The good: its clean and the employees are nice. The food is good. The bad: first this place NEVER has veggies! Ive been here like 8 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they dont have the veggies. At first I thought maybe I was going too late but then we went in the middle of the day and they didnt have it. And then I was talking to a friend and she said the same thing... her family has been there multiple times and they never have veggies. Its very odd. Also multiple times I've had to have them double wrap the burrito because its so stuffed, which you would think would be a good thing but they can't properly wrap it and the wrap starts to rip open. So overall if the veggies arent a big deal for you and especially if you arent getting a burrito, this place is totally fine. But if you are a vegetarian or want the veggies, you might want to go to a different Chipotle. read more

The worker scooping the food was horrible. Rude and lack of respect for customer on answering questions. Portion size was ridiculous small. Kid serving size for adult portion. A customer ahead left because of this. The mild salsa had no taste, the lettuce had dirt. From the image you see black spots I had originally thought it was the lettuce but its DIRT!!! I could wipe it away with my fingers. Horrible. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. 0/5 stars. read more

I lost my bag with all my personal information, and the workers ignored me when I knocked on the locked door at 9:58. When I was there, they refused to refill the lids and utensils, there was no ice, and no trash accept the recycling which was full to the brim. Horrible experience, will probably get my identity stolen. read more

So after speaking with corporate I was told that this location should not be charging extra for vinaigrette yet when I mention it to the manager they are telling me that they can do what they want at this location and that the store owner told them to charge. Paying 1.65 for an item that is considered complementary by corporate is basically the store owners way of stealing from Chipotle. If the store owner is reading this I hope they catch and revoke your franchise read more

The absolute worse! I hope this location gets shut down. They are always low on food options and charge for hot sauce! The Manager is rude and unprofessional. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. Worst chipotle EVER. They never have anything of the toppings available because the staff is too lazy to cut lettuce / vegetables. I never give reviews but this business is run horribly. read more

I've been to this Chipotle many times and have never had an issue with the food itself...but with the rude customer service. I guess with the world on a downhill spiral, actual service and manners are dead too. Only one person was in front on me, and they were not even being helped because both women employees were too busy laughing and talking. When she finally got to me, I started to order and was interrupted by the other woman working to bring back up the joke and laugh more. I don't care if you are working at McDonalds...don't come to work like its study hall in high school. I mentioned how she gave me UNDER what they normally give, and the other woman made a side comment insulting me under her breath. She was also the same woman that rang me out and wouldn't look at me or say a single word. Handed me my bag like a petty ex would. They are both unprofessional and I'm shocked they even have a job at Chipotle. If you are a mean person, may I suggest not working in customer service!!!! :)))) read more

I and my wife visited this restaurant at 4:30 PM on Saturday, Oct. 19th. There was only ONE person working to assemble meals for a long, long line of customers. She was doing an EXCELLENT job, but was working alone, working nonstop at an unsustainable pace while idle co-workers simply walked behind her without assisting her. Sooner or later, this girl will quit or have a nervous breakdown. It was horrible to see her run out of ingredients and have to leave the counter to obtain them from a nearby refrigerator all by herself. I was so uncomfortable I nearly lost my appetite. There was no teamwork, no unified effort to help her serve customers who kept coming through the door. I am not stopping here. I am contacting the franchisee if possible and contacting corporate headquarters. I am committed to calling attention to this extremely flawed concept and zero evidence of supervision or leadership of any kind. This location has had several restaurants which have all failed and this one looks like it will fail sooner than any of the others. read more

Customer service suck , the ppl that works here are so not welcoming at all , no smiles at all and they never have hard tacos or kid chips for the kids meal and it's always dirty in the sitting area , especially if you go after 6pm , I love the food but hate the service ! read more

Chipotle responded to my poor review regarding my experience on Friday and gave me a link to share my poor experience. I did and they responded immediately indicating they would address with media location. I went back yesterday and had a very good experience so I commend them for addressing my issues . I will continue to support the location read more

i don't even want to give this location one star. worst chipotle i've ever been to. 4 people were working during a dinner rush during my visit and i waited over 40 minutes for my mobile order that i never received. no one was even fulfilling mobile orders - only walk-ins. ended up having them cancel my order and contacted corporate for a refund because oh! there is no manager there to talk to. do not go here. read more

