This is the absolute worst customer service sandwich shop I've ever visited. They refuse to make the sandwich's correct. The last 3 times I ordered and asked for it to be toasted it wasn't toasted. Today I ordered while outside the store. Walked in immediately after ordering and asked them to toast it and they refused. Like hello.. this is your job. I paid. I asked for a refund and they refused. Asked for the manager and some smart mouthed refused to give me their management's info. Then this lady who is very disrespectful every time I go there had to interject when no one was speaking to her. She is the one that never toasts and makes the food incorrect. Both of these people have worked there for over a year. The jersey mikes on 896 is about a 8 min drive from this location and they are so nice and friendly. Advise to go to that location and let this location suffer until they're out of business. I will be writing to corporate about these people. If you go and read the reviews it seems that this same man and woman are the complaints of quite a few people. Maybe they own the place and don't care? I will be letting my friends and family know not to spend our dollars at an establishment that does not care for their clients read more

This is our local jersey mikes, and every time we come, food is spot on, staff is courteous and engaging, and the dining room is clean. When we travel we stop at Jersey Mikes bc we know what to expect. Other locations don't always meet the standard that this location sets. Bravo team! read more

I came into Jersey Mike's because a lady on ticto was saying how they made the best subs. however when I came in the door was unlock and me and another gentlemen was in there the lady that worked there came from the back and stated that I don't know how the door was unlock but we will not be serving you because we have five mins to open. I've been to Jersey Mike's many times and have absolutely loved their stores. This one in particular however was very different from the others. The young man who made my sandwich very clearly seems like he did not want to be there. He had no personality and took very little measures to ensure safety and cleanliness. He kept putting his hands inside of his apron never made eye contact and made no attempt to keep my sandwich on wax paper or handle things cleanly While making my sandwich. Normally the employees are so friendly and engaging. He didn't Even put it in a bag and twist it up like I'm used to but they just put it on wax paper and handed it to me and I said I guess I put my own in the bag? Service was awesome! I wanted to down load the app to get future discounts etc. of course I didn't know how but lucky for me Vienna (sp) was there to help me! She is a hidden gem. I'm sure it isn't in the job description, but she went out of her way and helped me. All the workers there were friendly and food was excellent. A great team was there and we were in/out quickly! We were headed to Subway when we saw a Jersey Mike's and thought we'd give it a try. Oh, what a disappointment. My husband ordered a Philly cheesesteak which was okay, but my portabella mushroom sandwich special was tasteless. Staff was friendly but I'd have to be desperate to return. read more

I'm not sure if I'm a fan: I'm actually from South Jersey and I know Jersey food like the back of my hand. When I first encountered this brand it was in Cherry Hill NJ around 2013. They have since matured and the product is definitely consistent enough to keep me coming back once a year on a road trip. My parents swear by these subs, and trust me they know good hoagies from up north. This store in DE is the actual one they stop at when they visit me in the DMV. This was my first time at this actual store and I found it understaffed and underwhelming. I know they can do better with more staff. The food was worth 3 stars. I bought two subs one meatless wrap for 7.99 and a cheesesteak for about 6.99 overall I was pleased with the food. The sandwiches took 10-15 to make and the store was completely empty. read more

Jersey Mike's day of giving!! I got the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak!! It was big and $13.95. A lot of flavor thanks to peppers and jalapeños. Apparently the sesame roll is only available in PA. The meat was grilled and chopped. Very good cause, good cheesesteak but needed a lot more meat for $13.95. read more

The employees are nice, and the girl making our sandwiches did a really good job despite having nails about as long as the sub she was making. Everyone has gloves on so it's whatever. Jersey Mikes always has great subs, and this location serves up more of the same delicious quality food. The bathroom was clean, though there are no paper towels. This just means I used a hefty handful of napkins after walking out, nobody really uses hand dryers. Ain't nobody got time for that. The napkin dispenser at the table was gross with dust and oily fingerprints. The others were a little better but they all could use a wipe down. read more

