I ordered 2 cheese burgers and a large fries. They tell me to pull over and park in the parking lot and they will bring out my order. I see 7 customers after me leaving so I decided to go inside to see what was going on. These fools forgot about me. This is the closest location near me and I frequent this place when I craze their fries. I've ordered the kid's meal for my preschooler a couple of times and of course, when I get home, there is no toy. It's frustrating when my baby wants her toy and doesn't get it because of employees forgetting to include it in the kid's meal bag. I've called one time to let them know about this and they told me to go back to get it but was not able to go there to pick up the toy. Went to the drive thru. The employees were nice. But the purpose of the drive thru is to save time. I waited an additional 6 minutes in the car with my gas running. Not a person to complain to the extent that I would spend my time providing feedback, but my latest experience was disappointing at restaurant 11403 in Hercules Ca... (manager Monique). In addition the skimp Large fries order was looking more like a medium... that's not the worst of it. I used the Mobile App and chose to pick up my order through the drive thru since it was raining... I asked if everything was in the bags they gave me when I went to pick up my order. I get home for the family to eat and the sausage egg McMuffin was missing. I immediately called them to see if they could just refund me the difference or apply credit to my mobile app, but they said they could not...they suggested coming back to grab it. Already an inconvenience to go back I returned and called them when I arrived and asked to meet me at the curbside, they gave me a hard time and told me to come in to pick it up... I explained to the person that this was not my mistake and they should be accommodating by bringing my order to me... especially since I was not dressed to be out (hence the reason for drive thru). In addition to the time I spent waiting the person was speaking in Tagalog to another complaining about me (not knowing I understand the language) finally ten mins later the order arrives. So sad that this McDs does not take pride in customer service and making sure that the customer's order is correct the first time so we can avoid all this waste of energy! It's too bad this McDonalds has gone this far downhill. We've had minor issues before, so this review is a culmination after this morning's order. We ordered 3 meals for our family and went through Drive Thru and the the McDonalds team absolutely failed. We ordered a Sausage McMuffin w/ egg and got a Ham Mcmuffin w/egg. I always come here when I don't have lunch prepared and eat the south west chicken salad. It's the best thing on the menu! Everything else is of course garbage. I don't like fast food but I've yet to find a place in the area with a better salad when your on the run. The boys who work here have always been nice to me. No complaints on them. The cleanliness is moderate but not terrible. It's everything you'd expect from a McDonald's. Let me just tell you though there is one cashier there who is just HORRIBLE. She is so rude! I would have rated this particular McDonalds a -1 if I could. This is the second time this week that they have been VERY rude to me. I ordered on mobile and parked in curbside because the drive thru line was long, to have me waiting for my food for 20 minutes. I decided to just go through the drive thru, and I politely explained the situation, but the pay window/order-taker gave me attitude and cut me off for no reason. And that hasn't been the first time that same girl has been rude. When I pulled up to the second window, I was polite again but the person was also giving attitude and being rude. This is the 3rd time that I have come to this McDonald's at 7:15pm and the lobby is closed, but the drive thru was open. The doors are locked but the sign says the lobby is open until 11pm. This is such a waste of my time. I unbuckle my kids out of their car seats to find out the lobby is closed. So I drive thru and ask why and they say it is because they don't have enough employees. I could see people eating inside and people standing in line at the registers so they must have just locked the doors. Crazy. This McDonald's is going to go out of business if they keep this up. I'm shocked to see this mc Donald's only has 2 stars. I'm from the Midwest and have been to multiple McDonald's in my life. I've worked at McDonald's as a teenager for about 2 years and I've seen it all. This location clearly takes pride in their cleanliness and freshness. Although I don't eat much McDonald's since moving to the bay and discovering real food, the few times I've indulged in this restaurant I've always been impressed. Hot fries, EVERY TIME. with no wait. Never shady or stingy on the sauce. I don't feel sick or remorseful after eating at this location. And the staff is pretty friendly each time. I'm a Merchandiser so I travel around to a lot of mc Donald's, from the ones in this area, Hurcules is the worst. Our lunch is at 6am and the bathroom is always closed and being cleaned, since it's a 24 hour mc Donald's there is no reason for the bathroom to NOT BE CLEANED by opening. Also, disappointed because I thought mc Donald's started finally serving lunch all day, but when I just ordered the girl told me they don't serve lunch during the weekend till 10:30 am. Then why bother making it 24 hrs?. The last 3 times the smoothie machine was working so I won't complain, I guess they finally got it fixed. That's all, get it together. Wow you guys, I've been coming back but yesterday and today again your mango and pineapple smoothie machine broken AGAIN! You were out of regular food and no tea? Really! Get it together! Don't expect super wonderful customer service from MacDonald's but this place is worse than others. The tables and chairs are not bad, but customers leave their foods trash on the table on a regular badis. No employees are cleaning up either. Often you come here and eat looking at pile of trash on the table. Also often time small items (condiments, utenciles) are missing in the bag. Also straws and/or ketchup cup are out and you have to go to the counter and ask for them. This is not just on time incident, it happens often. i visited the store on Wednesday, between 7-8am....besides being disorganized, floors and tables were dirty, and my order was wrong! My food was lukewarm took forever to get cooked. Biggest problems that my wallet (which i sat down on the cashier's counter) was stolen! I only turned away to check my baby for a minute - and the lobby was pretty empty. The manager offered no assistance in addressing it! While i have no proof- i believe a McDonald's worker took it!