Wish I could give this Chipotle 0 stars. I consistently come here around 6-7 pm and they NEVER have fajita vegetables. They say no more will be made and the location closes at 10 pm. Sometimes there's even no cilantro in the rice. It is dirty inside and the trash is often overflowing. I've contacted customer service and nothing changes. This location needs to be managed better. read more

They could be nicer! I'm an officer and first responder and they denied me using the discount even though I've used it plenty of times. I even came in uniform to use it. There's always a problem at this location. read more

SO they hired a new crew, the summer crew must have gone back to school. This past week I ordered a chicken quesadilla on the app. I've never had my quesadilla shoved into my container and it wasn't grilled there was no brown crust on the outside, nor was it cut into triangles like every other chipotle does. It was still editable but I think I'll go to the one in Glen Mills from now on, at least until next summer. Sad. read more

So I joked with my wife: "I'm so old I remember when chipotle was good!" But seriously, this is the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. Rice was crunchy. My daughter found a bone in her chicken taco, which is odd because they don't even cook chicken on the bone here. I asked for a tiny bit of sour cream on my bowl, and promptly got a giant spoonful dumped on it. Literally had to scoop a bunch onto the tray. Garbage bins were overflowing. We only ate here because we were trying to get to a movie in a hurry. We won't make that mistake again read more

This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. The staff doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in and they took over 5 minutes to start taking my order (there was no one in front of me I was just standing there staring at them) the food station was literally A MESS, it appeared it hadn't been wiped down at all the entire day. Then I watch one employee come over to the proteins and take a scoop of chicken with his hand (gloved but still..) to bring over to the mobile order station. Then it was time to pay it took another 5 minutes for another employee to come over and check me out. idk what the deal is with this chipotle but it is so ratchet. The guac tasted unseasoned and everything always just tastes *off* not sure why but I'll stick to the other chipotle locations unless Gordon Ramsey comes in and whips this one into shape. read more

What happened?! Keeps getting harder to find any protein in my burrito. You guys keep leaving my sides out of the order. The chips are still great but the guac was flavorless and had a bunch of really large chunks of avocado. Bummer experience the last couple times here. read more

u gotta watch this place bc they will give you the gross lettuce at the very bottom of the bin AND the spicy red sauce instead of the salsa that ur supposed to get like fr how tf and I supposed to eat this!?! It's waayyyyy too spicy!!! Luckily my coupon worked today or I would've flipped. I want the associates to be DELIGHTED to be working and also the music is too loud and not what I want to listen to. They did have the cashier sweep up the place/tables. That's good. BUT THEN another associate came in with their POPEYES meal and ate in the same area!!! This place needs to reevaluate the core mission of CMG.... smh.... Prices went up too!! Value went down!!!!! read more

This Chipotle just opened up a few months ago on the old Granite Run Mall property. We were shopping nearby and it was "National Taco Day," so we decided to stop by around 8 or so for a quick dinner. Everything was great! My daughter and I both had bowls and my nine month old grandson had the cheese quesadilla kid's meal. The service was also really good - the guy at the counter couldn't have been nicer and even carried our trays over to a table for us. I typically enjoy Chipotle, and this location was no exception. Definitely a great addition to the area! read more

I have tried this location a handful of times and not lying it's always terrible. The food is just always looking to be the day before. Never fresh or hot. Any time I've order on their app or DoorDash/uber eats it's never right. The staff when you go is terrible completely unprofessional and just flat out rude. They need to just completely gut the management team and staff or better yet just close it up. I try and be nice and give it a couple months and try to think it's just one time deal but it's every time. I'll just drive another 25 mins to another one or better yet get Qdoba instead. Do yourself a favor and keep driving by this place save your time, money and frustrations. read more

