My friend had requested this place since they had special menu items only available in Hawaii that he wanted to try and we went along with it. The item he was talking about was meal choices that had spam in it and with half of our group being Filipino, we needed to give it a try. The first time I went, I got the meal that had spam, Portuguese sausage, egg, and rice as well as a hash brown and a cheesy jalapeño egg McMuffin sandwich with a frozen Fanta blue raspberry drink. The meal did come with soy sauce, which I didn't use the first time, but did the second time we ate there since I had ordered the same meal set. Either way the meal tasted good with or without the soy sauce option. I did like the sausage pieces better than the spam, then again I don't really eat that much spam lolz The egg part of the meal wasn't my fave, especially since it tasted like cardboard because it was sitting on the plate absorbing that flavor. The McMuffin was good too and of course the hash brown was good since it was crispy and suffice my need for fries, even though it was breakfast time only the two times we went there. The frozen Fanta was spot on and a nice refreshing drink while chilling there both times. The Cookies & Creme pie was pretty good and I'm glad we got to get some before we left since they had sold out the first day we went there even though it was about 10:00AM in the morning. The service could be a lot better. First visit my friend had no eggs with her meal, even though it said it would come with it, and we had a full missing order that turned out to be put in a to-go bag that they didn't announce the number for when my friend requested for dine-in. Our second visit they kept giving us only one pie each when we all had gotten the two pie option, but at least they got it right the third time around when bringing our orders to the table. This is a good spot near the airport to wait for flights as well as the rest of your party if you flew separate. They do have a 30 minute dining only sign up, but they left us alone to just chill and relax. This McDonald's location has been super convenient since majority of our business is done around the airport. I check in on the app daily to see what items I can score on the deals. Normally its coffee, fries or breakfast sandwiches. They are efficient and quality is good. Occasionally you'll catch those quirky characters around but nothing too bad. Ordered an iced coffee and it took 20 minutes!!! Ordered in advance on mobile order about 5 minutes prior to arriving to pick up at counter and waited for another 15 minutes inside. Unsatisfactory organization for a customer dining franchise. During those 15 minutes waiting for coffee, I noticed the following: -One worker standing around waiting instead of prepping the backlog of orders. -customer requested to go to the restroom and was denied due to the cleaning schedule. A dining facility is supposed to have functioning restroom facilities with sink. - insect flies on the serving counter being waved away by one of the workers. - another customer order was sitting on the side with no announcement that it was ready while that guy was standing next to me waiting patiently. He finally got it and another waiting customer said she saw it sitting there for the last 10 minutes. -two customers needed to return because they were missing 1 and Apple pie and 2 wrong sandwich. There's a value menu with cheap eats and you can always get a large soft drink for only a $1.00. The McDonalds APP also provides you with more deals. Breakfast sandwiches are constantly good too. There are 2 drive thru lanes at this restaurant. . The person taking the orders would take orders for 2-3 cars on the inside lane to 1 car on the outside lane. The manager said it's hard to hear from that lane. I asked why they didn't just put a cone out and shut the lane and she just shrugged. Show how much the staff cares. I placed a simple mobile order for a large decaf coffee and a large iced tea. Customer Service - 1 Star. There's a noisy freeway above and I assume the noise made it difficult for the person at the drive thru to hear me. Can I give them zero stars??? Because this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I've been to some crazy ones on the mainland. First off, I get to the window to pick up my food. The Asian lady at the window hands me a bag. I open it and it's 2 oatmeals. I tell her it's not my order, so she takes it back (it's been in my possession in my car... wait for it). Then she hands me a coffee... again, it's not mine. She tells me to pull forward to the next window to wait. While I'm waiting, I see the Asian lady hand the car behind me the same bag I had in my possession! Gross!!!!! Finally, this large Polynesian woman hands me a plastic bag with 3 breakfast plates literally thrown in the bag sideways!!! She balanced the utensils, butter, and syrup on top, which falls out all over my car. These bags were made for the platters and I'm assuming they packed a bag before. Anyway, one of the butters fell between my seat and I couldn't get to it. When I got home, I opened the bag, and the Portuguese sausage, eggs, and rice platter was open and all the food fell out and was sitting at the bottom of the bag. Extremely slow. Don't go through the drive-through here in the morning, or you will be late for work!

4 times already, I have placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up and got to this location to pick up and drive thru was coned off and closed! Today, I decided to walk in, the door was unlocked, but was told by the worker, "oh yeah, we're closed "for now"" The hours are posted as a 24/7 location. She then proceeds to tell me, "just cancel the order" in a tone as if I was the one to inconvenience them yet when I walked in she was holding bags of food as if she was waiting for someone to pick it up from her. For those of you that do mobile order it's best you don't do any night or early morning mobile orders at this location because it'll let you place the order, take your payment, take you through all the steps, but won't even tell you if they are open or not. If you get there and they are closed, the workers don't care, now you have to cancel the order, you don't get your food, AND now you have to wait to get refunded. I would be understanding if this happened once but this is the 4th time that this has happened to me at this location only! read more

I don't think I've ever given a McDonald's five stars but this restaurant goes above and beyond. My wife and I ate breakfast here on multiple occasions while in town for the week on business, conveniently located next to our Best Western hotel. There's plenty of parking and access was easy. They have the kiosks for self-ordering which we had never experienced. Order and pay at the kiosk, take a number and sit, and they'll bring your food and drinks...too easy. We also ordered through the cashier on one occasion and were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming Aloha spirit of the rep wearing a lei and friendliness that she shared with every customer. The restaurant was clean and my food was wrapped with such care and precision that I had to point it out to my wife. I was in love...lol. A great McDonald's restaurant. I'm just giving it four stars cause its open 24 hours. It's great place to kill time if you need to pick someone up at the airport. You can get a text and be at the terminal quick. It's also en route to work. So sometimes I don't back breakfast, so its easy to scoop up an egg sandwich and be off quick. When you're a franchise like McDonald's, it's so easy to be unremarkable, just a typical McDonald's. Today this location separated themselves from the rest. I drove through this morning, Mother's Day, to pick up some breakfast before I went to spend Mother's Day with my mom (I know, I'm fancy). I ordered, got my food and as I was driving away the girl at the window said OH WAIT THIS IS FOR YOU! And handed me a gorgeous rose.
