There is no reason for them to be out of most things so early. They are also out of milk and whole milk. I see a definite pattern. The almond milk they use isn't good in many of their espresso drinks. They over charge for drip coffee and tea. They charge more than Starbucks for drinks. All drinks. They are equally mediocre. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese/ add avo for breakfast. They forgot the bacon. I was lucky to catch it before I left, as this was a walk out/to go order. I went back to fix it. They gave me two, small cold, half slices of bacon to go on the sandwich. I asked for them to warm the bacon. They argued. I am acutely aware Panera as a corporation does not teach their staff to take an order. I have had multiple issues in multiple states. I haven't had breakfast here in about three years because of lack of service in other states. This just solidifies why not to come here, let alone any stores. The quality has gone down significantly since about 2021. Yet they are almost twice the cost for cheaper food. Ambiance is the same as every store. Outdated, slow to clean, abundant seats. If you are heading north on I5, starbucks is on the east side and can easily go back to north bound. They won't run out of two types of milk by 9:30 am on a Sunday.

It wasn't until we were at the drive up window paying for our food that I noticed the sign showing they closed at 9pm - literally minutes after we showed up. The staff and their manager were amazing. They never mentioned they were getting ready to close and we're so polite and patient - they never made us feel we were inconveniencing them at all. All of our food was hot and fresh, including the fries. I cannot praise them enough! Excellent customer service! And great food!

My son bought a piece of peanut butter chocolate pie for the ride home and I had a taste of that and have to say it was delectable. I'll be buying a whole one of those one day soon. So a very unique feature of this place is there 24 hour/7 day a week slice of pie vending machine that they have out front. This machine does not accept cash by the way.

I've had many questions that they've easily answered all with a smile. They're also providing fast service. I think they're making the food and drinks better than other locations I've visited. I will point out that I visit this establishment the most, and that's because it's only a few blocks away from my house. I think their atmosphere is overall very similar to other Starbucks locations, but that's certainly not a problem. I also think it's just about as spacious of a building as most, and about as much parking as most. I suppose this one stands out to me because I frequent it and live near it. They're on a main road and frequently busy, but that doesn't slow them down. It just may mean there aren't enough parking spots.