Stopped in on 7/9/22 at 8:30 pm. There was a very loud conversation going on about one of the employees dating life. I stood at the counter for a while and eventually a woman paused her conversation about dating to address me...kind of like their conversation took priority and she begrudgingly paused to take my order. I asked for veggies on my burrito bowl and she simply stated "yeah we're out". The container that usually had them was dried with leftover food that apparently wasn't being attended to. There was no "I'm sorry" that they were out. There was no attempt to go to the back and get more. It was simply "yeah we're out". Considering they didn't close for another hour I was surprised that they weren't keeping the food stocked. When I got home the food was nasty. I had to spit out several pieces because it was over dried and was pretty hard to chew. I like chipotle and I like to go to this location due to its proximity to where I live. The service has been hit or miss the last several times I went there but this time was probably the worst. I really hope management reads this review and corrects the behavior of the people that were working during this time. read more

Very sparse options (compared to other Chipotle stores) to go with the chicken bowl that we ordered. Guac looks unappetizing. Chicken pieces were bone dry. Most of the tables were available but none had been cleaned -for a while I suppose. Bad representation of the brand. No complaint about the servers - though one of them said he had no idea what he was serving! Much as I appreciated his honesty I had to decline as I would like to know what the "black stuff" in the tray was! Hope someone from the chain steps in to fix the issues. Not going back to it (unfortunately as we do like Chipotle food). read more

I dunno - we come here about once a week and never have had an issue - my kid is a vegan so her "bowl" is rice, beans, pico and guac. Never a problem. Young staff but they are always fine to us. Not sure why others have so many problems? But yes, they do need to clean more. Run by teens. Fast food. Not expecting the "Ritz". read more

I have not been to this Chipotle in probably almost a year after I boycotted for a while due to receiving attitude from staff and witnessing a verbal altercation between two staff members when neither wanted to take my order. Anyways, I decided to give it a second chance because I do love the food. So today I went in and no one smiled or even pretended to be friendly to me while taking my order. I wanted to walk right back out before I even ordered because I just cannot stand the ignorance. As I ordered, first they were out of vinaigrette (which I was previously used to them being out of it from time to time so not a huge problem) then they said they were out of onions and peppers, and then further down the line they said they were out of corn. Those ingredients make up almost 50% of what goes in my order. And also the rice was plain white rice with no lime or cilantro. So unless they changed the recipe for their rice, I would say they are very underprepared when it comes to ingredients. And safe to say the customer service has not improved one bit. This place has proven to be just as, if not more ridiculous than I can remember! I would not even give this place 1 star if I had the option. read more

I literally just walked out as I wasn't greeted walking in. I was glared at. the gentleman didn't even ask me my order! ok so let's talk about the service area DIRTY AS EVER!! not only the main station but the to go station! gloves not changed. this was ridiculous! unsanitary. please do a revamp and training and cleanliness haul bc OMG!! Ice cold food every time. At least Four orders from this location with an exact time for pickup. On a positive note the food is always ready so I don't have to wait but it is ice cold. They must make the food as tickets arrive rather than try to time the pickup. Not worth it for almost $30 for two keto or chicken bowls. read more

I dined in with my daughter today. Got a chicken burrito and tacos for her. I'm halfway done my burrito and pulled out a onion with a small insect on it...btw I'm 3 months pregnant!! I felt so sick and wanted to throw my food up! I immediately went and showed the cashier who then got her manager. She proceeded to tell me it was oregano. For somebody who cooks I knew it wasn't oregano! Clearly could tell it was a some sort of bug. She insisted it wasn't..took the "oregano" off the onion and threw it away. She was very rude to say the least. I did not get her name but I reported the incident with chipotle customer service. I won't be visiting this location ever again! The only reason I am leaving a review is because they are in desperate need of help and organization. For the amount of employees working and the chaos , should I say, "side show?" I just sat in this chipotle for a half hour because they were out of chicken, white rice, guacamole, and chips. I was told it would take 5 mins multiple times but that wasn't the case. Super rude staff!!! Inconsistent portions!!
