Gotta take this one down a couple stars after the disappointing breakfast that I just had from there. Ordered the breakfast burrito and hash browns and an iced tea. The saddest part was that the hash brown box was only half full when it's usually jam packed (that's a big no-no, jipping me on hash browns!). There was basically no ice at all in my iced tea. And the real kicker was they gave me a "plain" burrito, meaning it just had chicken, eggs and cheese in it - none of the fire-roasted onions and peppers that really gives the burrito some zing. Of course, I didn't notice until I opened it up when I got to work 30 minutes away. Thank God they didn't forget the salsa cause otherwise the burrito would have been pretty blah. Anyway, I hadn't been here in a while so I was really looking forward to it, only to be let down. I will still go to this Chick-Fil-A, of course, but since this isn't the first time I've been stuck with a "plain" burrito, I just really wish they would pay more attention to the little sticker that says "plain" before they throw it in my bag. I usually LOVE this chick fil a. im always here atleast 3X a week on my way to work. i ALWAYS have a great experience however today was different. I ordered a filet with cheese, i asked them not to put it on the biscuit, i just don't like it. when i pulled up to the window the 2 young girls (who usually work morning shift) we're talking really rudely about the customer infront of me, making fun of his truck. then infront of my face made a comment about my order calling it a "red flag" then when i went to eat my food my food was LABELED red flag. what nasty little girls. the one girl has short black hair usually in some kind of kiddie pigtails or something and the other one has long blonde hair and a smug little face. the girls are around the same age (highschool/ college) this is totally unacceptable and makes me not wanna come back since these girls are always working. im gonna have to just start going to the one up baltimore pike because that was mortifying. read more

I searched around for a place to hangout for an hour while my friend is undergoing Physical Therapy down the road. A place to get either a full, inexpensive good meal or just a cup of coffee while checking mail/social media. Wi-Fi here is fast and reliable. This Chick-Fil-A location has fit the bill for me these last 3 weeks and will continue until April 2016 as his PT continues. As you enter the complex in which it is located you are pleasantly surprised to find plenty of parking. Inside, the place is just too cute! Clean, bright and uncluttered. There are 2 real carnations in vases on every table. You won't find any trash cans here because as soon as someone exits a booth or table it is cleared by CFA staff. Parents/Grandparents will be happy to see a clean, nicely lit, enclosed play area with seating outside the glass enclosure so you can feel like you are part of their play. And the kids do because they are always opening the door and interacting with the adults who have brought them here. It's really a nice family space. Food: For fast food it is great. And they have healthy options. I noticed the kid's meals can include a fruit cup and milk. Great news for parents. For me, I just try something different every visit. I love the healthier options here; particularly their Yogurt parfait and their salads. But for those times when you just want something other than the salad you must try the Frosted Lemonade- Summer in a cup ! Chick-Fil-A Lima is very well run and has worked with my kid's elementary school many years now to organise fundraisers and family events. There is a play area for the little ones, and even though I can not STAND the political views of the company's CEO, I was not able to boycott them, because they are the only fast food I will allow my child to consume. Feel silly writing a review for chickfila, since they're all pretty much the same. But, chickfila is definitely my favorite fast food place. We stopped here around lunch time and it was pretty crowded. Service is above average for fast food and employees are friendly. The food was delicious, as usual. Love their nuggets and their lemonade. The place seemed clean, we opted to sit at one of the outdoor tables. If I had a chickfila closer to me, I would go all the time. This was my first time at this location. Finally, found one with a play area... And of course school is out. Can't win em all. Anyways. My kids got the large fruit cup each. One was filled up and the other one was half way full??? My chicken salad sandwich was skimped. It barely had any chicken salad on it. I usually can only eat half and save the other half for later. Nope. My kids split the 4 pc nuggets and they got 5... So was that to make up for my sandwich and fruit cup? I bet if I said something they would of fixed it. Opened the bag in the parking lot & not only was my food Not well done it was actually COLD. Drove back thru drive thru only to be told they could make me a new order tomorrow. So I asked to have my money refunded. They did but made sure they got the chicken strips back, which was fine bc I wasn't gonna eat them. Come here often with my three kids who like to play on the playground. Just left after I had to break up a fist fight between three kids well over the height limit to be in the playground. These kids were way to old to be in the playground and were fist fighting. I was rightfully upset and spoke to the manager on duty and was told the rules are posted and it's the parents responsibility to regulate their children's behavior. She repeated herself several times. When I told her I don't think it's appropriate for customers to be breaking up fist fights between unsupervised older children and she just kept repeating that it's the parent's responsibility to regulate the behavior of their children. read more

Worst chic fila. Worst customer service. The manager "Alex" gave me the wrong take out order. I didn't realize till I was 5 mins down the road so I turned around and went back to get my correct order. I politely asked if it was "on the house" because of the inconvenience (assuming it would be), but I was shocked when he argumentatively responded that I could either have my food or my money back but not both. I told him it wasn't my mistake so I'm not gonna pay full price for the 15 minute inconvenience he caused on my lunch break. He started to justify his actions and explain "why he was right" so I walked out. The restaurant was packed. I've never seen something so unprofessional. I come here a couple times a week I get a salad nuggets on the side and a diet lemonade the salads are enough for two meals and they have no problem about putting the chicken on the side. I left my meal with my friends to go to the CVS across the street, I purchased a ruler to see just how ridiculous the gap was. Who can possibly give This place any less then 4 or even 5 stars? Not me! I've been here maybe 10 times since they opened and have received nothing less than excellent service. Today was no different. The perfect mix of fast food and casual dining. Most times my order, no matter the size is ready just as I sit down, often before. The company is doing right behind the counter, other companies should follow its example. This location is always clean and the employees truly seem to enjoy their jobs. The play area is about the same as any other restaurant play space. My kids haven't complained. Oh yeah the food? It's yummy! I was here yesterday with my son. This particular Chick-Fil-A had two clowns from Ringling Bros circus come here to entertain the kids. Honestly, I was not looking forward to coming because I thought that it would be packed and bothersome. Suprisingly, parking was not a problem and there were no lines. I never received my food faster in a fast food restaurant. It was like speed food. The staff was extremely nice. I even saw some staff bringing ice cream cones to the tables. The place was immaculate. The clowns were cute. Free popcorn and Ringling Bros clown noses were given out to the kids. My son loved it. They had a free raffle for 4 tickets to the circus. The manager was present and he seemed extremely happy and proud to have the event held there and genuinely happy for the lucky winners. I took off a star because I'm not really into fast food. The chicken nuggets were on par with other fast food restaurants....maybe a little better and juicier. The nuggets came with waffle fries which were excellent. read more
