I would give zero stars if I could. Obviously you know what you're getting when you go to a McDonald's. This particular McDonald's is even worse. The drive through person was extremely rude. The one item you expect to be hit are the fries! I ordered via the app to make sure my order was ready. I arrived at the drive-thru with no other customers there. First, they couldn't find my order so 2-3 minutes went by. No problem, it happens. Then, when I do get my order and leave, the first fries I eat are lukewarm, if that. Walk-in is closed so I have to wait in line behind 8 other customers now. They need to train their staff a little better with the mobile orders because mobile orders should be quick and correct. I've gotten my orders messed up here too. I stop by here often on my way to work to pick a coffee and some grub. Sometimes I am in and out without a hitch, but then there are those days when you are like, "hello, look at me here.
