I stopped by the Lee Starbucks for a snack recently. I did a mobile order for a Blueberry Oatmeal and a Grande Earl Grey Tea. I walked into the store and most of the tables in the cafe did not look cleaned and there were three partners seen running the store late afternoon. There was a woman customer with a family at the register who was taking a very long time, tying up the time of the staff, while the drive thru was minimally busy. This is why I do mobile orders as I stood at the pickup counter waiting. After about 7 minutes of waiting, a partner running the drive thru came over and asked me what I ordered and promptly got my order ready and we good. I went outside on the patio, where I enjoyed my oatmeal with the blueberries and dried fruit, brown sugar mix-ins and my tea.
