i just spent over $10 on a meal that was unappetizing. I ordered a burger with extra onions and received a burger with nothing on it. Where's the management overseeing their employees? The special label affixed to my order was correct, but it didn't match what was inside. When you use the drive-thru, you don't have much recourse to return it after you've driven home/on the freeway. This McDonald's looks like it's been remodeled inside and out and is fantastic. I just had an iced mocha and fries. So I can't give it much more than a three unless I had food. I will definitely come back as it's nice and clean. Maybe bring the grandkids next time. read more

I was charged for somebody else's order when I picked up my order, when I went into a tell the manager so he can fix it he told me that I needed to call the one 800 number that they don't fix it on site. I called the one 800 number and they informed me that it does need to be fixed inside the branch. I don't like that the management is not aware of the proper procedures. I like their coffee as a rule, when they manage to make it properly. Stopped by there to get a coffee and apple pie. I see the fellow pour it out of the beginning of the brew. On complaining that it is a bad product that way, I was rewarded with a blank look. I just left. Left the apple pie, left their poor excuse of a coffee. Every time I go to this McDonald's it just disappoints me more and more today. My husband went to McDonald's. He ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and just a plain hamburger he checked through the order the plain hamburger wasn't in the bag the girl at the window kept telling him to move to the front while my husband was telling her that he did not get the hamburger. She just kept on arguing with him so he just left really mad. We've been coming here for maybe over 15 years. This is the last time we're done with this place I just got twice and worse over the years. They can't keep their people either every time there's new people in there. very poor service. I am pretty astounded right now. I received probably the best customer service I have ever encountered, at any restaurant, ever. The two gentlemen helping take my order, and payment in the drive through are some of the most kind and thoughtful people ever! Let's be honest, the job probably isn't the most rewarding. To me the fact these guys went above and beyond is an absolute reassurance there are still nice people in this world. At a 5-star restaurant, it's clear your waiter is constantly digging for a larger tip. These guys can't accept tips, and were more polite than 99% of any customer service employee in town. Just goes to show the true character they are looking for when hiring! Gone are the days of transients serving your food. Worst customer service!!! Drive thru takes so long, and when you get to the window to order they still ask you to wait a minute, which ends up being five minutes until I say hello. And then I get to the window the girl with different color hair asks me with attitude what my order is.....really I've been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and you don't know what the heck I ordered. In the mornings that open 10-15 minutes past five and they will only take the order of one customer in drive thru, until that person has left then they'll take another order. McDonald's used to be the farted fast food and now its the slowest. The managers at Fairview are rude and always give attitude. read more

Dunno where start here but my wife and I were here March 3, 2020 between 0930-0945 before we head up to SBA. My wife went to use the restroom, upon waiting for a stall to be available, a heavy set caucasian lady came out of the stall and went straight to the door without washing her hands, or at least try. She was in uniform. Right after wife my used the restroom, she went to look for the lady and she saw her in the kitchen. Gross. Good thing we only ordered coffee. Well, usually I just drive through here for a dollar soda but last Saturday I actually went in to buy some oatmeal too. I ordered and the guy at the register asked me if I wanted brown sugar with that. I've ordered oatmeal dozens of times at different McDonald's and never been asked that so I thought maybe he meant... if I wanted something different than the usual oatmeal. I politely declined. Well, brown sugar is definitely something that's normally in the oatmeal. I found that out when I tried mine and it was plainer than plain. Okay, so he asked and I declined. I'll take the blame for that, but the oatmeal also wasn't mixed properly and had several pockets of uncooked dry oatmeal. Bad. I had purchased 2 soft drinks and filled them myself at the soda machine. I got a Diet Coke for me, and a Coke for my friend. She took one sip and said, "This is Dr. Pepper." I know I filled it correctly... she mentioned that this is not the first time she has had this happen at this location. Thankfully Dr. Pepper is among her favorite sodas so she was fine with it. My Diet Coke tasted a bit watery/thin. But seriously... The women's restroom was fine. The food was not very good and the soda was the wrong kind. Overall not a great visit. Was just here at 5:30am after work on 12/26/2018 , First off the menu was not even lit, there was no light to even see the menu. When I pulled up, the lady said "can I take your order" Im in my car trying to look at the menu, so to see I use my phone light and the lady says "have a nice day". Im like surprised and say "What? Hello" and she replies "yes sir, what would you like". I tell her, Its hard to see there's no light on the menu and she replies with " I know sir, we're waiting on you" and at this point Im trying to see and she then again says "good day sir". During major construction inside the building I am shocked to see that the health department allows them to still prepare and serve food while there are particles of God knows what in the air floating towards the food prep area.
