Terrible slow service AND they got two orders wrong - forgot cheese on the burger we paid for and forgot two kids meals fries . And there's FLIES everywhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

They have rude people working the windows, I listened to the lady at the window, giving another costumer an attitude. They couldn't even get an order right. A double cheeseburger with extra pickles. There was nothing. Just an overcooked dried out burger with cheese past it's prime. No pickles, even though on the receipt it says extra pickles. There was no ketchup, no mustard, no onions. Just 2 withered burgers with something that was supposed to be cheese. Seems they over cook everything, or leave it to long and serve it to people. I'm not sure if it's under new management or what, but it's obvious they don't care about their work, nor their customers. It used to be a good place to stop and grab a quick bite. Save your time, go somewhere else. read more

This restaurant is without a doubt, one of the WORST fast food establishments I have ever been to. The whole place was filthy. The floor, counters, tables, rest room. My wife, adult daughter, and myself SPECIFIED that we wanted our food FRESH off the fryer, so it would be hot. While waiting for our food, we used the restrooms. Neither one had a working hand dryer, OR any type of paper towels for drying our hands. While filling our own drink cups, there were no cup lids, or napkins, or condiments in their assigned containers. When we received our food, we decided to eat in our vehicle, where it was CLEAN. The French fries were cold, the chicken nuggets were room temperature, my chicken sandwich was luke-warm with wilted brown lettuce on it, and the soda had no carbonation. DISGUSTING AND INEDIBLE.... Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place at all cost. I wish I had read the reviews on this restaurant BEFORE we stopped there! If you want McDonald's, stay on the highway and stop at the rest stop just past the Lee exit as you're heading West. read more

Absolute word McDonald's. slow at drive through (to the point that I've now left without even ordering) twice in the past 3 weeks. Fries are generally cold. Hate this place. read more

This place is very bad the fries are hard and do not taste good. Let's not even talk about their customer service it is so bad there so mean I would not go here. Worst McDonald's ever. read more

Worst Mc D's in the state, perhaps the northeast. Fries are often old, cold and dried out, burgers are poorly assembled and misaligned. Given up on breakfast all together, the eggs are inedible here and they often are out of burritos. Tables, floors, bathrooms dirty. Drive thru line out to the road, and if you go inside you wait for several minutes to order even if there is no line. Staff is too lean and looks like they have been in a war zone. The app never seems to work when you pull up to this store; works fine on the drive up, but but once you get onto McWifi the app stalls out. For the past year they have had no ice about half of the times I went there; are you kidding me, no ice...how hard is it to make ice, its water....frozen.... read more

They need more staff. I went to the drive thru this morning and it is one woman doing everything.

10-14-21 no problems here. Pipping hot fries. Delicious double cheeseburger, hot and enjoyable. Chicken nugget 10 piece, hot and appetizing to look at. White meat only. like to see they Are doing great! read more

Ok, so I had to give a fast food chain a review, hear me out. When I pulled up to the speaker I was immediately hit with a loud voice attempting to greet me. I could barey understand what they were saying and had to have them repeat "Hi, what can I get you today" multiple times. After telling them my order, I was then off to window #1 to talk again with this person, in which their vocabulary did not get any better. All of us in the car could not understand anything he was saying. I managed to hear the price of my meal, but not before I was bantering back and forth with him on what he was trying to tell me. After an agonizing 10 minutes in line, it was off to window #2. The female in window #2 was much more understandable. How ever, her oral hygiene was less to be desired. While driving away, I had a gut feeling that I should check our order, and I'm eternally grateful I did. They gave us exactly opposite of what we had ordered and our coffee's were just plain nasty. I then went inside to get my correct meal. As I entered the establishment, it was utter chaos. People were in line to also switch their wrongfully given meals. The female working the register rolled her eyes so much at customers, I thought they were going to be stuck like that. After 15 minutes in the store, we finally got our correct order!!!!Waahhooo!!!!!! This entire trip to McDonald's was extremely annoying. I will not be returning to this McDonald's, ever. read more

