They also had freshly made pistachio macaroons as well as blueberry, we got one of each. both were amazing, but my favorite was the pistachio. I would be remiss to not mention that their coffee is amazing. Even just the cafe au lait, their coffee is really good. Just as we were paying, one of the girls brought out the baked goods to the front, baked crumble muffins. You could still see the hot butter bubbling at the top; absolute heaven! Some of our favorites are the chocolate chip cookies, ANYTHING chocolate cake (the bundt or any chocolate cupcake), and the roasted red pepper sandwich on their homemade baguette. The coffee and espresso drinks are also great. But everything we have tried? Has been so good! You truly can't go wrong. They also have a few baked goods for sale to go with your drink. I stopped by Black Cat Coffee recently for coffee. I got a Medium 12 oz Hot Coffee ($3 plus tax) which was very very hot and definitely needed a cardboard hot drink sleeve from the creamer & sweetener station. The service here was prompt. The coffee was brewed just right and no bitter taste, even drinking it black. I took advantage of the free wifi to catch up on news while enjoying my hot breakfast food I picked up from another cafe with my hot coffee.

Lenox happens to be the nearest cafe while we were in the area. It's a very small cafe, with pretty tight seating but the ambiance was settling and the baristas were very friendly! I ordered a Mocha and my husband had a cappuccino. Lenox's coffee is very tasteful, with a bold flavor and smooth texture. My mocha tasted like dark mocha. I am not a huge coffee milk person.
