Just came here to order a large fry. I ordered through the app and went inside to pick up my food. I understand that employees usually wait to pour the fries into the bag until the customer arrives, but it took a while to give me my order, and the restaurant was not busy. However, if you aren't worried about that, they have the best fries this side of the Rehobeth Beach boardwalk. Cooked in peanut oil, and malted vinegar readily available. Love, love, love this place!! The burgers, fries, and hot dogs are the best that I've ever had, and believe me, I've had my fair share of burgers, fries, and hot dogs. I've gotten take out from this place many, many times within the past few months, and each time the food tastes better and better. I don't know what it is that makes this place the best burger joint, but whatever their secret is, keep it up!! Whenever we call in to order our food, we always have such a pleasant experience with the person taking our order, which oddly enough does make a difference with our "dining" experience with Five Guys. And when we go to pick up our order, the people working here are some of the sweetest, most hardworking, people that I've ever encountered. Plus, they always have such a positive attitude and really make their customers feel welcomed, which makes us want to give them even more business. As for pricing, you get a great deal!! In fact, it's a steal compared to other burger joints! Plus, with your fry order, they don't just give you the cup of fries that you order, they add even more fries to your bag! This place has drastically gone downhill. We used to order from here once a week and now I'm never coming back. More times out of none, they get my very simple order wrong. And they ALWAYS quote 10 mins to pick up, so when we get there 10-15 mins later, we end up waiting an extra 20 mins. Why not give a 30 min pick up time instead of wasting your customers time?? I'm usually not compelled to write about chain restaurants since most people are already well informed; but I received some stellar service at this location that needs to be recognized. It was close to 9PM when we ventured into Five Guys on a Saturday night. The cashier was friendly and prompt. We ordered drinks but he gave us the large cups and still charged us the regular-sized price. He also gave us an additional large cup of fries even though we had ordered one serving. Five Guys is known to give extra fries that overflow out of the cup, so our bag was literally filled to the brim with cajun fries. It was a beautiful sight. I don't think I need to rehash anything that hasn't been said a dozen times already about the quality, taste, and amount of food that is given at Five Guys. Their service is just as amazing, and I'm always guaranteed a great meal. If you don't like Five Guys, it's probably not them, it's you. read more

If I could rate with 0 stars I would! Placed an online order for pickup and when it was time for pickup none of the burgers were even ready and the fryer was down because they were installing new fryers in the middle of lunch time! It would have taken an extra 20 minutes to even get the fryers installed. Then we had to wait for the burgers to be made. 5 guys is awesome. You can get fancier gourmet burgers at other places, but for quick-service take-out they have everyone else beat. I've seen some reviewers commenting about how they ordered ahead, but still had to wait. One reason for that, is that five guys doesn't drop your fries, until you get there to pick up the order. They do this, so that you will get the freshest, hottest, food possible, and I am glad they do it. The burgers are soooo good, it's like a drug. I've known a lot of people who say they are too expensive, but that's B.S. If you go to Burger King, or Wendy's, and don't order off the value menu, or have a coupon, the cost is about the same, but the quality here, is way way better than any place with a drive-thru. read more
