Amazing service at 2 in the morning. Madam with the purple and pink hair was super nice and had positive energy despite it being so late. Overall food was great, fast and quick. Absolutely nothing but praise for this young lady!! read more

Worst Taco Bell around. Ordered inside. Waited 20 min with no food in sight, but they only prioritized all drive through orders. All inside orders were completely ignored. As I'm typing this it has been 30 minutes with no food in sight, and I was the only one inside who ordered. HORRIBLE AWFUL DO NOT COME. This is not a FAST food. read more

Ordered chicken nuggets and this is what I received. When asked to get a fresh batch, was told that this is how they look. Ended up getting a refund and the rest of the food lacked on the meat. I wouldn't recommend this place, at all. read more

The new manager is horrific. Also if you are a Door Dasher I recommend declining all Taco Bell orders. Last night over 7 delivery drivers were in the lobby and it took over 45 minutes to put out a single order. Manager loves to mess with delivery, drivers DoorDash, or in particular she used to work at a different fast food restaurant in Longview and everyone hated her performance there as well. She took her intentional sabotaging of delivery drivers with her from that location to Taco Bell Longview. read more

The last couple times I have visited the kelso Taco Bell I have had only bad experiences with the service and quality of food. I recommend going to the other two taco bells in Longview not this location. read more

Do not dine in anytime there are more than 4 cars in the drive through, you will wait on average about 30 min. That is no joke. This has happened to me on several occasions. Waited 40 min for food and can't get a refund if you pay on your card. Have to get ahold of corporate. read more

I had went through the drive thru about 15 minutes ago, and i ordered everything i needed and as i got up to the window i noticed i forgot to add my nacho fries so i had asked the guy at the window if i can add them and i put my card back out the window to pay for them and the guy behind him told him no to that i couldn't get any nacho fries and ive work drive thru for years at a fast food place and i know that you can add another order and bump it off right after its finish does not matter what order its in. anyways so id called the store to ask if they had any and why i couldn't get some at the window and when i told him i know how to work a drive thru and you can do it at the window he Hung up on me and i was trying to ask his name. read more

Friday night 9:30pm and we ordered online around 8:50 on our way here. We still don't have food. The app says they have been making our order now for 30+minutes. This is a joke. We quickly stopped off for food since this location is as right off the freeway and our kids were hungry. We would be home by now had we just kept going. The food is what it is this review is based of the service at this location. read more

I actually like Taco Bell, but every time I order from this location it's never a good experience. It shouldn't take over 30 minutes to get an order. A few months back I was stuck in the drive through line for over 40 minutes. Half the time they get the order wrong. It's not easy to make a complaint using the app. There's a different Taco Bell a few miles away that's much more efficient. I don't recommend this location. read more

Not the first time I've waited for over 45 min in the drive through. I've been to hundreds of Taco Bell's and either the owner is too cheap to actually hire people to work here to cover for actual Business. Or They Hire complete Idiots. I ordered through the app and after waiting 35 min's I wanted to cancel however after 5 tries it still wouldn't let me. So I was committed to waiting another 20 mins for my food. So I pulled up, she went to hand me my drink and it was the wrong drink. (She said it happens all the time). I use this app exclusively and it's NEVER happened to me? So I finally get my order get it home. And they messed up order not giving me my potatoes. In addition they gave me Hot sauce vs Fire. Which I'm ok with that. But the person who made the Crunchy Gordita must not have ever made one before. So my recommendation is drive to the one in Longview 830 Ocean Beach Highway and skip this one. It will be faster in the long run and the order will probably be correct. The owner of this one if it's publicity owned should have it taken away, if corporate fire the manager ASAP read more

The Taco Bell in kelso Washington is the absolute worst. We waited 37 minutes for our food, their excuse just like every other time "we're short staffed" stop paying these piece of shit people more money then they're worth. Close them down. WORST PLACE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I'd give them 0 stars if I could, but sadly you have to choose a star to submit this. read more

I have had the worst experience here. I made an order here and they have misplaced 2 things from my order which I don't really care. It's human to make mistakes. I called to get those 2 items replaced since I paid for them and the manager on the phone basically told me I was lying to him. I go to pick up the misplaced things and he again basically calls me a liar trying to say I'm trying to get free food or something then slams the window in my face. Keep in mind I come here every week. But my mom called and complained about it and I am now BANNED from this Taco Bell. But I went there anyway for a late night snack and as I'm eating my crunch wrap it is so nasty. I puked. I've had so many more bad encounters with this place and many people I know as well. I could not recommend more to just drive the extra 5 minutes to the Longview Taco Bell. DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

I work nights so I always get off when everything is closed. this Taco Bell stays open pretty late and every time I go through they have been nothing but nice to me, no matter who is working. as someone who has worked in fast food Ik it sucks. even w just the times I have gone I have witnessed customers who I know I would hate to deal with, but even when they have a customer who may be difficult they brush it off and continue to treat everyone with kindness and understanding. Only Taco Bell that I have always had a good experience at. read more

Where do I even start. Picture this. I walk up to the kiosk, I put in my order for my daughter, I type in her beautiful Swedish name. Her name is called at the counter, the worker looks me in the eyes and blatantly mispronounces her name. "Okay whatever" I think but then I hear a slight giggle coming from the kitchen. I look into my bag, alas! My cheese has been forgotten and there is no Baja blast. Me and my daughter are in tears and will not be coming back. read more