Absolutely disgusting. Dirty tables not cleaned. Menu board was not working, how can you order. Just bought fries while my granddaughter had a happy meal- out of toys, didn't give milk. Husband had a hamburger. Sat at table was invaded by knats and fly's. Never go there again. Rude girl with accent took our order read more

Waited for almost 40 minutes for 17 dollars worth of food... wasted gas. When I looked through the drive thru window I saw a guy who looked like he was having convulsions and coughing into a bag of food... i saw him a half hour earlier hanging out by the dumpster. I think he was on heroin. When I confronted the waitress about my thoughts she said "he is in pain". I immediately left. Snot and coughing into a bag of food?! R serious!!! read more

I should have checked the 1 star reviews by other folks before coming here. Got my entire order wrong, plus just switched the 2 apple pies for two cookies without telling me. I drove off and my kid started eating and had an allergy. I was in the middle of the highway at night trying to deal with this. Complained but nothing happened. Forget this place. read more

This place fucking sucks. And I'm not just talking about McDonald's in general, I'm talking about this shitty place in lee. Honestly should just knock it down and build something better, including hiring new staff. The staff fucks everything up all the time. I ordered THREE simple things this morning for breakfast that I have been craving for some odd reason and I didn't get ONE single thing I ordered but my receipt had everything correctly on it that I ordered. These fucking idiots who work here don't know how to fucking do anything. I guess that's why they work at McDonald's huh? read more

Closed over 1/2hour early despite posted hours saying open till 11pm. Horrible experience

Honestly, one star is the minimum allowed but I think that's a stretch. We stopped here on our way home from an otherwise enjoyable day trip in the Berkshires. The interior was tired, dirty and cramped. The service ... there was none. The cashier didn't even acknowledge us. Fries were cold. We didn't even finish our food. I couldn't even get ketchup!!! read more

First time ever to review fast food and this is why - ordered a sausage biscuit (no egg no cheese) and sausage was soft and chewy. On close inspection sausage looked raw - as in, there was pink in the middle of the party. I better not get sick, idiots. read more

I live near this Mickey D and I've learned the only way to get waited on is using the drive through. Why can't the kitchen assemble a Fillet of Fish? It's not hard but the fish is always half off the roll, the cheese is never on the fish in one piece and the tartar sauce is mostly on the bottom of the box. This review is based on many monthly visits at midday. read more

If I have to give a star...I have traveled all over the country and the worst McDonalds I have ever encountered is in my own back yard. Horrible service, do not believe the hours you see online because they are famous for closing whenever they feel like. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have EVER been to. I pass it on the way home from work, and it is one of the only fast food options I have, unfortunately. With a conservative estimate, 80% of the time the fries are cold. At least! Burgers are often a mess and lukewarm. Service is slow, and something seems to always be out of order. It was recently renovated, but things have not changed! DO NOT GO HERE. If you have ANY other option, I recommend that. Salvaging for tall grass on the side of the road, roadkill... ANYTHING. Worst McDonalds, hands down. PLease sell to a Wendy's. BK, Chipotle, ANYTHING. New management? I hope things change there so I have a fast food option again. You have been warned, Abandon Hope All Ye Who Enter Here. read more

On our roadtrip first stop. Very disappointed. Our order wasn't correct, our food was burned, and girl at the register was rude. We ate our food and left. It's also a very busy McDonald's so I chalked it up to it just being a blah type of day. Good thing there's no chance in my life time of returning and dealing with this place again. read more

My order was correct, my burgers were top quality McD's....soft bun, thin patty, sprinkle of onions, squirt of ketchup & two pickles. Yes! Solid mocha frappe with no whipped cream to reduce my caloric intake. Service was efficient & friendly. Can you ask for anymore at McDonald's?! read more

Will not stop here again. Ordered two sausage McMuffins and a coffee and had to wait a good twenty minutes or more. The muffins tasted like cardboard and were very tough to chew! We They were obviously over-nuked then toasted. The eggs were tough and didn't taste fresh. Service was slow. Very disappointing!!! read more
