I love Domino's with a passion and the service is amazing. The only complaint I have is that the website and App never work for online ordering. I don't like talking on the phone, so with the app and website never working properly, its a real bummer, because I only like their pizza. I don't see the purpose of having a website and app that never work and always return with an error message. I now it's not my Internet or my devices because it's only Domino's I have issues with. so hopefully they will see this and fix it. read more

If one could put a negative star in a review I would. Yesterday evening I place a order online from my home state of West Virginia to be delivered to my Niece who lives in Pittsfield MA. On the Domino's web site there is a box for further delivery directions. In that box I stated leave at door and to knock on the door. One would think that is pretty simple and direct instructions that anyone can follow. But apparently not for the driver who delivered it. Grant you my niece lives in a old Apartment building. But I did put in the address and Apartment number. Plus her apartment is located on the first floor in the building. The online delivery tracker stated the 2 Pizzas and 2 liter bottle of soda was delivered at 6:19pm. So I called my niece about 20 minutes later to ask if the pizza was good. She stated it had not been delivered. So I told her go check her front door. She did and found it sitting in front of it. At this point the pizza was Luke warm/cold. She was then forced to microwave it because her kids were hungry. I then called the Domino's store#3752 and a woman answered and it was quite clear English was not her first language. But I could understand her. I told her my full name and asked for her name. Her response was "I don't have to give you my name". I asked why? She said because she did not want to give it. So I explained to her I only wanted her first name. Not her last name or personal info like SSN or Birthday, home address, or her phone number. She still said no. I then asked to speak to that manager. She stated she was the manager. So I then proceeded to tell her the reason I was calling based on the Delivery driver failure to knock on the door and that the pizzas sat on the hall floor for about 20 minutes. She then spoke to the driver. He stated he ring the doorbell and left the pizzas on the floor in front of the door. She then said he did nothing wrong! I reminded her he did not follow the directions completely by failure to knock on the door. She responded"But he ring the doorbell". I then responded the doorbell has not worked in years. Why do you think I put in the delivery note details to knock. She then got mad at me said I was shouting and hung up on me. Talk about being rude. So I called back, again she would not give her name. She said she hung up because I was shouting at her. I told her that I live in a open concept home high ceilings, wood floors. That talking to her on speaker phone would make anyone sound louder. That I was not shouting or even using profanity with her. Her response was what do I want anyways? I said an apology for her being unprofessional and rude to me for when she hung up on me. And a refund on my tip for the driver. Because he did not earn it due to his failure to follow delivery notes. She refused to apologize and said it's not the driver's fault he did not follow notes because he was busy with lots of other deliveries. That she would just refund me back the hole order amount of the order. I ask for the Owners or Districts mangers contact info to make a complaint. She refuses to give it. She said call Corporate. I ask for thier number. She hung up! read more

Pizza was tasty for Domino's. I ordered spinach as one of my toppings and there were two tiny strings on a 10" pizza?

Food here was fine restaurant itself looked fine aswhile but the service was rude I asked the guy if he had a bathroom he gave me attitude said I don't know what u want me to do asking me about bathrooms when I was being only kind and nice about saying we don't need u shooting up heroin and was just a weird interaction for no reason whatsoever read more

Pizzas were surprisingly good. Everyone liked the customized pizza with chicken, spinach, mushroom and alfredo sauce. You can't beat the price with a large pizza for $7.99. Takeout was super quick. 1 minute in and out at 4pm. read more

When one orders delivery, many times it becomes an exercise in frustration. Not the case here! When ordering online, every time without fail, the food arrives in 20 minutes. The order is always correct with no issues, and piping hot. The quality of the ingredients is always excellent as well. read more

I called to order some food and Shana (sorry if I spelled it wrong) served me efficiently and in a friendly manner that makes me want to order Dominos every day. Not only was she friendly but she answered all of our questions accurately despite us being unclear. Thank you Shana, god bless America and god bless Dominos read more

The service is excellently delivered with a smile and friendly face! The manager is an all out winner in my experience. They readily help the community and young people looking for work. A positive atmosphere for a first time employee. read more

I stopped ordering at this location altogether after several bad experiences. First off, I find all of the staff to be extremely rude and somewhat condescending at times. The food also is disgusting nowadays. North St makes the food MUCH better and you can tell their restaurant is clean and taken care of. The staff is also very nice. Due to COVID-19, you have to call when you arrive and they will bring it out. At North St.'s location, often times, they will come out and ask you what you ordered, or will come out immediately when you call and are very nice. At this location, Elm St., they will never come out, and will be very rude to you on the phone when you do call to let them know you are there. The last time I went to this location, I called, after already arriving later than the tracker said it was done, and after 10 mins of them saying ''they'd be right out'', I was told it would be another 15 mins. I almost lost it right there. I was the only customer that was there, which I know they do delivery and stuff, but cmon. They forgot to make it is likely what happened, or they for whatever reason have a problem with me. The time before that, when COVID-19 first started, long before the mask requirement in MA, I was yelled at by the woman at the door after I called and went to pick up my food. They did not have a pick up table and it was the very first day of them not doing indoor pick ups. Jessica was her name, extremely rude employee. read more

Me and my grandparents waited so long. We order at 6:32 and we called 7:47 they brought our food to the wrong house. They said we'll make it and send it. Yes we where frustrated and said how do u bring it to the wrong house when we r like 3 blocks from u. Not the first time they did that either. The person was not following the gps. They canceled the order at 8 something what a waste of time. They never getting food from their again. Can't believe them. read more

Won a gift code so I ordered for pick-up Pizza, wings and some dessert. I'm not a fan of Domino's, esp. how they treat their employees and their right wing owners. It was worth about the 1/2 price I had to pay out of pocket. I would NOT order from them willingly as there are so many better places to get Pizza. Easy to get to, fast food, wings were awful, Pizza average. Pass if you can. read more

The woman who made my food messed up but I had a problem with online ordering. I called them and spoke to a representative personally who kept in contact with me to assure they would fix the problem. They really care about their company and actually take customer concerns seriously. read more

I have to say that this location always gets our orders correct. I really love the phone app as i can watch the progress of the order an even know the delivery persons name before they arrive. I'm also very happy that they have gluten free pizzas as well. They are also SUPER fast. It usually takes less then 25 min from time of order to delivery arrival! read more

I got a cheese steak and a 2 liter Coke from here tonight. It was ok, I liked it.

Horrible service. I ordered a large cheese pizza and received a thin crust pizza with mushrooms and anchovies. My kids wouldn't eat and ended up throwing it away. Waste of money. I will never go back here again. read more

My husband and I order from here at least twice a month and it's never been wrong. The service is always top notch, deliveries on time if not early, and the food is always how we want it. Online ordering is great! The only flaw I've found is that you can't alter the order if it's done online, as in taking Ranch off the specialty chicken and sorts, but you can call the store right after and they will adjust it as you need. read more