This place is rude.my order was put in first and they helped other people first just because my order was put in before they open I waited 10 minutes was not greeted upon entering the location there were 4 employees on the restaurant only had 2 customers in it. I will be talking with door dash and my friends and customers thus by far is the worst taco bell in the United States read more

Delorpated. Uses it, gONE thrown through and there you are. I don't suggest patron, unless I am not with what you do.

honestly embarrassed for management & the owners of this location. placed a doordash order and it SEEMINGLY keeps getting pushed back. okay, fine. we can wait. but 30 minutes ?? i called to ask what the hold up was as our doordash driver was waiting there for the order. i was met with the lousiest hello. i politely asked if my order was by chance done and was immediately met with, "no, bye". sincerely so disappointed. 45 mins later, still no food and its been pushed back multiple times. read more

I really wish I didn't have to write a bad review. This is not the first time I've had an issue with the quality of food from this Taco Bell unfortunately. Usually I just throw it in the trash & someone doesn't get to eat the food they ordered, because frankly I'm tired of having to complain anymore. But this time it was the majority of the meal was inedible. Ordered the Chalupa combo & an extra chalupa. Whilst driving home are the taco & it was pretty fresh & no complaints. Got home and we went to eat the chalupas & I almost broke a tooth, no joke bitting into it. The shells on them were so freakin hard it was unbelievable. No idea how they can serve food like that and think it's ok, because it's not.. I tried calling the store a few times so I could let them know and hopefully get them replaced. No one picked up the phone. This is ridiculous. Guess I'll try and take the food back tomorrow & see if they will replace it.. cause we couldn't & didn't eat it!!! read more

Monday, May 8th, at about 2:00am My friend and I had the RUDEST costumer service experience I've ever had. We gave up, decided we didn't even want to order there after receiving that attitude, and left. On our way down the road, I called so that I could talk to somebody about the experience we'd just had, and the manager answered the phone.. after the 5th try. Anyways, turn out THE MANAGER is the one who was so rudely to us, and when I started talking to them about the issue, they did the same thing and hung up. I hope someone higher up sees this. read more

The staff is truly trying, and i totally am all for being jerks to customer who are jerks.. but there is no reason to be a petty snot to the others... clearly this manager was having a bad day. some young dude with an attitude.. i clicked no tomatoes.. i know i did so baby when i tell you, i saw tomatoes on it and asked simply if they could do no tomatoes on it and handed it back to her, the girl who took it back was so so sweet and was clearly new,, only cause he snapped at both of us like "next time you cant take food from the car" like okkkk she didn't know cause you didn't train her manager ! don't give her sass! Then they forgot chips too and so when he gave me my order with no tomatoes I asked for some chips, saying i got the cheese i just need tha chips ! he was like k and our machine said u only got a regular beef chalupa, i was like babe i clicked no tomatoes and he was like well you didn't im likeeee are we gonna argue about it ?? like do you want me to grovel about the remake of my bfs chalupa?? like for no reason i got that much attitude.. they need to hire some grown people to be managers cuz read more

I'm not big on fast food, or yelp reviews on it, but I was impressed by this location's staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The bathroom faucet kindof explodes when you turn it on and when I walked out the worker quickly apologized that it wasn't fixed yet and quickly rushed to get paper towels for me, apologizing again that they were out. (I would recommend they put a sign up in the bathroom though). The staff seemed to enjoy each other's company, and were very conversational. Also, all of our party's orders were correct, which is impressive for fast food and especially Taco Bell! They must have new staff since the 5/2011 review. Whatever you guys are doing, keep up the good work. read more

The food was good but the customer service is ass and they forgot my Baja blast, and put tomato and sour cream in my crunch wrap supreme, and to top it off they added an extra one on it as well Also the workers were fighting because they didn't want to take our Order read more

They are terrible at keeping up on orders if you eat inside it's a super long wait like about 30 minutes or they either forgot the order and they are usually really bad about getting orders correct lots of Red flags terrible on many levels they really need to pull it together and change and get better on many levels. read more

I come to this location 5 days a week for breakfast after I was betrayed by the McDonald's down the road. They are always friendly and remember my order. They deserve to be recognized for their good qualities even if it is only a Taco Bell. read more

To be clear, the food is good and the staff is excellent, when they show up on time. 2 to 3 times per week, they open late and I'm forced to go to BK next door. Monday the 11th, closed at 710. Wednesday the 13th, closed at 710. It appears one of the morning crews just can't get it together on time. I would give 5 stars for some breakfast consistency. read more

Normally we love Taco Bell. Stopped by this location in Kelso and walked in to hear employees yelling at each other. Ended up canceling our order with no refund and leaving without our food after waiting 20 minutes. We saw people handling food after touching their phone and putting their gloved hands into their back pockets. I have a food handlers permit and there was no way I could eat that food. I understand having to wait for an order when folks are understaffed, but there is no excuse for serving contaminated food. read more

They were out of a lot of food which seemed odd. The staff were friendly and quick. Everything looked clean and organized.
