I would make zero stars if I could. I can't believe this owner is so cheap. Apart from all the extras you have to pay for, you can only order nuggets in a ten piece as a meal. The 6 and 20 piece don't come as combo. If you want a 20 piece combo you have to order a 10 piece combo and an extra 10 piece for like 6 dollars. What a rip off. Well know that mcdonalds is mcdonalds and everything is the same from store to store. The problems with this mcdonalds are as I was in line to order I was provided with the free show of the chubby little mexican cashier attempt to adjust her boobs in her bra. When I finally was able to order I discovered the cashier job is so taxing that the poor girl couldn't stand up but had to lean against the wall, sorry I meant she was lazy. The winds the are were kicking up so the management of this store decided to lock and block the exits. I guess the sign above the door that said it must remain open was just a suggestion. Incompetent service staff. They rely on a touchscreen to build your own order. There's a sign that clearly states 'not all items available at kiosk' BUT they covered it up with a Christmas decoration so it's not clear. Instead of being helpful, staff couldn't have cared less. We stopped for a late bite to eat during our long road trip. When we pulled up to the window, the girl inside completely ignored us & went on to removed the drawer from the register & walked away. I understand if they were closed/closing, but some acknowledgment would've been nice. Go to In-N-Out across the street, they're open later & have way better customer service. read more

Exceedingly bad McDonalds. When we arrived at 12:15 in the afternoon, and the line was out the door and there was only one person taking orders. They were excepting only cash because their card terminals were "being serviced. " They displayed a sign saying that all menu items may not be available this location... Puzzling. Completely renovated. Very clean throughout, including restrooms. Typical McDonalds fare and clientele. Pleasant staff.

They have implemented mandatory kiosk ordering, which really slowed things down. The employees had to stand at the kiosks and help patrons order, as they are not intuitive even to the tech savvy. Employees were very helpful though and the food was good for McDonalds. read more

Horrible horrible service. The associate who took our order by the name of Suzanna was extremely rude, when we got to the window we asked the cashier how her day was she said alright, we asked if she was having a bad day she said no why? We said because you were rude taking our order, her response was "Who said I took your order" so we asked who took our order, she said I don't know, a lot of people take orders with headsets on!! We asked to talk to the manager, who heard us out as we explained what happened while the girl at the window by the name of Vanessa shrugged her shoulders. The manager, Maria just stood there and said ok. Didn't apologize!! Didn't say anything!!! We explained to her how important it is to make sure her associates treat customers and people in general with respect. She had absolutely nothing to say. She just said, Have a good day!! Like what the heck!! Did you just hear me what happened. Relative to McDonalds, I like this location. It is very clean, uniquely decorated, with short lines (at least when I came) & capable staff. Also, seating easily available & the self serve items (paper towels, tops, ketchup, etc) readily available. Can't ask for much more for a pit stop on the road. read more

The McDonald's was closed and being renovated at the time. It said nothing about this on the signs on the freeway or even in the restaurant itself. The lights were all on. I'd at least of put one sign saying "closed for renovations" somewhere there. It seems inconsiderate not doing so. read more

Crappy service. Even if its just mcdonalds i came here and was the ONLY car in the drive thru and was told to wait a moment. No big deal, they could be busy. So this lady ATTEMPTED to help me, if you could even call it that. It was a basic sweet tea and mcmuffin. Then i asked for a combo, she asked medium or large, i said medium. There was a silence for almost five minutes yet i could hear the lady talking to someone else. I said hello? And she said what?. So i left. It was an absolute waste of time to get off the freeway for this location. Website said to be a 24hr drive-thru, it was CLOSED when we arrived. Yet, all the Drive-Thru OPEN 24hr signs were ON. Came in for a buttermilk chicken sandwich before closing. And tried to use the restroom before my meal and was prevented from using the facilities, saying the restroom was closed for the day...right after I ordered. Good sandwich, how rude not to let a paying customer use the restroom. read more
