That's especially disappointing considering I cook frozen hash browns at home and they've never turned out this bad. The toast was fine and adequately buttered. That said, there was a 30 minute wait even though there were plenty of empty tables (just not enough wait staff). Once seated however, service was great, our server was very friendly and attentive, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The more interesting aspect of this particular location is that it is located inside a Petro Shopping Center... so there's a lot to see while you wait, and you can get ice cream after you have finished your pancakes. There's a HUGE parking lot, so if you can't find parking, I don't recommend stopping!
