McDonalds is still one of America's best values for a good fast food burger or chicken sandwich and really good fries. There's a value menu with cheap eats and you can always get a large soft drink for only a $1.00. The McDonalds APP also provides you with more deals. Breakfast sandwiches are constantly good too. Definitely far from a Five Start venue, but always a good family stop or drive through with fast, cheap and consistent meal deals that keep you coming back for more! read more

BY FAR THE WORST MCDONALDS IN THE WORLD ! The wait is long, they have 2 drive thru speakers but there's only one person working it and they rotate from speaker to speaker. The big macs i got were sloppily made and had to be redone. The two ladies working the window were nice at least but some of their other employees could use a class in customer service. read more

4 times already, I have placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up and got to this location to pick up and drive thru was coned off and closed! Today, I decided to walk in, the door was unlocked, but was told by the worker, "oh yeah, we're closed "for now"" The hours are posted as a 24/7 location. She then proceeds to tell me, "just cancel the order" in a tone as if I was the one to inconvenience them yet when I walked in she was holding bags of food as if she was waiting for someone to pick it up from her. For those of you that do mobile order it's best you don't do any night or early morning mobile orders at this location because it'll let you place the order, take your payment, take you through all the steps, but won't even tell you if they are open or not. If you get there and they are closed, the workers don't care, now you have to cancel the order, you don't get your food, AND now you have to wait to get refunded. I would be understanding if this happened once but this is the 4th time that this has happened to me at this location only! read more

I placed a simple mobile order for a large decaf coffee and a large iced tea. Customer Service - 1 Star. There's a noisy freeway above and I assume the noise made it difficult for the person at the drive thru to hear me. That said, I practically have to yell my order to you, not because I'm mad, but because you keep yelling back at me to tell me you can't hear me. I could hear the frustration in your voice. It's not my fault your company decided to design the drive thru next to the H-1. Pay Window - 1 Star. The drive thru is busy, yet when I get to the pay window, there isn't anyone. Can I give them zero stars??? Because this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I've been to some crazy ones on the mainland. First off, I get to the window to pick up my food. The Asian lady at the window hands me a bag. I open it and it's 2 oatmeals. I tell her it's not my order, so she takes it back (it's been in my possession in my car... wait for it). Then she hands me a coffee... again, it's not mine. She tells me to pull forward to the next window to wait. While I'm waiting, I see the Asian lady hand the car behind me the same bag I had in my possession! Gross!!!!! Finally, this large Polynesian woman hands me a plastic bag with 3 breakfast plates literally thrown in the bag sideways!!! She balanced the utensils, butter, and syrup on top, which falls out all over my car. These bags were made for the platters and I'm assuming they packed a bag before. Anyway, one of the butters fell between my seat and I couldn't get to it. When I got home, I opened the bag, and the Portuguese sausage, eggs, and rice platter was open and all the food fell out and was sitting at the bottom of the bag. The lady only gave me 1 syrup for 2 hotcake platters. And here's the best part!!!! The butter that fell between my seat was open!!!!!!! I had melted butter EVERYWHERE! Wtf?!? I go to several McDonald's for breakfast every day, but I wish the people working early in the morning here were a little friendlier.

I don't think I've ever given a McDonald's five stars but this restaurant goes above and beyond. My wife and I ate breakfast here on multiple occasions while in town for the week on business, conveniently located next to our Best Western hotel. There's plenty of parking and access was easy. They have the kiosks for self-ordering which we had never experienced. Order and pay at the kiosk, take a number and sit, and they'll bring your food and drinks...too easy. We also ordered through the cashier on one occasion and were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming Aloha spirit of the rep wearing a lei and friendliness that she shared with every customer. The restaurant was clean and my food was wrapped with such care and precision that I had to point it out to my wife. I was in love...lol. A great McDonald's restaurant. Kudos to the manager and team for making it what it is. read more

I'm just giving it four stars cause its open 24 hours. It's great place to kill time if you need to pick someone up at the airport. You can get a text and be at the terminal quick. It's also en route to work. So sometimes I don't back breakfast, so its easy to scoop up an egg sandwich and be off quick. I also asked for a well done hash brown with my sausage biscuit bundle and what I don't like is when they don't serve it to you well done. When you're a franchise like McDonald's, it's so easy to be unremarkable, just a typical McDonald's. Today this location separated themselves from the rest. I drove through this morning, Mother's Day, to pick up some breakfast before I went to spend Mother's Day with my mom (I know, I'm fancy). I ordered, got my food and as I was driving away the girl at the window said OH WAIT THIS IS FOR YOU! And handed me a gorgeous rose. Might not seem like a lot, but that little tiny gesture made my day and definitely set them apart from all the other run of the mill McDs. Breakfast was good too. I like this location. They pipe in Hawaiian music. I also like the new touch screen where you put your order in, pay with your credit card, take a numbered table tag, and have the food delivered. This is a new store so the interior is nice. They often have a parking lot guard/attendant to stop outside people from parking but it also discourages people from just hanging out in the parking lot. The Hawaiian music has a lot of slack key guitar in the mix. It just adds to the feeling that we are in Hawaii and not just another McDonalds. I'd give them an 8 out of 10 on the lobby. I had breakfast at 8:30am and there weren't a lot of customers. Many of the tables hadn't been wiped yet. Floor need sweeping and the got to it at about 8:50. I've worked fast food so I know people are slobs and it can be hard to keep up with the dining area. read more
