car in line, a simple trip through could take 7-8 minutes. When the food does come, the fries would usually be cold, or the order incorrect. Dining in is usually quite pleasant in the bright dining room. If you need a Mickey D's fix, and this place is your choice, be smart and take the extra 10 minutes to dine in here. read more

They clearly communicate and it always sounds like they're following corporate chatter by offering me the lastest and greatest deal. They're fast and efficient when I'm on the road. This was the worst experience with the worst staff. I asked for no whip cream and when they handed it to me it had whip cream. I said they just don't listen and the girl started yelling who is they? I visited McDonalds tonight about 6:25 pm. I have been here several times before. I went into the drive through and was the second car in line. Not busy at all and no cars behind me. I waited 6 minutes and the car in front of me had to pull up to pay window to tell them no one came over the speaker to take her order or mine. I got frustrated and decided to go inside. The counter staff member was polite. I placed my order and waited again about 6-7 minutes for 2 Quarter Pounders and then my fries were getting cool as she put those in the bag first. They were not full either. I started eating my sandwich and the rolls entire edge was hard as a rock and barely chewable. I am not a complainer but this was awful. With the new competition such as Panera and 5 Guys you really need to bring your A game. I rarely eat fast food but thought it would be a guilty pleasure/treat on my way home from work. Nearly 12 bucks for a barely edible meal. Hope things improve as that old mall site gets more crowded. read more

Horrible place to try to get something to eat, working during the snowstorm I stopped to get food for my crew and they closed three hours early. There was four employees sitting there and none of them would get up off their rear-ends and even answer me. With no signs posted anywhere. My drive through visit last week had me wait 15 minutes (time is printed on the ticket so I am not exaggerating) at lunch time. I went to this location on Tuesday 9/17 around 7:30ish on my way to a meeting. I pulled up around a parked truck with the engine on. I had to backed up to the intercom. After saying hello to see if I could at least hear her, she never answered. I drove up to the window to explain that I cannot hear with the truck engine on and a bad left ear and wanted to place my order at the window. The lady point to me that the other Customer behind me place an order and she have to attend to that one. I said I cannot go around again because I still cannot hear. She pointed again. I drove off and went to another location and did I see the difference with service. I call back about 30 minutes later to speak with the supervisor and the same lady answered phone, I asked for a supervisor and she said she was the only only one working there now and what was it about? The service was slow. There must have been 8 people working there but something was not working. A kid before me waited 10 minutes for fries. After waiting almost 10 minutes I inquired about my order. The girl who took it was by the fryer and began to yell saying I told her she was waiting on fresh fries (Did she ??? I thought she said that to the kid waiting 10 minutes before me???) nonetheless I stated I wasn't aware and she continued yelling causing a scene. I told her the whole restaurant heard her as her coworkers gathered around her all starring and get this at me.
