The new manager is horrific. Also if you are a Door Dasher I recommend declining all Taco Bell orders. Last night over 7 delivery drivers were in the lobby and it took over 45 minutes to put out a single order. Manager loves to mess with delivery, drivers DoorDash, or in particular she used to work at a different fast food restaurant in Longview and everyone hated her performance there as well. She took her intentional sabotaging of delivery drivers with her from that location to Taco Bell Longview. read more

Do not dine in anytime there are more than 4 cars in the drive through, you will wait on average about 30 min. That is no joke. This has happened to me on several occasions. Waited 40 min for food and can't get a refund if you pay on your card. Have to get ahold of corporate. read more

I had went through the drive thru about 15 minutes ago, and i ordered everything i needed and as i got up to the window i noticed i forgot to add my nacho fries so i had asked the guy at the window if i can add them and i put my card back out the window to pay for them and the guy behind him told him no to that i couldn't get any nacho fries and ive work drive thru for years at a fast food place and i know that you can add another order and bump it off right after its finish does not matter what order its in. anyways so id called the store to ask if they had any and why i couldn't get some at the window and when i told him i know how to work a drive thru and you can do it at the window he Hung up on me and i was trying to ask his name. read more

I actually like Taco Bell, but every time I order from this location it's never a good experience. It shouldn't take over 30 minutes to get an order. A few months back I was stuck in the drive through line for over 40 minutes. Half the time they get the order wrong. Not the first time I've waited for over 45 min in the drive through. I've been to hundreds of Taco Bell's and either the owner is too cheap to actually hire people to work here to cover for actual Business. Or They Hire complete Idiots. I ordered through the app and after waiting 35 min's I wanted to cancel however after 5 tries it still wouldn't let me. So I was committed to waiting another 20 mins for my food. So I pulled up, she went to hand me my drink and it was the wrong drink. (She said it happens all the time). I use this app exclusively and it's NEVER happened to me? So I finally get my order get it home. And they messed up order not giving me my potatoes. In addition they gave me Hot sauce vs Fire. Which I'm ok with that. But the person who made the Crunchy Gordita must not have ever made one before. So my recommendation is drive to the one in Longview 830 Ocean Beach Highway and skip this one. I have had the worst experience here. I made an order here and they have misplaced 2 things from my order which I don't really care. It's human to make mistakes. I called to get those 2 items replaced since I paid for them and the manager on the phone basically told me I was lying to him. I go to pick up the misplaced things and he again basically calls me a liar trying to say I'm trying to get free food or something then slams the window in my face. Keep in mind I come here every week. But my mom called and complained about it and I am now BANNED from this Taco Bell. But I went there anyway for a late night snack and as I'm eating my crunch wrap it is so nasty. I puked. I've had so many more bad encounters with this place and many people I know as well. I work nights so I always get off when everything is closed. this Taco Bell stays open pretty late and every time I go through they have been nothing but nice to me, no matter who is working. as someone who has worked in fast food Ik it sucks. even w just the times I have gone I have witnessed customers who I know I would hate to deal with, but even when they have a customer who may be difficult they brush it off and continue to treat everyone with kindness and understanding. I really wish I didn't have to write a bad review. This is not the first time I've had an issue with the quality of food from this Taco Bell unfortunately. Usually I just throw it in the trash & someone doesn't get to eat the food they ordered, because frankly I'm tired of having to complain anymore. But this time it was the majority of the meal was inedible. Ordered the Chalupa combo & an extra chalupa. Whilst driving home are the taco & it was pretty fresh & no complaints. Got home and we went to eat the chalupas & I almost broke a tooth, no joke bitting into it. The shells on them were so freakin hard it was unbelievable. We gave up, decided we didn't even want to order there after receiving that attitude, and left. I'm not big on fast food, or yelp reviews on it, but I was impressed by this location's staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The bathroom faucet kindof explodes when you turn it on and when I walked out the worker quickly apologized that it wasn't fixed yet and quickly rushed to get paper towels for me, apologizing again that they were out. (I would recommend they put a sign up in the bathroom though). The staff seemed to enjoy each other's company, and were very conversational. Also, all of our party's orders were correct, which is impressive for fast food and especially Taco Bell! They must have new staff since the 5/2011 review. Whatever you guys are doing, keep up the good work. read more

They are terrible at keeping up on orders if you eat inside it's a super long wait like about 30 minutes or they either forgot the order and they are usually really bad about getting orders correct lots of Red flags terrible on many levels they really need to pull it together and change and get better on many levels. read more

Normally we love Taco Bell. Stopped by this location in Kelso and walked in to hear employees yelling at each other. Ended up canceling our order with no refund and leaving without our food after waiting 20 minutes. We saw people handling food after touching their phone and putting their gloved hands into their back pockets. I have a food handlers permit and there was no way I could eat that food. I understand having to wait for an order when folks are understaffed, but there is no excuse for serving contaminated food. read more

To be clear, the food is good and the staff is excellent, when they show up on time. 2 to 3 times per week, they open late and I'm forced to go to BK next door. Monday the 11th, closed at 710. They were out of a lot of food which seemed odd. The staff were friendly and quick. Everything looked clean and organized.

It was absolutely terrible, they messed up the order completely and their root beer tasted like water. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

As far as Taco Bells go, this one is just OK. It's really a consistency issue. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes it's not that good. I've had two issues with food over the years. Once the manager was very apologetic. But more recently, the new guy was completely apathetic. Example, I got the wrong thing. I ordered a seven-layer burrito, paid for a seven-letter burrito and received a five-layer burrito. I didn't open it until I was down the freeway about five minutes. When I talked to the manager, and told him I got a five-layer burrito, the way he said "what makes you think you got a five-layer burrito?" just reeked of disdain! I wasn't pleased with him. Normally, in this case, they'd try and make it right. He just said next time I ordered, if I told him who I was, he'd personally make sure THAT order was correct. I think he misses the mark on customer service. The place tends to be pretty clean most of the time, and the employees have always been friendly to me (exception: the new GM who was friendly enough but also a horse's patoot). read more
