Worse McDonald's service ever. I'm on a road trip and wanted a quick meal. I ordered and paid at the kiosk. I followed the instructions, took a number tent and placed it on my table and patiently waited for my order. Twenty minutes later, still no food. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before one of the gentleman working in back. He looked at my receipt and remade my order. There are other food options in this area. I took my kids there after school on Tuesday 01/27/26. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant. However, Charlene was rude and nasty. No smile, just aggression. I had ordered 2 kids meal. One cheeseburger; the other nugget. I clearly asked for bbq sauce when I placed my order. I re-verified with Charlene if it was inn the box and she stated: ' If you asked for it, its in the box! A quick stop for a large coffee for the road, I opted to go through the drive through today and the young lady running speaker did understand my order. I think she forgot the request to add a few ice cubes to the coffee though as it was still "McDonald's hot" when I tried to drink it on the highway. Then today I pre ordered breakfast at 9 am get to the store there is cones in the drive thru and no one at the windows so I park and do a drive up order, 2 minutes go by they come out and say they are closed but there is nothing posted saying that anywhere on their doors or windows but instead of the individuals making me wait the full hour and a half they made my food and sent me on my way, the food was amazing both times! read more

The only thing keeping this place open is proximity. There's maybe three or four places to get food around that area. Customer service is awful. Fries are cold. Burger is trash. This place is open only because there's literally no other place to go. It is clear that they do not read their ratings or care about their customers. The place should be closed. read more

Unfortunately this is another one of those franchise McDonald's that is not monitored appropriately. Uniformly there is a long line at the drive-through and even if there isn't, you know you're going to wait for a while for your food. They are usually out of something and sometimes it's more than one thing. The kids that work there rotate in and out so fast they never seem to get good at anything which may contribute to the very slow service. The management, if you can call it that, is ambivalent to the level or lack of service that the employees give. This location is immediately adjacent to the interstate so I expect they get as many travelers as they get locals so the concern about repeat customers isn't as high. They have no problem giving you 30 minute old french fries if they think they can get away with it. The only way to make sure you get fresh french fries is to ask for them with no salt. Then add your own alto when they come out nice and fresh. There is a Redbox inside which is handy, the bathrooms are adequate, this is not one of the newer renovated ones but it's not extremely old and ugly it's just mediocre. I have brought my kids here for Sunday breakfast many many times over the past 15 years and while we keep coming back because it's close, I don't think there's ever been a time where I was pleasantly surprised at the food or the service. But with that said, we still came back so I guess it can't be all that bad. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been to plenty of McDonald's or fast food at that where the workers were disrespectful or had attitudes. But this one here... The food is mid and I say that giving it a little boost. A person's mood can ruin your appetite. Twice now I've been here and ordered food to where they've tried to tell me I didn't have an order. I was coming here everyday because it was convenient but I think they just thought me as a customer wouldn't care or wouldn't bother to speak my concerns. The first time I came for breakfast here and tried to get the BOGO for $1 but one of the older men insisted that my order wasn't mine. I ordered online and showed them what my order was. I had previously asked questions about if they still had the deal going and decided to just order on the app because he didn't seem too informed. At the moment I placed my order he took the order from another worker and then refused to give it to me at first. Someone else had to take it from him to give it to me. The next order was a lunchtime order (on the kiosk) where I had 2 separate orders. One was a full order while the other order was a single plain sandwich. My order apprently got handed out to someone else. They claimed to have called out my order but the guy they say they gave it to my self as well as two other bystanders conversed and can say they walked out and just handed the man my order. Even with me showing them my order from the app (because I used my code) they kept telling me that I didn't order and that there wasn't another order for me and started trying to ignore me. Instead of acting crazy and blowing up I pulled up my transaction history on the Apple Pay. It showed when I placed the order, when I paid for it, and what location/which specific McDonald's I had paid the money to. Finally one of the other workers tried to inform another about me actually having paid for the order. Then I'm being told they apprently called out lookin for whoever ordered it and I just never responded they said another guy got up and said the order was his. Therefore I lost my order. I got apologized to by two individuals who didn't have anything to do with the situation but the person who kept insisting that I didn't have an order and chose to just ignore me just kept giving me a dirty look while I got my food and while I ate. read more

When I arrived, there were no other customers in line. One employee was staying by the registers, but did not look up as I came in and stood in front of the registers. She was busy counting money. I stood there, ready and waiting, for at least 1 whole minute before she even looked up at me and acknowledged me. She had NOT even said something like, "Be right with you" or smiled or anything. When she did eventually take my order, she had to get help from someone else to know how to enter my "triple shot nonfat mocha" into the register. this is by far one of the absolute dirtiest places i have ever had the misfortune of visiting. There was trash flowing from the lobby trash can as well as ice cream melted and pouring from the machine-pooling in the floor and the employees and MANAGER JUST WALKED THROUGH IT! We ordered our food and was served BURNT FISH on an ice cold but burnt bun. The fries were not even cooked and the supposedly cooked to order quarter pounder? It was ICE COLD. I called and had the displeasure of speaking to whom identified as the manager-She was rude, unprofessional and asked me why did i order...seriously? Very mismanaged. I waited for 35 minutes in the drive through for a 10 piece nugget. There were 3 cars behind me. By the time I got to the window I could see my nuggets sitting there (for 15 minutes) and my order was on the order screen the employees use highlighted in green, showing I was at the window. As you can see in the picture the sign says the dining room on Saturday nights is open until 11 PM, I was there at 10:20 PM and was told they were closed and had to go to the drive-through even though the sign says 11 and they refused to come to the door. Never again! This is the only convenient place on my way to work in the morning for coffee. However today is my last! Usually it takes a minimum of 10 minutes to get through the line. This morning it took almost 25min! I only ever order a coffee with 8 cream NO sugar, or sometimes an iced vanilla coffee. They never get the number of creams right and sometimes put sugar in it. Some mornings the coffee is stale, other mornings its insanely bitter or burnt tasting. With the iced vanilla coffee I'm lucky if I even get vanilla. Most of the time I end up with caramel. Apparently reading the order screen is harder then it looks. The lady who makes the coffees and hands out the orders in the morning is extremely rude and completely lacks a personality. If you ask for extra creamers, she gives you an attitude like its a huge hassle for her. I never order food, so I can't comment on that. And I only go in the AM so I can't make a good judgement on the afternoon shift. However from my morning experiences I do not recommend this place! All in all this place is very inconsistent and has horrible customer services. read more

No TP in the men's bathroom? TP in the women's bathroom laying ON the trash can instead of in the empty dispenser? When the employee 5 mins later brought in the tp he brought in one roll instead of two to fill the dual roll holder. The soap dispensers in both bathrooms were torn apart/destroyed. There was feces on the women's toilet bowl/edge. Dirty and chaotic. By far the absolute worst MCD I've been to in a very good McDonald's system overall. Too bad - I'd literally just told my brother earlier that McDonald's bathrooms were always reliably the best. I plan to order some coffee drinks but would not order food in a place like this. UPDATE: I just received my coffee order. But it was wrong. After telling me they were out of Caramel I said sure, I'll just have a vanilla.
