Disgusting Mcdonald's and service, They always get your order wrong and put like one sauce as if the money is coming out of their pockets. I am not going to go to McDonald's anymore for a sandwich. There are a few items that are still ok but this will be my last Filet-o-fish. You can't even call this a sandwich anymore. It's more the size of a slider and the fish patty and slice of cheese is about 2" x 2". With no more than a 1/2 t of tartar sauce. The bun was dry and almost mealy in texture. For $5.49 it certainly isn't worth it. The staff was very sweet and did their job well but the food is not even making it to be classified as "subpar". Best looking McDonald's that I have ever been to. The food is your standard McDonalds, the decor is above average, and the drive through is an absolute disaster! It starts off in the parking garage and wraps around within the parking garage while people are trying to get in and out. You drive into the building and then you have to drive to the back of the line while maneuvering around other cars going the opposite direction in a very tight garage. Every Friday morning I show up at 3:55AM-4AM for a coffee and oatmeal. This is around the time of transition from dinner menu to breakfast menu. The male employee who is behind the microphone ALWAYS turns me down and says "sorry we're closed for the next 15 to 20min". However when he is not there (not on fridays) a lady always helps me no problem and says "i can serve you oatmeal and coffee anytime of the day", I never have issues ordering my meal at that time of the morning with her. I'm a regular customer at this location. On 8/31, me and my two family members went through the drive thru. Ordered sauces with our meals. When we pulled up to pay, we asked for additional sauces that we forgot to ask for. The young hispanic girl told us there were no more sauces, that we had got the last ones. We could physically see the sauces behind her and knew she was lying. We told her we can see the sauces and she said "those are for the front". The front of the restaurant was closed, and only the drive thru open. She lied to us about the sauces and we asked if we could just have them and even offered to pay extra. She refused even though we caught her in a lie. We felt discriminated against when another lady came up and started yelling in Spanish since my boyfriend is Mexican. This girl was laughing with her manager and when we asked to speak to the manager he apologized and offered us free meals for the next time we come in. The employees obviously did not care as they continued to laugh. After waiting in line for 20 mins and paying, they told us the mcflurry machine was not working. Claudia the general manager and another women which I did not pay no mind to came up behind me and my daughter and confronted me and my daughter in a rude manner and asked why were we redeeming points. I then asked her why not. She then said I am not allowed to redeem my points. I asked her what was the point of the points and she said I'll give you a max of 3 or 4 and you have to go. I then followed her up to the register and she was mumbling and cursing me out. She told someone that I was only to get those order on the counter and nothing else. When I asked who she was and expressed what had just happened Brenda apologized and gave me my order. I asked if I was not allowed to redeem more points since I had at some point 17,000 points and she said I could and then apologized again for Claudia and her little minion being confrontational to me and my daughter. The service here is exceptional, even considering they are in the midst of the transfer to the kiosk and app ordering system. (Get the app, it's worth it!) This is not a typical McDonald's. There are only a few parking spaces near the entrance. The rest of the spaces are located inside an adjacent parking garage. This is also how the Drive Through is accessed. During busy times, this makes for a challenging place to park. The inside is very large and clean. Restrooms have to be unlocked remotely by someone at the counter. I probably wouldn't return to this location because of the hassles with parking and entrance to bathrooms. read more