Great subs, what makes it overall great is that the meat is freshly cut, they are generous with the portions, and the bread is amazing. It doesn't have a milllion overloading options. Always friendly staff. They're quick & attentive. My boyfriend lives in Philly and specifically asks me to bring him sandwiches from this location. They are always good. This place has cut back on the meat wayback!! I knew this going in so I ordered the portabella mushroom, thinking it would be different. I was wrong. Big time. It looks as if they took 1 portabella and sliced it to spread acrossed the length of a lg sandwich and filled it in with onions and sliced pepper. 15.45 is what this sandwich costs. Really just not my kinda place. I got a regular turkey and cheese with tomato, pickles, bacon, mayo and honey mustard on the rosemary parm bread. They slap the cheese on there without even asking what kind. Watching them handle the bread was like watching a shell game to the point I could no longer keep track of which roll had originally been mine. I watched them set order slips on top of the tub of tomato slices, like picked the slips off the counter and then put them on the exposed slices they then put on your sandwich. The prices were really expensive and not really worth the finished product. The turkey in my sub was disgustingly salty, I couldn't even finish it. Even after peeling out like half the turkey it was still just way to salty and not particularly flavorful. My dad loves your subs but even he admitted the prices are way high. read more

Placed order via the Jersey Mikes app for delivery. Received wrong sub (2x of 1 that was ordered, 0 of the other) and wrong soda. Apparently, the stores can't see the type of soda selected online. They also have no way to have doordash redeliver when they mess up and were unable to credit my account for the incorrect items. I admit I lost my cool, but I have never delt with a company so unwilling to fix their mistake. All I got was accusations that I didnt know what I was looking at, an insistance that i must have received the right thing and an insistance that I drive to them if I wanted the order corrected. I spotted bacon on the back that looked super crispy and yummy so I asked for that too and was told it was extra. I said OK... Then I saw what $1.50 of bacon got me: ONE strip! Cut in TWO! I asked, is that it?! YUP! So, I asked for more, and of course shelled out MORE, what can I say, I'm a bacon kinda gal... so there I go $3.00 for 2 strips of bacon. I asked for it to be heated and was told NOPE. They don't heat these up. Um... OK so hubby got a Hot AND a Cold sandwich but I can't get my sammy HOT?! Why.. kids meal? I'm from out of town visiting here for a week. I decided to come here for lunch since the Jersey Mike's in my home town are great. I ordered a Big Kahuna and it didn't disappoint. The sandwich was loaded even though I ordered a regular. It had great flavor and tasted great. The restaurant is clean and the staff was nice. When it comes to subs, I'm a turkey guy through and through. I rarely deviate from that because I know I'll like it. That being said, I order the #7 turkey sub here today (and got it mikes way) and MMM it was GOOD. Can't pin down what exactly made this stand out, might have been the bread, might have been the turkey, or maybe the blend of spices. All I know is it was delicious, the staff was nice, and the woman who made my sub was super quick. I shall look forward to another sub soon. Place is very clean,, friendly staff and food properly prepared as ordered. Speed of sub making was fast as well as entertaining interesting to see the deli meats freshly sliced , and not retrieved from a slimy little paper packet.. I told them how happy I was with their product and what a nice experience it was and the nice lady behind the counter gave my son a brownie as we exited. Plenty of parking clean bathrooms and parking lot with excellent lighting with great access off of highway. Good things aren't cheap,,, and cheap things aren't good. I thought because of the game , the time I wasn't going to be able to receive a sub box , but that wasn't the case they was so accommodating in taking my order . when I first walked in there was a line but since I placed a to go order in the morning I was directed to go straight to the check out line . Gluten Free Buns!!! A great option if you have Celiac's or are otherwise Gluten Intolerant.

Meat is freshly sliced, great fresh ingredients. The bread could be better, reminded me of subway rolls - I prefer more "amoroso" style. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I knocked off a star because the prices are high. The student meal deal is a 6" chips and a drink for $8.99, if you don't bring your id (even though they are CHILDREN) the sub is $8.65 alone! $14 for a cheesesteak! I can only help but feel the market comparison was overlooked in the demographics for this place - at least 4 other sub shops very close with just as good, less expensive, bigger subs.
