This restaurant is without a doubt, one of the WORST fast food establishments I have ever been to. The whole place was filthy. The floor, counters, tables, rest room. My wife, adult daughter, and myself SPECIFIED that we wanted our food FRESH off the fryer, so it would be hot. While waiting for our food, we used the restrooms. Neither one had a working hand dryer, OR any type of paper towels for drying our hands. While filling our own drink cups, there were no cup lids, or napkins, or condiments in their assigned containers. When we received our food, we decided to eat in our vehicle, where it was CLEAN. The French fries were cold, the chicken nuggets were room temperature, my chicken sandwich was luke-warm with wilted brown lettuce on it, and the soda had no carbonation. DISGUSTING AND INEDIBLE.... Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place at all cost. I wish I had read the reviews on this restaurant BEFORE we stopped there! If you want McDonald's, stay on the highway and stop at the rest stop just past the Lee exit as you're heading West. read more

They need more staff. I went to the drive thru this morning and it is one woman doing everything.

Worst Mc D's in the state, perhaps the northeast. Fries are often old, cold and dried out, burgers are poorly assembled and misaligned. Given up on breakfast all together, the eggs are inedible here and they often are out of burritos. Tables, floors, bathrooms dirty. Drive thru line out to the road, and if you go inside you wait for several minutes to order even if there is no line. Staff is too lean and looks like they have been in a war zone. The app never seems to work when you pull up to this store; works fine on the drive up, but but once you get onto McWifi the app stalls out. For the past year they have had no ice about half of the times I went there; are you kidding me, no ice...how hard is it to make ice, its water....frozen.... read more

Ok, so I had to give a fast food chain a review, hear me out. When I pulled up to the speaker I was immediately hit with a loud voice attempting to greet me. I could barey understand what they were saying and had to have them repeat "Hi, what can I get you today" multiple times. After telling them my order, I was then off to window #1 to talk again with this person, in which their vocabulary did not get any better. All of us in the car could not understand anything he was saying. I managed to hear the price of my meal, but not before I was bantering back and forth with him on what he was trying to tell me. After an agonizing 10 minutes in line, it was off to window #2. The female in window #2 was much more understandable. How ever, her oral hygiene was less to be desired. While driving away, I had a gut feeling that I should check our order, and I'm eternally grateful I did. They gave us exactly opposite of what we had ordered and our coffee's were just plain nasty. I then went inside to get my correct meal. As I entered the establishment, it was utter chaos. People were in line to also switch their wrongfully given meals. The female working the register rolled her eyes so much at customers, I thought they were going to be stuck like that. After 15 minutes in the store, we finally got our correct order!!!!Waahhooo!!!!!! This entire trip to McDonald's was extremely annoying. I will not be returning to this McDonald's, ever. read more

Waited for almost 40 minutes for 17 dollars worth of food... wasted gas. When I looked through the drive thru window I saw a guy who looked like he was having convulsions and coughing into a bag of food... i saw him a half hour earlier hanging out by the dumpster. I live near this Mickey D and I've learned the only way to get waited on is using the drive through. Why can't the kitchen assemble a Fillet of Fish? It's not hard but the fish is always half off the roll, the cheese is never on the fish in one piece and the tartar sauce is mostly on the bottom of the box. This is the worst McDonalds I have EVER been to. I pass it on the way home from work, and it is one of the only fast food options I have, unfortunately. With a conservative estimate, 80% of the time the fries are cold. At least! Burgers are often a mess and lukewarm. Service is slow, and something seems to always be out of order. It was recently renovated, but things have not changed! DO NOT GO HERE. If you have ANY other option, I recommend that. Salvaging for tall grass on the side of the road, roadkill... ANYTHING.
