I came here and the disrespect by the worker was unbelievable I can't tell if it's because I'm black or because my drink had special modifications but either way the service was bad I visited today around 11:45am and I'm sadden to hear a worker talk about a customer while I'm still actively waiting for my drink they messed up. And after all that the drink taste like crap... read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - My nasty drink - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Kelso, Washington

Went for my birthday, I go once a year. Got the app like they said to get my free birthday Dutch. well I didn't have the correct scanner pulled up when I said "it's my birthday" the boy working treated me like i was stupid just started at me doing the slow blinks and eye roll with a huff then continued to talk shit the whole time I was at the window to his little friends. Side eyes from everyone. It was so obvious. Hurt my heart. No one deserves to feel like that especially on their birthday. The atmosphere was very awkward while they made my drink. read more

The staff's joyful nature and friendly demeanor is contagious! We love Dutch Brothers. The coffee is smooth and flavorful, never bitter or burnt like some other places. Their blended drinks are a huge hit with our grandkids. I usually avoid chains but this particular one is wholesome and never disappoints! read more

We stopped by here on our drive to Portland. Highly recommend this spot! There was a line of cars, but there were two employees with tablets, going from car to car to get their orders. Overall experience with super fast, we got five drinks and all were made perfectly to order. I just forgot to ask for less ice for my iced German chocolate drink. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Kelso, Washington

Worst customer service I've ever had. I have been to a lot of Dutch Brios, and they usually always have outstanding customer service This was a disappointing experience by far! The drinks weren't even made correctly! Hope it was just an off day for these folks. read more

i am a dutch bros lover but i have never had this poor of an experience i am extremely disappointed honestly the worst dutch ever we order our drinks double blended they did not come that way and they did not mix the syrup in either and also the drinks were water down. read more

Always delicious and the employees are always so welcoming. Our coffee order was correct and made very quickly.

I'd give a 0 if it was possible. Ordered a white chocolates, white coffee mocha with mint, no chocolate milk. Waited 20 minutes, paid 8 bucks and got the wrong drink. Pointed out the the girls working the counter, says it's not right- she argued that it was correct and sent me on my way. Turns out I was correct- gave me one of their regular mocha, no mint and tons of chocolate milk. This coffee is UNDRINKABLE This place sucks- worst Dutch brothers ever. read more

When you see so many cars you have to ask yourself ... do I have time to wait! The answer is yes .. team of ladies ready to take your order. One lady out walking to each car getting the orders so they are ready when you pull up to the window to pay. I went with the infusion tea which was Peach Greentea! Tasty! They offer punch cards for the regular. Lots of other choices to choose from. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Fusión Tea - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Kelso, Washington

Great experience here. Got in line and was almost immediately greeted by a young man who took our order. We weren't sure what to get and he gave us great advice. Line moved fast and we had our orders in no time. Staff inside the little building were super friendly. Drinks were really tasty. We'll be back! read more

Coming home from a quick visit to Corvallis my son decided to make a quick stop for something to drink. As soon as we got to the end of the ramp I spotted the drive thru. Yay! We don't have Dutch Bros in my town and I love their coffee - so smooth without the bitterness of some coffee more common in my area. My mocha was perfect with just the right amount of chocolate. The young man at the window was friendly and chatted with us the short time it took to prepare our order. Face to face conversation seems to be a challenge for some young people today so we appreciated his seemingly sincere interest in where we'd been and where we were heading. If you need a quick pick-me-up while passing through Kelso this location offered very easy off and back on to I-5. You can bet I'll be watching for that exit on my next trip south! read more

Worst drinks ever!! Ordered an iced white chocolate mocha.. they use chocolate milk in the iced mochas. I tried to tell the girl there is no chocolate milk in a white mocha and she argued with me. My mom ordered a mocha hot.. we tossed them out after the first sip! read more

They NEVER get the drinks right! Today we stopped as we were traveling and both drinks were horrible!!! Unfortunately we have a time constraint today so we couldn't bring them back.... But we will not stop here any longer! read more

I never tip here anymore because I rarely get Good customer service and good coffee. Idk what is wrong with this stands culture but as a former Dutch employee it's not good. read more

Thank you for my first Dutch Bro's experience! Amazing customer service! Just driving thru from San Diego to Kitsap County and stopped here to try what the rave is about... yup! This location was def. worth the stop! Merry Christmas! Got: 16oz Iced strawberry mocha Iced Double Espresso Flavorful bold coffee. Only kind I like. Refueled for our 2 more hour drive. read more

Convenient location, friendly staff, great pricing and their version of the iced caramel macchiato is a thousand times better than Starbucks. I had never had their version and when they handed it to me they suggested I try it first and if I didn't like they would make me something else, it was delicious! read more

Dutch Brother's Coffee makes me want to sing the "I'll be there" song by the Jackson 5. I LOVE this coffee and whatever western state I'm in when I chance upon it has never disappointed. The make the mocha's with delicious chocolate milk, the coffee is yum. The service is good and quick. This location is awkward as hell to get into. Right off the highway, on an awkward corner with a crazy driveway that makes you cross over the folks exiting the store and the curve on that thing is evil tight and sharp. I'm also mad you can't buy into the franchise until you work for them. I love you I want to be with you but I can't compromise my career for you. So we'll just have to maintain our random rendezvous relationship... XOXO - Christine read more

