It's a relatively new building so it's relatively clean and comfortable inside. The ladies room could use some attention. The service was friendly enough but the food is disappointing. Fries are cold and bun on my burger is hard aka stale. That's disappointing. The self-drink station was clean but one of the ice machines was empty. HoHum. It has potential. Pulled up about an hour before closing and when I pulled up to the thing to order I heard the lady through the speaker audibly groan which I thought was pretty funny, but then she tried to rush us through our order and got audibly upset when it took us more than 15 seconds to figure out what we wanted to eat. Like damn man I know y'all don't do anything anyways if you don't wanna deal with customers late at night work at a breakfast place. When we got our food it was about what we expected from a McDonald's off of I-40 in the middle of nowhere except it was somehow worse. 10/10 would come back here again at 11:55 pm just to piss the lady off. read more

Cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen. They had the basket of fries ($3) and a green chili double cheeseburger ($2.50), they were busy for 9pm Easter Sunday, lots of cars in drive thru, and about 3 groups inside, they got us our food pretty quick and the fries were fresh and hot and salty. The workers kept telling us "it'll be right out" but we felt like things were moving at a good pace for how busy they were at the drive thru. We were traveling and went inside so we could use restrooms and they were clean too and the dining area and soda area were very clean. There's a big play place at this one which was also very clean. Maybe they had just cleaned to prepare for closing but truly this was the cleanest I've ever seen a McDonald's. read more

Never in a million years did I think I'd ever rate a McDonald's 4 stars especially one with reviews like this, but we had nothing but the best experience in the drive through, in n out, good service and all of our food tasted like it was just made and not sitting for hours like every McDonald's I've ever been to into my life. The McDonald's is about 5-7 minutes away from the freeway. Ordered super quickly waited 3 minutes after 2nd window all the fry's were good lightly salted, hot and packed in the fry box. Nuggets were crispy and hot, quarter pounders with cheese were all hot but the Pattie's were super salty. read more

McDonald's in West end of Gallup, is the smallest one here in town. West part of Gallup is slower with few traffic. Building has been remodeled from what I seen. More digital leds now. Usually busy for 12pm lunch rush but it moves pretty quick. Usually when busy they have a person outside taking orders while in line. Never really had a complaint for this place, only been jnside once I believe before the remodel. Service has been good for my drive through experiences and order had been right most of the times. Stood in front of the counter for two min after I asked for some help....new girl musters up the courage to ask what I would like then looks away an donno what she doin. Okay good place my order an so far it's takin a solid 15 min to make two quarter pounders. ROLL ON AND GO TO TACO BELL UP THE ROAD! UPDATE: BEEN 20 MIN!!! UPDATE!!! 30 MIN!!!! Okay so last update, the manager handled the situation extremely well. She recognized the gap in her service, apologized and we both moved on with our lives. THAT is why I'm raising it to TWO stars. 0 STARS! I came here due to the other locations being busy! I was hesitant at first, due to their poor customer services, wrong orders etc. I ordered, a Happy Meal Hamburger only Ketchup for my little one, however they gave me a beef patty with just ketchup on it. I told the worker about it, the manager working behind her just states, "Ugh! Tell them wait" (Very Unprofessional) They tell me to pull to Drive Thru #1, then the lady states "We don't have chocolate milk, do you want apple juice instead?" I told her that's fine. So I pull up, however; another employee brings out my Correct order, and I asked "Do we get the Apple Juice" He states, "The manager said you got it already" I told him I didn't get it, she just asked me if I wanted apple juice instead. I requested for the manager to speak with. She came out, and she just tells me, "We gave it to you already! The General Manager is looking at the camera right now" I said go head, I did not receive the juice. 8 minutes went by, nothing! 10 minutes, the same guy that gave me the correct order came out with the juice, and stated "They gave the juice to the car behind you." I did not receive an apology due to the management calling me a liar. The managers did not want to tell me themselves, they sent a crew member to tell me. That is very unprofessional! On more than one occasion have I waited for over an hour for an incomplete order. When the missing items finally arrive, the rest of the order is already completely cold. Each time I ask the manager to replace my meal with a fresh order, they ignore my request and become defensive and rude. I gave this place more than enough chances in hope that I would receive the most basic service you should expect from a fast food place, yet they fail in this department. This McDonald's is awesome. We were travelling and my grandson got sick all over the table and floor. I offered to clean it and they refused, and even brought him a Sprite to feel better. Made a bad part of the trip way better. read more

I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin sandwich. Was eating and it had egg shells!!! Totally disappointed!!

This is a very nice McDonald's. Clean and friendly service and great tasting food. Very pleased!
