We had about 25 guests and ordered a large beef teriyaki, large chicken katsu, medium chicken teriyaki, and a medium mac salad. The trays were overflowing--there was honestly enough food for 40+ people! Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious and every single guest loved it. I'll definitely be back for our next event (though I'll probably scale down to medium trays next time because the portions are HUGE). Highly recommend!

Compared to Shake Shack the Burger just seemed larger and tastier, but of course it was more expensive. We would easily choose MOOYAH over Shake Shack regularly if they would come in a little bit lower priced or at least offered the kind of promotions and coupons that shake shack offers. I got a veggie burger which was excellent, it's become one of my favorites, prefer this one way more than shake shack,. We also got the Oreo milk shake, our kids loved it, it didn't last long, every drop was gone in minutes. Hope to come back again soon.

He asked if we could have trays to use since we were dining in and needed to be able to eat our food. How were we going to eat our order if we didn't have plates to put the chicken and sides on? The worker Aaron told him no because it was their policy to not give out the trays. Then he told my husband that they have given out trays before when they run out of plates but could not give him any now. My husband asked if there was any way to get some type of item to use as a plate as we had ordered a family meal to eat in and but the business is the one who ran out of plates? Aaron told him no he could not bend policy and refused to get the general manager to continue assisting my husband. Please note my husband is brown and there is no logical reason as to why 1) they could not give my husband trays or any other type of plate to eat food from if they ran out of plates 2) that they would not get a manager to talk to about this. My husband took our food back to the counter and then asked for a refund because there was no way we could eat our food there unless they wanted us to pour gravy all over the table. While my husband is getting his refund and explaining why this is upsetting I walk my pregnant butt up there to see why they wouldn't give us plates. I am pale and white passing. The moment I get up there, the workers finally get a manager. A manager that they refused to get for my husband, they got for me the moment I walked to the counter. At this point the general manager offered to give us the trays to eat from but it was too late. We already gave back the food, got the refund and were angry about the blatant racism shown at this restaurant towards hispanic clientele. We don't understand how this helped anyone at all. They had to refund our money, then throw away our food because it made it to our table all because they wouldn't give us a tray to eat from when they ran out of plates.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige. One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!". Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs. I even dip my fries in McNiger sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant. read more

**Terrible Experience at McDonald's** Recently, I visited McDonald's and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered food through the kiosk and selected 4 sauces, which were listed as free ($0.00) on my receipt. However, when I approached the counter, they refused to give me the sauces despite them being on my receipt. The staff stated that I had to pay $0.25 for each sauce. To make matters worse, the staff was very rude and claimed that because they are a franchise, they can set their own rules. This incident is completely unacceptable. The kiosk system misled me, and the staff refused to resolve the issue on the spot. This experience left a very negative impression of McDonald's service. MacDonald at culver and Irvine Center dr. Is a very bad location to eat. Order takers always have rigid look. Always new faces and not well trained and no good manners. The emplyees talk very loud, hearing eletronics loud and noisy with no earphone, and always staring at your eating, very discourteousy. They lack basic courtedy and the managements don't teach or tell the employees the basic manners. Even quite a few customers are talking very loudly. The whole location is low. When the emplyee did things wrong, the manager or supervisor don't tell that employee he or she did wrong and still maintain bad manners to customers. Their employees thus always look angry to customers. If you want to get good mood and good food, consider going elsewhere. Mark my words! read more

Im disappointed as first an American to be treated the way they do and secound of all McDonalds Corp should pull there franchise contract from this owner who also operates several within Irvine and newport beach. It amazes me that no one fixes these issues, Corp shoud get involved and send "Secret Shoppers"to regulate there operators more. I strongly advise against visiting this place if you're dealing with late-night cravings. The manager's (Alejandra) behavior is completely unacceptable, marked by rudeness and mockery towards customers. Despite spending $50 on fast food, I experienced disrespectful treatment. Moreover, the manager's attitude towards her team members was unpleasant. Providing only 2 sauces for a family of 4 and neglecting to offer additional items reflected their poor customer service. My experience at this McDonald's left me utterly disappointed. read more

McDonald's is pretty much McDonald's. I like this place a little better than other ones because it's so clean inside and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Maybe it's a placebo effect, but the McDonald's here has food that seems a tad bit fresher than other McDonalds in other cities. Drive thrus these days have really stepped up their game. I saw a mcdonalds commercial about the maple bacon dijon and thought i'd give it a try. Went to the mcdonalds right next to my house for thr first time in forever and got the meal. It was not good. The meat and fries tasted like they'd been sitting out. The meal cost $10.50. This is one of the better looking Mcdonalds in chinatown. You wouldn't want to dine in if you come here pass 12am. This is good considering that they open 24/7. A good pit spot if you need some TLC for your bladder. Don't expect it to be clean, just know that you don't have to pee on the streets. It doesn't get much cheaper than that! I always order my cheeseburger with grilled onions and a side of sauce. The best thing about In-N-Out, aside from their cheap prices and delicious burgers, is the consistency of their food.
