I am very happy to have this franchise in our area now. It has been a long time coming, but finally we have some Asian franchise restaurants coming into our area. This restaurant is not to be confused with fast food however. The wait can be around 30-45 minutes long, so they advise you to call ahead and then you will receive a text when the order is ready. They have sophisticated to go boxes that vent out to keep the crisp on the chicken skin. We came on the second day of opening. The bone-in wings we tried were: Honey Garlic, Cheesling, Spicy Galbi, Soy Garlic, and Hot Mala. My two favorites were the Spicy Galbi and Cheesling. There are two dry wings: Golden Original and Cheesling. I liked the Cheesling powder sprinkle. The dusting of cheese powder fell perfectly within the fried skin. I liked the amount of sweetness in the spicy galbi. It was less sweet than the soy garlic. I'm a savory person. When you order bone-in wings, they try their best to give half amount of flats and half amount of drumettes. You can not specify if you want more flats or drumettes. I like the scallion sprinkle on the Spicy Galbi. I would come back to try Gangjeong, Gangnam Style, and Spicy Original flavors. The skin crisp is out of this world even with the wet sauces. The Rosé Ddeok-bokki tasted like rosé pasta sauce over rice cake logsi. The ddeok-bokki was perfectly chewy, il dante. I would like to try the (original) Ddeok-bokki next time. The waffles fries were seasoned well. I liked the flavor. Also very crispy. There were three tables for dine in. It is self serve. The staff was friendly and nice. There was one unisex restroom. It was handicap accessible. There is handicap parking available right next to the front door. The decor was new, trendy, and modern with colors of black, white and red. The owners mentioned that they will have their online ordering platform and delivery services like DoorDash available soon. They also have Lunch Combo specials from Monday to Friday from 11 AM ~ 3 PM. A Ddeok-bokki bowl or rice bowl would also be a nice dish for lunch. I would recommend this restaurant.

3 orders of wings (top to bottom) Gangnam - gangjeong - spicy galbi

Quick in, quick out. Thought the location would be a tad inconvenient, but I was wrong. And even if it were... THESE are the wings I needed to find in close proximity to my house. I noticed the storefront on my many drives down rt 1, and always said I should try it. Tonight I did, and these are the best wings I've had locally - thank god I made the choice to go. Now, the flavors aren't my typical sauces for wings, but I tried 3 (labeled in picture) and every single one was very good. Not too spicy, more subtle, but they were all evenly coated and it didn't impact the wings taste/texture at all. CRISPY, very decently sized, well sauced, tender, and flavor - all on point. This place deserves more credit/love... can't wait to try the other items and boast about the wings to others.

Tried a few places in the area, with mixed results (some really good, some never again). Bro-in-law (not a particulary astute judge of pizza, being from Amish-adjacent country), suggested this place. It was close by, it was really rainy out, and we were all way hungry--us, dad, kids, grandkids, great-grandkids. Called in an order for some pies--Cheese, sausage, pepper and onion, and margherita--and salads, picked them up, nabbed a coupla chocolate chip cookies that looked amazing, and brought all of back in a jiffy. Open the pizza steamy boxes, mmm smelled sooo good. Uh, what? It's square. Ah, DGAF, let's dig in! Really, really good. Right tanginess to the sauce, nice chewy-crispy dough, salty cheese (perhaps a touch too much, but that seems to be the norm outside the NYC metro area). Salads were tasty, too. Oh, and those cookies. I think I ate them all myself.

But whoever is making your "house made" Buffalo sauce needs to be stopped immediately. This is not buffalo sauce... This is spicy ketchup on top of dry chicken and it's thick and gross. Please please please change it back to the OG recipe.

I'm grateful that Sterling Pig has the taste and integrity to serve real potato French fries. I've stopped buying fries most places because it's all reconstituted junk anymore, but Sterling Pig's are legit. Thank you! Pulled pork is well rendered with expected flavor and is just simple and satisfying as it should be; grilled meat. No hint of a water bath or any of the cockamamie things some cooks can do to pork meat. Not super smokey but it doesn't need to be, and it doesn't need sauce either which means it's good meat to eat alone. Brisket had all the desired flavor but loads of fat. I don't like paying for gristle and fat when I pay by the pound. Otherwise, they are one of the few places up here who can get flavor right. Big Bad Wolf in Aston used to make great burnt ends with delicious flavor but quality waned last time I tried it. All in all Sterling Pig is pretty good and if you're not used to weeks of GA BBQ every year like we are, you're definitely in for a treat among local options.

We were semi-self service in the restaurant because it was only 1 person working in the front. I felt really bad for him. He took sometime to order and brought the food out. The wings are tender and juicy inside, good texture, not dry. Many tables and seats inside. Bathroom is ok. Street parking. Overall a good place to watch sports and get rowdy with tasty food.

They also had a game viewing area in the back. But though out the place there were several TVs that had the game on. The menu had plenty of popular American style dishes. I got to try the chicken wings and mussels for appetizers. Both were excellent. My friends loved their sandwiches and salmon dishes as well. All the dishes were served within a short wait time. The bartender was serving our table as well. He did really good job. We had a wonderful time hanging out with everyone while dining and watching the game.

We skipped the usual chain nonsense and found Barnaby's instead. Luck, maybe. Or instinct. Either way, it paid off. The place has bones. Stone walls, a lived-in feel, and a room full of people who look like they've been coming here long enough to have a seat without asking. It's loud in the right way. Feels honest. Now the food. The wings--here's the truth. These are the kind where they split a full wing and call it two. That's a ding. Always will be. And the sauce? A little flat. Not bad, not offensive, just... didn't say much. At least it didn't try to melt your face off, which counts for something. But the rest of the meal? That's where this place earns its keep. Crab cakes that taste like crab, not filler. Mashed potatoes that didn't come out of a bag. Vegetables that had some life to them. And a burger built like it had something to prove--juicy, stacked, and handled right. The kind of plate that shows up and you know you made the right decision. Service sealed it. Our waitress--sharp, funny, moving like she's done this a thousand times and still enjoys it. You don't see that much anymore. She made the whole experience better without making a show of it.
