Came here before passing the grapevine for a quick meal stop and wasn't impressed with the food. Very small portions. I got the kids meal since I wasn't too hungry and they barely filled the ingredients. Also, the Coke Zero spout was broken :( on top of all that, the chips were stale and had very little flavor. I-5 south was closed and I was re-routed back north on I-5. I was tired and hungry from my long travel post-Christmas. I ordered a steak burrito with extra steak nothing extra except the steak. My burrito total was $19.27. The extra steak was $5.27. It was a good burrito but it's not food truck quality so it's quite expensive. The seating area was gross. The garbages were all overflowing and several tables were messy with spilled ingredients from other customers. I understand they may have been busier but they still needed to have someone clean the tables and empty the garbage. The bathrooms were decent. read more

Steak bowl here at Chipotle it's worth to visit. If you are heading to 101 N coming from I-5 South you exit La Naval road after the "Grapevine" or the winding road of Fort Tejon comes a jewel in rough. They have the same generic theme of the store. Wide parking, but mam! You got to taste it to believe it! It's the best, for the 25 or more Chipotle that I've visited. There's more! They have an E- charging nearby. Honestly if I can give 0 stars this would be it... Came here on a Saturday night and there was a line going almost towards the door. First thing I noticed was that their lobby was trashed. Trash was overflowing out of the trash cans, ice was filling up the drink station, most of the drinks were gone and needed refilling it was a complete mess. I was waiting in line at 8:45 pm, they don't close until 10 pm so I figured they would have all the food out, this was not the case.. they didn't have fajitas, didn't have a lot of rice, no mild salsa, no vinegrette etc and they had to still be open another hour.. they told customer after customer they were out of stuff and the cook in the back was just cleaning the kitchen.. they weren't working on food or anything.. this was over an hour before closing.. I waiting in line for about 15min so it was about 9pm now and I hear an employee say they were closing the restrooms for cleaning. You're kidding me... I get that you want to go home but a lot of people are traveling and you're closing the restroom and hour before closing... Ridiculous.. Customers were rushing to use the restroom before they closed it... I finally got to the front of the line after 20min and there was only 1 person on the line the whole time.. I ordered what I could order and paid.. I also got two drinks and they gave me water cups.. I didn't think much of it but when I went to get drinks almost everything was out.. the root beer was just plain soda, the lemonade was watered down and all their in house lemonade was all gone and what I did get tasted gross.. Overall a standard Chipotle experience. I do wish they had more vegan options I think they could have a vegan meat option once in a while. Staff was fine and helpful. This Chipotle gets crowded if a tour bus parks near it so you might want to run from the parking lot to get ahead of them. Interior is the standard Chipotle, not too comfortable. read more

This place is terrible. First off, they do not have any sodas that work. The bathroom has chipotle napkins as the toilet paper, every table is filthy in the lobby. My daughter's quesadilla was dripping with grease and so soggy it was inedible. My bowl had hardly any ingredients and when asked to do double meat they said they didn't know how. The fact this meal was $61 was appalling. Then the guy had to nerve to find me in the lobby and say my card didn't go through. I had a receipt showing I had paid and they argued. I paid again and then checked my bank app, I was charged again. When we showed the man at the front he argued and said he'd call the cops, we told him to go ahead. Eventually he refunded. It's just your typical Chipotle experience, except this location is always busy because it's right off the interstate freeway and it's a major road stop at the Tejon Pass. Expect a long line at most time of the day. The bathroom is impossible to keep clean due to the number of customers going through this restaurant. The trashcans are always full too for the same reason. The food tasted fine, but it was a quick lunch before we dove back into the maelstrom of LA traffic. read more

I arrived 2.5 hours before closing and had to ask twice if they were even open--the staff finally said "yep" and then continued to ignore me completely. I understand this is a horribly busy location with probably some grumpy costumers as it sure reflects on the staff. The food was actually very good. They ran out of fajita peppers. (No problem I understand it's busy) I asked to wait for them and he said no, he won't have any , anytime soon. Um ok, I heard the other worker say 5 minutes but ok whatever. My big problem was at check out and being charged for someone else's tortillas, extra meat and guacamole. When I tried explaining to "Karen" literally the receipt said "host:Karen" and boy was that accurate... she told me I already paid and it's too late to fix it. So instead I said "since I paid for it already can I get the side of tortillas and guac" and she said no. I let it go and just said ok and let as it wasn't worth it but it's still technically thief and don't appreciate it. I contacted chipotle and they said "sorry" that was it. read more

There was a long line ahead, employee thanked us for our patience. I think what really ticked us off was how stingy they were with everything to have a completed bowl like I have eaten at every other stores. After seeing how little they gave to customers in line before us, we were prepared to ask for extra. They barely gave rice, cheese, salsa, corn, and lettuce before I asked for more. I think stores do this so they have less things to prep and have a longer supply. Which ultimately sucks when you're used to a fuller bowl at other locations. I think they also had a supervisor there, he was just standing and watching his employees work through a long line. Personally, if he had taken the initiative to jump in to do more prep or helped with orders, the lines would've been a better flow. I think most people who come here are looking to get in and get out as soon as possible as they are road tripping. They have luggage's in their cars and most likely looking for a quick meal. What i liked about this location was that they had plenty of seating inside and outside. It was also the most refreshing food in the area, so I can see why it's super busy. read more

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The service is TERRIBLE. Along with the drinks and food. There are about 5+ employees just when working the burrito bar. And not a single one is nice or makes eye contact. I asked for a small cup and the employee gave me attitude for asking nicely. With all the employees working, you would think it was a clean environment. Almost every table was filled with used platters and napkins and the drink station was covered in ice and straw wrappers. Came here as a pit-stop while our car was charging. Noticed there was a new meat option so of course I wanted to try it out hehe. I also put everything on my bowl, always gotta pack it to the max. The service was quick and efficient. Very beautiful interior and seems like a busy spot since there were a lot of people coming in and out. They unfortunately had a few of their sodas out such as their sprite and coke. But they did have agua frescas and lemonades that were available and yummy. I'll admit I did not expect the carne asada steak to be massive cuts of meat. They are huge!! And a little over cooked... I had a hard time chewing and swallowing the meat. Next time I would just order the normal steak. I was really excited to enjoy this new steak option but it could've just been the location since the images displayed the cuts differently. Despite that, chipotle never disappoints (unless you order online) so it was a filling meal for this road-trip. read more

We stopped by here on Thanksgiving weekend on our way back to the Bay Area after visiting family in SoCal for Thanksgiving dinner. Personally, this is only the second time eating their food. I swear the first time was better. Why is their food so pricey and yet less tasty than Taco Bell or actual Mexican food? Is it because it's supposedly healthy? So many things wrong with this place. Not sure if they're perpetually understaffed or the staff is terrible or both. I put in an order for pickup about an hour ahead, not ready when I got there 10 minutes after scheduled pickup. Waited in line to get my pickup order served. When the person creating them did it they only saw the first order listed and I had to correct her that I had other dishes ordered. They quickly slapped together the orders, later when we go to eat I realize they forgot my guacamole side order altogether. Also they ran out of forks, at 4pm on a Sunday.
