Very negative experience with Michael (as per my receipt) at checkout…read more Huge attitude about bringing my coupon on my phone. I'd been told by 2 other CVS stores not to send coupon to card anymore due to multiple issues, which they knew about because it happened with other customers too. At Paoli and Newtown Square CVS locations this seems to be comprehensible and understood, that tech issues arise and happen, and those managers told me to bring my coupon in specifically with the barcode on my phone. At the Lima location, doing this was like the Twilight Zone. Michael was FAR more invested in the old adage "The CVS associate is always right..." (no wait...that's not how it goes) than listening to my account issues, and totally dismissed and rebuked everything I said, like I was a liar or an idiot. Totally unprofessional and thuggish. This was straight out of Chappelle's PopCopy skit. I honestly wondered if this kid has a drug abuse problem because he was so brutally, belligerent (like people I have known who did have a drug abuse problem, oh, and all the characters on that Chappelle skit). Basically, the kid could not seem to compute how tech issues could arise, and said over and over, "If you send it to your card, it goes to your card," like it is Sesame Street simple. Despite my repeated replies that no, it actually doesn't, and missing loaded coupons has happened already several times this year, he just continued to argue a really pointless argument until I pretended he was right, because that's how you have to act with a psycho. So after being lectured for following instructions from managers of other CVS stores, I was ready to walk out because, honestly, I was buying a hair item that is regularly half the price CVS charges at several other major retailers. We had time to kill while waiting for a Pappone's order across the street, and that's the only reason I was there. Even with their 30% off coupon, the product still cost more than the other major retailers' REGULAR price, and he was arguing me over a $1.38 discount. Really? This is honestly why I sincerely sensed he has a drug problem or something because it was so absurd. After telling me he would allow my cell-phone version of the coupon "this once" he then told me I couldn't show him a bar code on a phone... uh, what did you mean by saying you would allow it and then saying otherwise? He kind of blinked, and seemed to remember where he was, and that he just told me he'd take it, but he redundantly stressed the point that it was one-time-only, blah blah blah... (though, again, managers of 2 other stores told me specifically to do coupons this way, and a 3rd store in West Chester took my phone barcode, no prob, just last week). But this dude at Lima had to be right in contradicting 3 other stores... whatevs! You win, ONE STAR! He then said, "Well, I know this is your coupon because it went with your account, and if it wasn't your coupon, it wouldn't ring up with your account..." like that helps his point? Whiskey tango? (Twilight Zone music) Luckily this is not my local store and I won't have to go back. This is the PopCopy CVS!

Let's face it, the sole remaining Wawa in center city…read morePhiladelphia (1707 Arch, #0086) has always been the 'armpit' of the Wawa franchise (terrible customer service, unkept store, panhandlers accosting you at the door for money, packs of students roaming thru the store, etc.). That said, this rant is specific to Wawa corporate 'customer service' (or lack thereof). I contacted 'customer service' 4 times for the same issue. Each time I got nearly identical auto/AI generated responses 'we appreciate your frustration, sorry we fell short'. That's it... The issue is that on or about 4/1/26 Wawa started auto charging a 'bag fee' on all mobile orders that I've made. But I've yet to request OR receive a bag since that time. Months ago I ordered a sandwich with a number of sides, asked for a paper bag I could see behind the counter, but was told 'they are for Door Dash only'. Absurd? YES!! So since then I have taken my own bags, when needed. Four times I wrote to corporate 'customer service', using the 'case number' included from the prior/worthless contact, and got the same generic response. It is INCONCEIVABLE to me how a business can auto charge for a product/service, repeatedly, that IT DOES NOT SUPPLY. As shared, during the 'auto charge' timeframe, I have NEVER asked for a bag and MORE IMPORTANTLY, NEVER been offered once.

They also have small games and toys for everyone. There are two TVs, playing sports channels. The menu has all the popular flavors wings, rice bowls and ddeok-bokki. I got to try the galbi and soy garlic wings. They were full of flavorful sauce. Wings were big. I wonder what they feed these chickens!!! :p We also tried the delicious fluffy dumplings and super spicy ddeok-bokki. They also have seasonal special fruit drinks. The service was good. We had excellent dine-in experience. We ordered ahead, so the wings were ready when we arrived. But usually it takes them 20 minutes to prep the wings, just like other bbq spots.

Good for a quick stop for road trips. The food is great like other locations. Always love the sauce coating through the chicken. Very flavorful. Great portion. We tried Honey Garlic and Galbi. They also serve fried dumplings and drinks (not in NJ). I love the fried dumplings. Crispy outside, Juicy inside. It's packed with meat, veggie and some noodles(?). It's so good. Highly recommend. I tried Passion Fruit green tea and peach green tea. I asked for no sugar but I think the fruit flavor itself has sweetness inside. I like both flavors. Passion fruit is more citrus. Peach is more sweet. Very nice staff. You can order at the counter or at the kiosk. It does have a sign saying waiting about 20mins because it's made by orders. Great place for lunch dinner or just snack food.
