You can always appreciate a Starbucks with a big footprint because it's nice to spread out. This of course is a Starbucks, so food quality isn't a question. A frappucino or lemon loaf here is the same as any other Starbucks, but this is the place to stay if you want space to work or hang out, which you can't tell from the outside. When we walked in, there was a lot of that post-modern furniture and even the place had a nice crowd, it wasn't crowded. What a fun place if you have nothing better to do on a rainy day. read more

All my 3 drinks had wet beverage remnants all around the cups, one had a hair on top of the lid. The two Frappuccinos are very icy on the bottom half and hard to drink (I'm a regular Frappuccino drinker and they're usually smoother and tastier than the ones from this store). The restroom is super clean and dry. Order-take Shakira is really friendly, efficient, and knows the products very well. The orders were prepared very quickly despite the long lines in the store and at the drive-through. read more

We pop by this location each year as we follow our STP riders. It's conveniently located directly off of the freeway, giving us an easy stop not far off the beaten path. There is outdoor seating as well as plenty of space indoors to stay awhile, enjoy a beverage or a treat, use the facilities and head out on our way. The space was clean, the staff friendly, the service quick and the food satisfactory. I tried a new beverage, a vanilla bean coconut latte, which was sweet and refreshing. read more

We were in the drive through for over 30 minutes with three cars ahead of us. When we finally got our coffees, they were burnt and bitter. The person working the drive through was distracted. I just stopped through the drive through roadtripping to Seattle. I ordered a soy, vanilla steamer with cinnamon powder at 140°. They put whip cream on a my soy drink. I'm allergic to dairy. Thank god I checked. I know that 140° is the middle button on a mastrena not default 160° I specifically asked for the middle button temp and the employee said it's default or kids no in between. I work at a starbucks I know what i'm talking about. With dairy in my drink and a default temp that's too hot I can't enjoy my drink. I have no time to complain for a refund. The most important feature of a public business that serves food and has public restrooms, is the restrooms. Hand washing facilities are also very important. This Starbucks posts instructions for employees in how to wash their hands. The fourth step is to turn off the water with a paper towel. This is posted right on the jet dryer. But there are no paper towels. So you have to use your fresh clean hands to touch a dirty faucet and a dirty door handle. Employees as well. So they touch the dirty door handle and return to work to make your coffee with their dirty hands. That aside, the restroom was a complete disaster. Hair and dust caked on the back of the toilet, paper all over the floor. The nastiest Starbucks restroom I've ever been in and I've been to a lot of Starbucks. I let them know and they just said sorry. It was clear no one was going to go clean it. Why bother? They already had my money. McDonald's has much cleaner restrooms. read more

Starbucks drinks suck to begin with so we hardly ever go but we stopped at this one where it reportedly closed at 20:00. We are sitting in the drive through at 19:15 and there is a sign that says it closes at 8pm. Nothing. We finally move forward because the screen is on as if they are still open but no service. We move up and the woman inside looks at us and shakes her head and moves her hand across her throat from side to side signaling closed. I went to the place to study for a big FAA exam for my job and they deserve compliments from me. The staff is super friendly, they're attentive and quick to fix any issues. The atmosphere is great, big windows for viewing, comfortable to sit and easy for me to stay focused. I'm glad they have a selection of healthy food that I can enjoy eating. I am fortunate to be able to find a place like this in this town to sit and drink coffee while doing the reading. read more

This Starbucks is sitting on the lot where the Hilander Bowl used to be. It is a standard Starbucks, but the staff is really sweet, and the interior was very clean. It is right off the 5, so it is a great place to stop between Portland and Seattle. They have some tables that were made from the old lanes of the bowling alley, which is a nice little nod to the history of the lot. Behind the Starbucks is two walls from the previous building, which I just think is cool. I like peeking into the past. read more

Stopped by here for an early morning coffee with my family on our way from Vancouver to Seattle. Service was just alright, I don't think the barista knew what she was doing since I was trying to reload my gold card so that I could use points for the drinks. Since the Starbucks app doesn't update soon enough, I loaded it about $1 something short. There was still a balance left after reloading so I was just going to pay with my debit card but she said I couldn't do that since the last payment had to be with the Starbucks card or something? which I knew wasn't true since I've worked at Starbucks and have done this before and never had a problem. Anywho, she was able to call over someone else from the team and they figured it out. Took longer to check out but oh well, at the end of the day we still go our coffees. read more

I don't know why this location always has issues. Everytime I decide to give them a chance, it almost as if they're like how much more can I mess up than last time. Today I ordered two drinks. They told me one of them takes a long time, which it shouldn't you just need to have had the tea brewed but obviously you didn't so I said that's fine I'll wait, she told me to pull to the front and wait. I did... for 15+ minutes. Then when no one came we went back through the drive through where she said oh your drinks are ready. I pull up to the window and said if my drinks were ready why didn't you bring them out, she said sorry there was a mix up. I've never had an issue with either of these drinks being made at any other location. I don't know how you guys managed to mess up multiple times in just one visit. Needless to say they need better management, training and extra time to prep. I won't be coming here again. I don't advise anyone to either, if you're passing through head to the woodland Starbucks where they at least make your drink right and don't forget about you. Or you can head to the one in town too, if you don't want your day effed up. read more

Terrible service. Walked in. No one at register and a line of 3 people waiting just to give order. Didn't listen to my order -so it was wrong. They wanted me to get back in a line which had swelled to 5 people to "correct their mistake". Apparently this location must have problems as I see the have poor reviews from others as well so some advise from a customer. First Always Have someone at the register to take orders. Do not make people wait for you to talk with your co workers or finish putting up stock. Second, listen so you get my order correct. Those two items are minimum for ANYONE in the service industry. And if you do get the order wrong, take care it immediately. Don't make customers wait in line again to correct your screw up! read more

The baristas here are quite literally the slowest and clearly aren't trained to ask for help when they're drowning not can the shift supervisors read into stuff like that. The drive thru line is always super long and moves super slow, and the lobby is always packed with people waiting for their drinks. Again, do yourself a favor and never come here. Worst Starbucks ever. Parking lot is poorly designed and creates a safety issue and trouble getting out of spots. No impossible egg sandwich. One bathroom was closed and there was a long line to use the one working bathroom. No soap in bathroom. Gal working didn't care. Coffee was good. read more
