This McDonald's has gone down hill recently. About a month ago they got my order wrong. When I got home and opened the chicken nuggets for my son the box was filled with perhaps tartar sauce. The milkshake appeared to have the same added. My small son was devastated there would be no McDonalds for dinner. I called corporate and they were just as disengaged. Today we tried again and again the order was incorrect and the fries aren't even cooked! You can literally taste the raw potato. This used to be our go to for McDonald's.... Not anymore! So it's my McDonald's, and I ordered 8 double cheeseburgers at 7:00 pm. From Doordash! My order arrived fast, and was very accurate. Each burger was ordered the exact same way, just plain with cheese Only. Every burger was perfect, with 2 slices of a sharp tasting America cheese, and 2 beef Pattie's lightly seasoned with McDonald's spice that is sprinkled on while frying Pattie's on a flat top grill. When I worked at McDonald's, the spice canister was next to grill, and looked like salt, cracked black pepper,garlic powder, onion powder, and maybe 2 other spices in there??? Finally two fairly soft, and lightly toasted buns, but they are Not potato roll buns, and Not brioche buns! All 8 double cheese burgers tasted very satisfying, very similar, and just had that classic McDonald's taste. I like mine plain!! These are not McDoubles ", these are classic two slice double cheeseburgers. These are good as cold leftovers in the fridge the next day, but make sure you store them inside a " Ziplock type, bag or they will get stale buns! Always check your bag before leaving because they probably forgot like half of your order, intentionally or not. Professionalism at a minimum with employees sitting on the front counter. I'll start going back to Chick Fil A from now on. read more

We asked for eat-in and entered the number as requested. They were not bringing out anyone's food. Just dumping on counter. After we waited forever, we walked up and saw our food sitting on the counter in a bag . Everything was cold. The cinnamon roll was hard as a rock. The icing had melted all over the bottom of the container at some point long before we even arrived at the restaurant. It was also hard as a rock. We had to take it back to the counter. It took even more time to have it remade! Even the manager said it was hard but didn't offer a refund for the inconvenience. There was also no napkins in the bag. No problem we thought. Wrong! Apparently there are no napkins or in the restaurant anymore. Had to walk up at the counter until someone finally came out to ask. By this time I was done eating my cold apple fritter with sticky hands because of course no utensils in the bag. In addition, they were also out of the special grimace shakes that one mom drove there specifically for. No surprise there! Everyone knows the joke about McDonald's milk shakes! Never going back. Came here on a whim. The address listed was Newark and led us nowhere. It's actually in Glasgow! :) The gentleman in front of me www weird. Someone already helped him and the person was busy so someone else came over and ask if anyone needed help. He made a really loud grunt but didn't make eye contact with anyone so I walked over. He grunted again. The cashier made a look and giggled to herself. I thought that was funny too. Ordered the BOGO BigMac, a couple of drinks and fries. Nothing spectacular. She was nice. The coupon scan code was not working so I ended up having to give her the code so she manually punched it in and it worked. She was really nice. Very cheerful and bright. Smiling and all. The inside was pretty hot. The AC must not be working fully because it was very warm, just no as warm as outside. Free wifi is a plus. read more

worst mcdonald's EVER. used to go here pretty often as it's near to my house but not anymore. every single time i go it take at least 20 minutes for a simple order. they consistently mess up orders and are out of basics such as ketchup, nuggets, fries and fruit punch. their customer service also sucks, they don't try to fix their mess-ups. disappointing, i won't be back unless that's my only option. *except for donut fries those are always great read more

Don't use your credit cards at this branch's drive-up window which I have attached a copy of depicting. I used this drive-up location on 2/27/20 and was leery when card was taken and window shut thus preventing me to keep an eye on my card as credit card companies suggest (never loose eye contact with your card). Well, the very next day $61.26 was charged to my credit card at Season's Pizza for home delivery. Even though this establishment has cameras, they did not verify to see if my suspicions were correct or not. This freaking place is unbelievable. Friday night I pulled in the drive-through and hear someone talkingSo I said hello? Ghetto voice ever comes across, yeah hold on a minute. So I waited another three minutes and nothing. No other cars in the drive-through mind you. I finally said hello? Yeah wut can I gitch eww. I order three Egg McMuffin's. Then pull up to the first window to pay. Female with her back facing the window watching over the managers shoulder a video playing on his cell phone. I had to tap on the window. Then I get up to the second window and wait another three minutes with cars behind me at this point, then this guy leans out the window and almost whispers "yeah you can pull over and wait and we bring it out to you" not can I, you can he says. Then I proceed to literally time the wait. 17 minutes. This place is a fucking joke. Everyone in there is a bunch of ghetto people with their pants half pulled down, the hats on crooked, looking like a bunch of gangsters. I'm sure they really care about the quality of the food going out let alone what happens in the kitchen. Drive-by, do not stop. read more

TWO bad experiences TH The first experience was I went to the drive through and ordered 4 piece chicken tender meal and politely asked her to change it to 6 pieces instead of 4. And she started to get all mad about it and started being very rude to me. She then proceeded to walk away and start telling her coworkers about how I was being rude. So I ended up just driving away and ordering a pizza. The second experience happened to my aunt. She went to the drive threw and waited for 5 minutes and no one said anything through the speaker. So eventually my aunt drove up to the window and sat there and was completely ignored while the workers talked to each other. One of the girls walked other to place something and looked at my aunt and still ignored her. So we ended up having to drive away and go to a different restaurant. I checked with my card company, and the charge was approved all along. I drove back and had them refund the cash. The manager said this is happening often. read more