The location is so nice but the people are so rude. They continuously ignored me at the counter. I needed a remake on cookies because they were so hard.... I asked them to make them fresh and to also ensure that they gave me the correct amount that I paid for (because they didn't, the first time I received them) I stood there for almost ten minutes while people ignored me and I watched them, not make my cookies. I normally don't do reviews for large corporate entities because I'm fairly convinced that nothing ever comes out of it, but I'm making an exception because this place is horrendous. First of all, on a good day, they are twice as slow as a typical McDonalds. On average, they're 3 times as slow, and....well, for VERY basic orders, the total amount of time I've spent waiting on my last 2 orders is over 50 minutes combined. But today was something special. I get there and place the order at 6:41pm - large fries and a frozen coke. After about 20 minutes, someone comes and brings me....the fries. "So, how about that frozen coke?" "Uh....I'll be back." Three minutes later....."Our machine is broken, do you wanna come in for a refund." Hell no I didn't. I tried to deal with it on the app, but apparently McDonalds app just gives you the middle finger if you have any issues and they tell you to go to the store. *sigh* I walk in and say, okay, I'll take that refund. "You want me to get the manager?" "Whatever get me my refund the quickest." So he goes off out of view for a couple minutes, then comes back. "You want a frozen coke?" Oh ffs, the entire reason I left the house was because my fiancé had a terrible headache and that's one of the very few ways it gets fixed. "Can you MAKE a frozen coke?" "I dunno". He walks off again, gets cup, fills it, takes it over to drive thru for about 30 seconds for some unknown reason, then comes back and puts it on the counter. Seemed fine. The one thing he did that was right was he put the lid on the cup THEN he filled it up - why do a lot of employees not do that? Doing the bare minimum isn't digging out a 1 star on this one. The next closest McDonalds is about 3 times as far away, and I can't imagine they aren't about to be my new go to. Total time will still be WAY less. I mean, how the hell does it take 20 minutes to get to me the first time when I ordered fries and a frozen coke? There is absolutely no organization there at all. It's a really neat, modern looking McDonalds front of house, but back of house is just a complete shit show, consistently. However far you have to drive to go to ANY other McDonalds, it's worth it. read more

This McDonalds is the closest for us. We've (hubby & kids) been regulars for yrs. The food was consistent and the service was always polite, pleasant, easy, quick and they always got our orders right! However, something changed this year and we now avoid coming to this location. Why? They've loaded up their staffing this year with rude, lazy young men (LOTS of them) to take orders. They're loud, don't know how to take a simple order, never,ever say "please", "thank you", and couldn't care less if the customer finds their service rude. They're awful so we usually go to other locations. Positive: The food remains very good by McDonald's standards. The ladies that prep, organize and give the food (especially at drive thru) are great! They should be training and supervising this place. This review is directly intended for the manager/supervisor/owner of this location. I rarely go to McDonald's, and even more rarely do i go for a complete meal, and my goodness this was possibly a first McDonald's visit for a full-on BigMac Meal at about 1:15 a.m. after a night of carousing. The food was fine, the BigMac looking like it should, but they totally skimped out on the fries, and depending on one's outlook in life, were only about 1/2 full, 2/3 if i were being generous, which they were not. also another qualm, the machine order system straight up told me they were closed. "sorry, but we're closed." the menu system would not accept questions or complaints, and we looked around at the car in front of us that was having some sort of interaction with the window employee, and we looked at the hours, which indicated they should have still been open, so we drove to the money-exchange window just to ask, and sure enough, IT WAS OPEN, contrary to what the bot had told us. so yhea, that was annoying. a bot with a mind of its own that decided it didn't want to take any orders, and actual human employees who didn't want to fill our orders, at least our french fry orders. read more

Our mobile order was missing a hash brown, utensils for the Big Breakfast, and napkins. Had we driven off without checking, we would have been very upset. I consider missing food as stealing from the customer which is inexcusable. The delivery person should have utensils and napkins with himself, because they are so commonly requested, instead of running back inside for them. The missing food would be staff and quality control issues. The lack of common sense in not sending car delivery staff with commonly requested accessory items is a management issue. read more

I went into this McDonalds early this morning. When I arrived, there were only 3 people in line in front of me. However, the cashier was EXTREMELY slow. She kept assisting other's customers who wanted some water, a refill of coffee or some other random question. It took 15 minutes for me to place my order, in the meantime another customer comes in waiting and waiting until she asks if she can come back because of the wait, she's going to be late to work. This was the worst experience I've had at a McDonalds walking in.
