Didn't get what I ordered, couldn't get what I wanted because the manager Cree said their lettuce had salmonella??? Either way, was asking simple questions and Cree rolled her eyes at me? I was getting frustrated and asked if there was anyone else I could talk to. She said she was the only one I could talk to? I am used to people being rude, but not managers at fast food restaurants. I've always had good experiences. Not sure why she was overly rude??? I feel bad if that's as good as managers get at this McDonald's. 24 Hour service - unless you are a walk-in customer. I am staying in the Red Lion Hotel next door to this franchise. The store Doors are locked and I walk up with three other kids not with me who also wanted to order food. So we get in the "to go line" of cars to order food. We were rudely told we could NOT order food simply because we were not sitting in a vehicle. What?!? You can order food if you are in a car, but not if you are a walk-in? Very disappointing McDonalds!! - the kind of thing that makes a customer a disgruntled customer for LIFE. And I will remember this down the road when I have other options. And possibly will those kids I mentioned. The lady taking the money at the first window was extremely rude about it too which really made matters worse (you're not in a car, so no service). read more

Ordered on a kiosk, and received my food reasonably fast. The hot chocolate I ordered was initially handed out as a vanilla steamed milk, but upon notifying Logan, not only was it quickly replaced, but it was upsized. Really appreciated the customer service, and would definitely return. read more

Stopped here after a long day of driving on Christmas Day. Their drive thru was slammed, and I was half expecting a crew of tired and disgruntled employees. It was quite the opposite. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, and the gal at the front counter was extremely polite and friendly. The dining area was spotless. We got our food quickly, and it was all hot and fresh. I'm really glad we picked this instead of the overflowing sit-down place across the street. Kudos to this team for rocking the Christmas Day shift! read more

Just stopped going from Washington to Oregon. They just started using a keosk to order your food. No staff to help you. I will never go back. Have been stopping for years on my trips to and from Oregon and Washington on i5. Try this if you don't believe how awful the experience for fast food. If and whenever I do go to a McDonalds for food, I expect the place to be at least a little clean. This place has nasty bathrooms, lazy employ's and their food is sub par to other McD's places I have been to. They don't even have the sweet tea out a lot of the time! What can you say? A McDonald's is a McDonald's. But this location has been remodeled rather recently. it has several different seating styles, which was nice. Over the course of three mornings I actually found myself using different seats of different styles. The location is kept clean. And the food is what you'd expect. Asked for a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese hold the cheese and light pickle. Only got one pickle, I may as well have asked for no pickles. I had to get the burger remade and they put cheese on the next one. I grew up considering all McDonald's to be on hallowed grounds, but instead got a hollowed bun. Also, During the trick, treat, win contest we got 8 tickets and they claim you have a 1/4 chance of winning. We didn't win anything. I was thoroughly unimpressed with their service. Wahkiakum softball and baseball came to mcdonalds after our game to get dinner. We waited 10 minutes for a cashier and then 5 minutes for her to even take our money. They then took 20 minutes to serve our food to us. One member even waited twenty five minutes for just a cheese burger and French fries. I'd i could give a zero rating if i could. While waiting for our food a couple has waited 15 minutes to even pay. Ridiculous!!!! read more

I had a very bad experience while getting food with my family here. Our whole order was messed up and by the time we got our food it was all cold. the cups were broken so we kept spilling soda everywhere. They weren't even busy. We stopped after getting gas before driving the rest of the way to Tacoma. We're already several miles down the interstate when we started to eat and one sandwich was missing. I will never visit this McDonald's again. Being a CURRENT MANAGER TO CORPORATE MCDONALD'S near Fort Lewis, I know the procedures of the McDonald's standards, as well as prices. At MY McDonald's and every other I have ever visited near mine and across country, we charge $1.09 AFTER tax for a 4 piece McNugget, upon visiting last night on my way home from Oregon, I was charged $2.99 BEFORE tax for a 4 piece McNugget. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. When I asked the drive thru cashier she said "its standard price and procedure". When I stated I personally Manage McDonald's Corporate, she said "well we are franchised", and closed the window. Knowing at every other McDonald's a 20 piece McNugget is $4.99 Before tax, I'd hate to see how much they charge for their's. read more

I can beat anyone's negative review of this place since the day they opened for business. I had given them my business almost every day since arriving in Kelso in February 2015. On Sunday, April 26, I arrived at about 11:30 AM in my RV. Within 1 hour later the manager had determined somehow that my RV was "an abandoned vehicle" and called the police, asking to have it towed.They called a tower, and by 1:00 PM I figure my rv was gone, as I went out at 1:10 to find it gone. I left my cellphone in my rv so I frantically went to the front counter and asked to use their phone to report my vehicle stolen, at which time this manager cheerfully informed me I had abandoned my vehicle so she had it towed. She then went on to tell me that I had been warned "multiple times" about leaving my rv there and told her she was lying through her teeth as I had never been talked to by a manager there about any such thing. Next she tried telling me that "It had been there for 4 hours when in fact it was likely about 1 hour after arriving there that she had called the police. I am an unemployed homeless veteran. I had to call a friend from New Jersey and beg him to immediately loan me the $339 it took to get my rv back from the towing place. I am livid being treated this way. The cops here did not even go to the customer tables to inquire of people if they owned the rv, nor did they ask the manager too. Did I encounter the stupidest, most hateful clowns in America here or what? Do the cops even know what the words "due diligence" mean? read more
