We stopped by here on our drive to Portland. Highly recommend this spot! There was a line of cars, but there were two employees with tablets, going from car to car to get their orders. Overall experience with super fast, we got five drinks and all were made perfectly to order. I just forgot to ask for less ice for my iced German chocolate drink. read more

I'd give a 0 if it was possible. Ordered a white chocolates, white coffee mocha with mint, no chocolate milk. Waited 20 minutes, paid 8 bucks and got the wrong drink. Pointed out the the girls working the counter, says it's not right- she argued that it was correct and sent me on my way. Turns out I was correct- gave me one of their regular mocha, no mint and tons of chocolate milk. This coffee is UNDRINKABLE This place sucks- worst Dutch brothers ever. read more

Coming home from a quick visit to Corvallis my son decided to make a quick stop for something to drink. As soon as we got to the end of the ramp I spotted the drive thru. Yay! We don't have Dutch Bros in my town and I love their coffee - so smooth without the bitterness of some coffee more common in my area. My mocha was perfect with just the right amount of chocolate. The young man at the window was friendly and chatted with us the short time it took to prepare our order. Face to face conversation seems to be a challenge for some young people today so we appreciated his seemingly sincere interest in where we'd been and where we were heading. If you need a quick pick-me-up while passing through Kelso this location offered very easy off and back on to I-5. You can bet I'll be watching for that exit on my next trip south! read more

Dutch Brother's Coffee makes me want to sing the "I'll be there" song by the Jackson 5. I LOVE this coffee and whatever western state I'm in when I chance upon it has never disappointed. The make the mocha's with delicious chocolate milk, the coffee is yum. The service is good and quick. This location is awkward as hell to get into. Right off the highway, on an awkward corner with a crazy driveway that makes you cross over the folks exiting the store and the curve on that thing is evil tight and sharp. I love Dutch Bros. I will seek them out whenever we are near one. They use chocolate milk instead of milk and syrup for mochas. The caramelizer mocha is sweet and caramely but not overkill sweet. This location is right off the freeway. Like all the other Dutch Bros I have been to, the customer service is over the top. All of the baristas are so friendly and helpful. As a person who relies on public transportation to get to work I find this business and the nearby schools (Can't complain about them since we need schools) to be a major contributor of the congestion at the intersection of South Kelso Drive and Allen Street. I've been on the bus and stuck on South Kelso Drive for over 10 minutes stuck in a line of vehicles who are turning into the property to go to This Dutch Bros, this happens worse when they are holding special promotions or charities. This location needs to either move to a more viable location or open after the nearby schools are in session that way people won't be late getting to work. read more

I stopped my this place on my way out of the town. I've been waiting all week to go here. I ordered a regular large coffee and an Americano. The lady at the window was extremely nice. The regular coffee I bought was extremely hot that I couldn't drink it for 30 minutes. After tasting it there was a bland taste, I even had two sugars and milk. I was very disappointed. The Americano was very watered down and didn't taste like an Americano. Overall I would have given this place a lower review but they were very nice. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all it's my sons 13th bday today and he's been looking forward to his birthday drink. We pull up and they have loud rap music playing and they're too busy dancing and talking (yelling) very loudly to each other over the music. We sit there awkwardly and then finally one of the guys ask what we want. I tell them it's his birthday and he's here for Dutch bros traditional bday drink. He takes the order then says oh you have to have the app do you have that? We say no and he says he will wait. We download it when the other guy (red hair) says so the lines long and unfortunately we need to have you pull through and we will catch you next time it takes too long to wait. (Less than a minute has gone by) He didn't give us the option to pay. No happy birthday. Nothing. EXTREMELY Poor customer service. AND RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. Have a good time, sure but be professional, respectful and courteous.. I could say a lot more but I'm going to hold my tongue and leave it. We will not be back and I will tell everyone of our crap experience. The look on my sons face was like a punch to the gut.