What a morning cup of coffee... Not ONLY was the coffee good... But the 2 working today... Made the morning complete! Katah not only makes a kick @$$ coffee, but this lady remembers her customers & their drinks and serves them with a smile ... Chaz always has a smile and makes sure you leave with one as big as his! Nice to finally be able to put a name to these 2 !!! ( they sure earned it ) read more

I LOVE Dutch Brothers. I don't really know how to review them other than to say that. The coffee isn't like anything else you've tasted - it just GOOD. Plus they always make sure their staff are super friendly, upbeat and helpful. No one around here looks like they hate their job. I just wish someone would open one in Seattle! read more

Lets see here, if there is a Dutch Brothers in the area, and the choice is Dutch Brothers vs Starbucks- sorry Starbucks, Dutch Brothers pitches a perfect game against ya and wins that match! No doubt about it, out of all the chain coffee stands, Dutch Brothers is tops! They have excellent product, and the employees they hire are very good at what they do, and its family friendly! read more

Love Dutch Bros. They are friendly and better than Starbucks and give a military discount as well as free coffee on your Birthday!

These guys are so nice and really listen to what you're looking for in a drink. They do everything in their power to make you happy. I really appreciate the service I get at this location. read more

I love Dutch Bros. I will seek them out whenever we are near one. They use chocolate milk instead of milk and syrup for mochas. The caramelizer mocha is sweet and caramely but not overkill sweet. This location is right off the freeway. Like all the other Dutch Bros I have been to, the customer service is over the top. All of the baristas are so friendly and helpful. If you haven't tried Dutch Bros yet, stop in. It will be obvious why there's a cult following. read more

As a person who relies on public transportation to get to work I find this business and the nearby schools (Can't complain about them since we need schools) to be a major contributor of the congestion at the intersection of South Kelso Drive and Allen Street. I've been on the bus and stuck on South Kelso Drive for over 10 minutes stuck in a line of vehicles who are turning into the property to go to This Dutch Bros, this happens worse when they are holding special promotions or charities. This location needs to either move to a more viable location or open after the nearby schools are in session that way people won't be late getting to work. read more

The Dutch Brose in Kelso is a joke. I have gone through the drive-through and heard all of the staff talking inappropriately icy stuff leaving the building to go outside and talk to people. I no longer give that location my business read more

Love love love everyone who works at Dutch bros! Everyone is so friendly and sweet! Always happy

Super friendly and quick service. We were just passing through. Coffee was good as usual with any Dutch brothers.

First timers from Southern California and stopped at this location on our way to the airport. Super friendly staff! Amazing coffee! Definitely recommend stopping here if you haven't already! read more

Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the positive attitude every one of the girls here had! My mom and I visited this location while making a road trip the morning of March 2nd. Everyone working was laughing and dancing to their music and having so much fun, they were still working so hard and were so sweet to us! It's really rare to find that kind of attitude and customer service so we definitely wanted to let you guys know how much we appreciate it! Will definitely be returning next time we are down that way :) read more

I stopped my this place on my way out of the town. I've been waiting all week to go here. I ordered a regular large coffee and an Americano. The lady at the window was extremely nice. The regular coffee I bought was extremely hot that I couldn't drink it for 30 minutes. After tasting it there was a bland taste, I even had two sugars and milk. I was very disappointed. The Americano was very watered down and didn't taste like an Americano. Overall I would have given this place a lower review but they were very nice. read more

Although the coffee was great the service was.. well interesting... After putting our family dog to sleep the night before. We decided to head to the casino to take our minds of it. The girl was like what are you guys up to. And I told her we put our family dog down last night and needed to take or mind off it so we were headed to the casino. She replied with a high pitch voive.. Oh!! Nice! Like she didn't even hear what I said and that Oh, nice was just her main saying to people. If you're going to ask us what we are doing, at least listen to what was said and not sound like a complete ass. read more

Great location! What a nice surprise when I was driving through and found this gem out of in the boonies. This is really quick off the freeway so you can get your quick fix of caffeine on your long road trip. read more

Visited Dutch Bros in Kelso this afternoon. The gal that took our order could see I was having a rough day, she was so sweet to ask if I was okay and even wrote a thoughtful note on the lid of my coffee! It totally made my day, thank you for being so nice! read more

I had never been to Dutch brothers until being in kelso Washinton. This is the best coffee ever!!! Nice friendly service as well !

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all it's my sons 13th bday today and he's been looking forward to his birthday drink. We pull up and they have loud rap music playing and they're too busy dancing and talking (yelling) very loudly to each other over the music. We sit there awkwardly and then finally one of the guys ask what we want. I tell them it's his birthday and he's here for Dutch bros traditional bday drink. He takes the order then says oh you have to have the app do you have that? We say no and he says he will wait. We download it when the other guy (red hair) says so the lines long and unfortunately we need to have you pull through and we will catch you next time it takes too long to wait. (Less than a minute has gone by) He didn't give us the option to pay. No happy birthday. Nothing. EXTREMELY Poor customer service. AND RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. Have a good time, sure but be professional, respectful and courteous.. I could say a lot more but I'm going to hold my tongue and leave it. We will not be back and I will tell everyone of our crap experience. The look on my sons face was like a punch to the gut. We went to another establishment where I bought him his bday drink. read more

I drove through here on my way home from the Solar Eclipse a few weeks back and the two girls that were working were super nice! I had already been driving for at least 8 hours that day and by the time I rolled into Dutch bros it was already 10. I told them that it was my first time there, and they graciously offered me a free drink! With 6 hours left to drive I was super grateful and pleased with their amazing service!! read more
